First time here. Staff was amazing and so was the food. We split two different sandwiches; lemongrass chicken & rotisserie chicken. Both were flavorful and filling. The coffee was so delicious, i almost forgot a pic! The place is cute & tidy. I asked about their dairy free options. Plenty for those with dairy allergies. They will answer any questions about any food allergies without hesitation

We didnt have very much Cuban options growing up here, so my Grandpa would bring home Vietnamese sandwiches. This brought back some memories. Very tasty sandwiches and sauce. We tried the coffee, and the Rotisserie and lemon grass chicken sandwiches. Both were very satisfying! Thank yall! We will be back.

The lady at the front was nice, but I didnt like the experience, service, or food. Never going back. They got our order wrong, the food was bland, plain, was very disappointed, and pretty grossed out. The food/ingredients didnt taste like fresh or quality ingredients. I feel so grossed out by it. First time here and I was a bit disappointed with their customer service. I went & ordered 2 banh mi sandwich with NO protein what so ever & went to take a seat for my order. Kid you not I waited 20min for my order and place was not even full. I went up to the young lady & asked her where was my order and she said she had forgot and what did I order seriously !!!! I had to ordered again. When I got home, she made the order wrong! Gave me 2 tofu sandwiches which I don t like and had to throw away! There was no point of calling and having to wait. I can see why they get five star reviews. I wanted to try something different, and after going to the international food fair at St Judes Sunday I wanted to try Vietnamese in the local area. I found this on the map and decided to give it a try. I ended up having one of their bowls with rotisserie chicken, lettuce, a carrot and jicama slaw with their Vietnamese traditional dressing. I was actually astounded at the Quality presented here for only about $15. They gave me a whole chicken breast that was very well cooked and had a nice light spice flavor, crisp lettuce and fresh vegetables. The dressing was just what I was looking for, that light Vietnamese dressing with a hint of fish oil and sugar. All in all a very good meal, I felt like it was healthy but also because they offered so much chicken I felt full and satisfied. The atmosphere is a cute little walk-in place, not a place for big parties or anything, they have enough seating to maybe seat 4 couples. I liked the atmosphere, it seemed clean and it had character. A good place to visit.

Order at the counter when you walk in then take a seat. Theyre pretty quick & make it as soon as you order, not long to wait for food. I did find a piece of plastic in my bowl, looks like the corner of a plastic bag that holds the spinach/veggies. We ordered the grilled pork & bulgogi banh mi as well as the grilled pork spring rolls and bulgogi bowl with brown rice. The banh mis are generously filled with veg & your choice of meat, the portion is just right. The bulgogi bowl is a bun-less version of the banh mi. The spring rolls, again, a variation of the banh mi wrapped in rice paper. The cucumber limeade and pineapple lemonade are amazing too, very refreshing. You take the juice out of the fridge after paying & hand it to the attendant, they put ice in it & give you a straw. There are some small items for sale off the wall, honey, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce and a few other things. Its a pretty small place so be considerate of the space you take up. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, they can do meatless for ones that have protein. Parking: Plenty of parking outside the restaurant.

Food was DIVINE! Tried the grilled pork bahn mi rolls (with the bahn mi sauce) with the hot and sour soup and iced tea. I had to seriously restrain myself from ripping the pork out of the roll and devouring it. Soup had chicken and salmon, and was thicker than expected, somewhere between a sauce and a soup. Very good regardless. Bahn mi sauce is good, tastes like tomato the way salsa tastes like tomato. Iced tea was unsweet regular black tea. Im a picky and not a very healthy eater, but this place blew my mind. Highly recommend! Great little joint to get fresh Vietnamese foor. The joint has some funky decor (which I appreciate). I had the traditional banh mi sandwich, and it was really fresh and delicious. The Vietnamese iced coffee really packs a punch. Boss Lady had their bulgogi beef salad...very tasty! Jr Boss Lady had a grilled chicken banh mi...she said it was good. I suspect all the reviews is from locals in the area, because the food is underwhelming and so is the customer service. Okay so I used to enjoy the rolls, but as I was eating them and found something in my rolls! I was crushing something hard and definitely not food! So I ended up spiting them out! Instantly adored this place because of the kind service and welcoming environment! However, the real star is the food - amazing flavors, excellent quality, and customizable! I couldnt be happier with the vegan options. If I could say one thing: do not sleep on the pepper vinaigrette. The flavor is through the roof. Had a Banh Mi and Shrimp Toast. The Banh Mi was delicious. Fresh bread and fresh ingredients. One of the better Banh Mis I ve had. But the Shrimp Toast on the other hand.. holy god! It was a symphony that played for the taste buds in my mouth.. the crispy baguette croutons topped with a velvety cream cheese spread and then with shrimp and melted cheese. I ve never had Shrimp toast like this and I d drive miles to come back and eat it again. This place is a gem and the staff are absolutely wonderful. You won t go wrong here!

Ill start off saying the place looks clean and staff were nice. But I was a little disappointed in the food. It taste ok. But where the disappointment came is the bowl I recieved wasnt a near as full as what shows in past reviews. I asked for jasmine rice and there was little to none in it. And what I really didnt like was the bulgogi beef I got was warmed up in the microwave. When I think healthy I assume fresh as well. And fresh to me is cooked as people order. Not sitting wrapped in a bowl and warmed in a microwave. Also order a pho sandwich. And same thing meat warmed in the microwave. Just a little bummed. Because if it was freshly made it could taste better. Probably wont go back.

My husband and I LOVE this place! We moved to the area three months ago and this is the one spot we frequent most. We also love their music and if you look around you get an idea of their foundation. *Edit: Upon my return, the staff has changed the way they approach taking orders. As soon as I requested a veggie sandwich, they asked if I wanted mayo or not and advised everything else was vegetarian/vegan. Although the delicious soup is no longer available due to unpopularity (it is soooooo good, even my 18mo daughter eats it), they gave me a spring roll to make up for last visit. Updated to 5 stars because of their customer service and amazing remaining vegan options. Staff is not knowledgeable of vegan options. I ordered a tofu sandwich and there was some type of white cream sauce on it and then I was told the hot and sour soup was vegan which clearly had shredded chicken inside. Vegan = no animal products! Not sure they understand this. Really hope the staff gets better training as we all know Rockwall doesn t have many plant-based choices.

Im not sure whats taken me so long to try this place out but glad I finally did. Very small place, obviously family owned. Everyone was very friendly. I had the pork Banh Mi, it was fantastic. I was honestly surprised by the price as Im used to a downtown Banh Mi spot thats double (no slight on that place, I love it too and gladly pay their price). Will 100% be back and look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

This small shopping mall eatery offers novel takes on classic Vietnamese street foods. Vegetarian and vegan options abound, the decor is pleasant, and the service - genteel. Id be even better if the owners could reduce the user of single-use dishes, which cause environmental harm. Expect to pay about $15 per person. Vegetarian options: Instead of meat, diners can choose avocado and mango or lemongrass tofu. Both work well. Also available: brown rice and quinoa.

The Bulgolgi Bahn Mi was delicious. Excellently textured bread, great tasting Bulgolgi, with super fresh carrot and cucumber. My wife got the BBQ Pork Bowl and the Bahn Mi Rolls with Shrimp and she said they were delicious, which is a big compliment from someone in their 3rd Trimester. The downsides are the serving sizes, the Bahn Mi was kinda small.

Went here for the first time today during the lunch rush. They were very busy but still got our food out super fast! I have never had good tofu banh mi and have never liked it but this restaurant completely changed my opinion. Absolutely delicious, friendly, fast, and pleasant. Will definitely be back to try the TONS of the vegetarian options on the menu!

My wife and I were really hungry and the thought of a bahn mi sounded amazing. This place did not let down. We both had the bowl protein style and it was so yummy. I cant recommend this place enough. I could at Heslty Bahn Mi everyday and not get tired of it. Food is always fresh. Staff is always friendly and personable, and happy. I always have a happy tummy and a happy soul when I leave there. Healthy Bahn Mi is Rockwall s best kept secret. These folks are hard working, friendly in the very best way, and they truly appreciate of your business. There arent many places that I will go out to lunch to, and this gem tops the list. Some menu favorites are: - Banh Mi sandwiches are built on the best baguettes, loaded with fresh ingredients. I get mushroom-avocado + mango or the BBQ pork. - Cucumber Limeade - Banh Mi rolls - Homemade soups (rotating) Maria also makes a honey/lemon/ginger/turmeric concentrate (mason jar in the cooler) thats only available when she can find all of the ingredients fresh and organic. Keep ion hand for those days when youre sick and I swear it will wipe out a cold in a day. Great place, lovely staff, delicious food- a Rockwall favorite for a reason.

I loved the classic banh mi roll! The outside was crispy and the bun was soft throughout. The veggies were so fresh and the jalapeños had great flavor! I put some sriracha on it for well-rounded heat. I can t wait to go back! I forgot to take a before pic. It was too good
