Really good chicken wings! I prefer the regular versus the dry rub ones. Friendly staff and they get busy so be prepared to wait sometimes. They have an ice cream brownie that is to die for.

We just love this place. We eat here at least once a month. The other day we made a mistake and forgot to tell them to not put an allergen in our food. They were so sweet and remade the whole dish for us without question. They are always friendly and come to check on you at your table as well. Wonderful place!

Ingredients tasted really fresh and dough was made fresh in house. Really solid tavern style pizza with a thin crispy crust. Great service and amazing tasting pizza. Got the gluten free buffalo chicken pizza and they took extra care to use clean pan and cutter so that there is no cross contamination!! Now that is some top notch service. We ordered on phone and the food was ready on time when we got there. Totally recommend this place who have gluten allergies. First time trying Palio s and wow, very impressed! I m normally not a big fan of thin crust style pizza, but this pizza was so good, I didn t even care that it was thin crust. Sauce, cheese, toppings and crust were perfect! I saw a bunch of 1 star reviews so I looked into it and it was all about delivery problems for the most part, go pick it up, it s worth it.

I was impressed with the chicken Cesar salad. I am hesitant when I am asked to tip before any service has been performed. The drinks are self serve and utensils are accessible. An employee brought the order to the table. IDK, what is the appropriate amount to tip in this situation? I worked as a waiter for several years, but it was fine dining. However, I enjoyed the meal.

Its just OK pizza, not bad, not great. The first time I ordered, my canned soda was warm. I noted this on the next order and it was more or less room temperature. I noticed after the fact they called and left a voicemail explaining they saw the note but do not refrigerate their soda. That was very funny to me. I am not mad, just confused. It gets to 110 degrees out here and they dont have cold drinks? What has America come to?! haha... It was nice they called I guess. Weird! (ps - unless its Sicilian or something, only uncultured people cut pizza into squares.. thats just wrong. lol) Above is what I experienced ordering delivery. The one time I went into this place, I ordered the simplest cheese pizza one could think of and the girl at the register was confused by what I said. While I was waiting, this one guy behind the counter with glasses would not stop staring at me like a creep. It went on for so long I had to get up and walk around the place. I would say he was staring hard for like 30 agonizing seconds. Whoever this guy is needs to be watched. When I finally got the pizza back to the car it smelled like soap and garbage, overcooked and the cheese slid off the dough like a scab. Never coming back.

The food okay, have ordered from them a couple of times but the last order service was horrible. We ordered two calzones and received two small pizza which were cold and tasted like it was pizzas that had already been made. It tasted like we were eating cardboard. I called to speak with the manager today and she didn t seem to interested in resolving the problem. The best I got out of it was we ll give you a credit. I will never eat at this place again. I wanted my money back since we want be ordering from you again. Then she got frustrated in the phone with me because she was unable to explain what she was trying to say. She kept repeating herself saying we ll credit you for a medium pizza next time, I said why would I want a pizza and we ordered calzones, it took so long to get her to say okay we re giving you a credit for what you paid and got mad at me because she couldn t she couldn t get it right. I ordered the Lunch Special Pizza... I guess it is on me for assuming that it would be a decent sized pizza. NOPE!... that pizza came in a very sad small box (about 5in×5in). So you could only imagine how small the pizza was. It was very thin, little sauce, not much flavor. All around, just a very sad pizza. I also got mozzarella sticksand should be called bread sticks with the amount of bread to cheese ratio. They were decent sized, but the flavor wasnt there at all because of how much breading there was. If youre looking for a good pizza place... this is NOT it. You might as well go to Little Ceasers and spend less for more quality than this place.

The extremely attractive young man behind the counter when I asked him he said everything is good. He then suggested the Creamy Barbecue pizza I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the pizza. When it can out it looked similar to other gourmet pizza s I ve had In the past. My first bite was like a spiritual experience, it was the best thing that had touched my taste buds in years. It s definitely not like me to absolutely Love something enough to give it five stars but this pizza and cafe definitely earned all five of those stars. I just wish they weren t so far. This Palios has stolen my heart. I previously went to the one on Loop 288 because it was closer, but the ambiance and overall feel of the Cross Roads location most definitely wins, hands down. Theyre under different owners, apparently, so there are a few minor differences between the branches. Palios is the perfect place for an informal date. Its BYOB, so you can keep the cost down by bringing your own booze. The lighting is just the right kind of dim to allow for casual conversation with a precious little fireplace in the center of it all... AND they choose good music. Normally some sort of old school jazz lounge or swing tunes, which fits so well. The restaurants interior is well-decorated and overall, pretty damn cozy. There is also outdoor seating on the screened-in patio, which Ive not yet taken advantage of, but look forward to in the cooler coming months. Overall, a really good spot to frequent, especially if you are craving wings with your pizza.

Im not kidding when I say this is the best pizza Ive had in a long time. The chocolate cannellonis are both inexpensive and melt in your mouth delicious. I suggest ordering the kind, because its the right amount of vegetables. But if youre a meat only person, try out the meat deluxe. If youre disappointed, Id be amazed.

Update in 2022: I still eat here every time I get. This is my favorite Palios in the DFW area and the owners are hands-on and the ingredients are definitely fresh. It is my favorite stop anytime I m on US-380.

Sorry no pics- I never think of for delivery, but Palios is very good. Ive had mult types of pizza, diff wing flavors, mac n cheese, and chicken alfredo pasta- ALL good. Definitely reccomend.
