Payton and the Independence Title team did a great job for my client. They were buying a new home with a VA loan and the customer was so happy. Closing on real estate is a big deal and often title companies are the forgotten piece of the process. Working with the right title company is really important. Use Independence Title of Rockwall! Payton Seales did an excellent job for us, particularly when our TX closing was unexpectedly delayed on the day of closing due to buyer paperwork issues. She maintained contact with our real estate broker in TX, our realtor in OK, and the buyers title company representatives throughout the process as the problems were resolved.

Abbey and the team made the closing process such a positive experience. Abbey was available to answer any questions that I had in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend using independence title in Rockwell. The only bad thing that I have to say is the pens that they use for advertising weren t good but Abbey provided me with her own pen to sign documents. 10/10 would recommend.

We were paying cash. We asked for a fast close. it took over a moth to close. The only answers we got were condescending emails that had nothing to do with our questions. DO NOT RECOMEND!

Horrible service! Was told Thursday that Holly would call me back by the end of the day. They lied! She did not call me back. I was told again on Friday that she would call me back by the end of the day. They lied again! She did not call me back I back. I called again Monday morning. I was told she would call me back by 11AM. Sje lied again and she did not call me back. And then when I called and expressed my concerns, she got an attitude and then made excuses that she was too busy to call me back. This place is a horrible mess. Unethical behavior rude employees.
