The customer service here is an absolute nightmare, I even spoke to the manager and they are cold/unsympathetic and heartless. Hey have costed my mother 180 dollars in unnecessary fees, because they refuse to do their job. Everyone there should get fired.

A basketball trainer who s works for BCCC wouldn t let people play pick up games at open gym. He insists to occupy a corner of the court without reservation and was rude and unwilling to communicate. It s a shame that a guy with no basketball culture working for them as a basketball training.

We have been members for over 5 yea4s now and really like the place...Great place with lot of activities like basketball, racket ball, volleyball, pickle ball, rock climbing, badminton along with good activity rooms...facilities are generally available and staff is friendly...the membership is a bit high ~675 for a year for a family for someone who does not live in the mud zone

If you just moved to the neighborhood, I would think twice about joining here as they will trap you into a 12 month contract. you are unable to cancel if you decide to go to a different gym.

Wow!! What a horrible experience of a day for a wedding event that should have been almost perfect. All the blame and problems came from the rental specialist Chloe Kateras. This young lady should not be, basically in customer service to help people. Her personality is very dry. Chloe is NOT friendly, compassionate, concern for others needs, she is NOT personal or a kind individual. The wedding event was 40 minutes late due to not unlocking doors on time base on the written contract we signed with Mrs. Jodie who was a joy to work with until Chloe took over. Our event took place outside and we rented four rooms. The bride was so terribly upset that we had to wait for her to check in by signing in before the wedding coordinator could start to decorate indoors and outdoors. The bride had no dressing room to wait in. It was a very stressful beginning when it didnt have to be. Alot more happened from beginning to end of the event. Way too much to type up. Most of the other staff members was very helpful and understanding to our needs. I advise anyone who plans on having something as important as a wedding event find another venue location. That day is too precious to have Chloe involved in your planning at BrushyCreekCommunityCenter. Shes not good at her job. Read the other reviews on her you will see. She hasnt been in this position long at this site. Make sure you have a really good wedding planner to speak on your behalf. Blessings

I have always worked and made it smooth with any rental agreement I made with Sue Shutter, she was very kind without looking at any race and very easy to communicate through phone or email. The new rental staff, Chloe Koteras, seems so rude and not at all good customer service. Just for asking them to find out if Kitchen included on the day of rental, they opened the kitchen which i didnt even need and charged me without my knowledge. Also beware their rental equipment like, speakers or projectors are not good quality and will not work properly. When I told them for their awareness (not to get any money back), she responded to me, bring your own next time if you have any complains with ours. I dont know if anyone got hard time with renting rooms at BCC. I know this community center is middle of Indian community and many Indians might rent this place and so they might have bad experience with one or they just dont like Indians. I felt very racist behavior. I never had to deal with these rude responses with any staffs before at BCC.

Gym wise, I only go here because it s nearby. I ve visited here and there since 10 years ago and I don t think the weight room has gone through renovations; it s still small and can get busy very quick b/c some main machines there s only 1 of. Keep good track of your belongings cause theft is super common here, and security + management is non-existent / won t look into it even if it happened in front of a camera

Hopeless management, rude behavior, money sucking mentality. Acting like professional but fully unresponsive. If you are moving out must take photos of your apartment before leaving else zero based knowledge managers will charge you unaccounted maintenance charges without evidences proof.

Terrible. I was disrespected by one of your workers named wyatt. I politely asked for my basketball when it rolled over to him and he took the ball outside and punted It away. To this day I can t find it. I am constantly harassed and bullied by Wyatt.

The staff of BCMUD truly does a great job of keeping this community clean and beautiful. Always eager to welcome and help people!! The lavatories at the various parks are always clean and well-supplied. The water fountains for people and pets are wonderful. The Rec Center with the beautiful gardens are neighborhood jewels. The sub $350 annual dues per family is reasonable. So many activities for people of all ages. The staff could be more diverse but things are gradually improving in that area.

I am truly blessed to be a personal trainer at Brushy Creek Community Center. It is a fun, enjoyable and pleasant place to work. The managers, employees and members are nice and professional. The managers will go over and beyond to make this center an excellent place to work.

We had a horrible experience signing up for their youth basketball league this season. My 11 year old son played there for 3 seasons with the same coach that he has known for years and with friends he has played various sports with since he was very young. This year he was placed on a different team than the coach we requested and they would not move him back. The directors are very inflexible and dont really seem to care at all. I have a very disappointed son because they could not be bothered to make a simple roster change.

Great wedding venue. Our daughters wedding was awesome. Beautiful garden and butterflies fluttering in between flowers. They have large pavillion for bigger weddings and smaller area for smaller weddings with a windmill to the right. Gteat price for a great place.

We have a family annual membership. I use it mainly for yoga, but my middle schooler uses it the most. Tons of kids from his school at cedar valley go straight from school to the rec center to play or study after school. His basketball team has impromptu practices sometimes. His dad takes him for conditioning sometimes. They have events all the time free even without a membership. I love this place!
