This bar is the best place to watch football on Sundays, but the service was so bad today that we left before the end of the games! The waitress sat down by the pool tables and left us with empty glasses for over thirty minutes. I ve been in the restaurant industry for over a decade and have never left a lower tip or a review this bad!!!

As someone who rates local restaurants on food and service, this was by FAR the worst establishment when it came to what was served and how it was served, everything we ordered was burnt to a crisp....and not including the young girl who was our waitress who was beyond rude and made us feel like we were burdens just being there and taking away from her time floating around the establishment vapeing and socializing with the guys at the pool tables....unfortunately she wasnt very welcoming at all. And in all of my experiences I have ever had at an establishment that I had to review, i never like when it turns out to be a dud...I was very hopeful for this restaurant. My hope is that they take this into consideration for the future and put more effort into the food and how its served and put more effort in the service those girls give the customers, the professionalism was not there and the quality of the food as a whole was disappointing. Maybe next time when its time to re-review this establishment, it will be a better experience.

Went there tonight for the first time. Great place. Lots of TVs and some pool tables. Good prices good vibes. Great service at bar. Only giving 4 though because I went to a sports bar to watch sports but they turned my TV from what I was watching to MTV before it concluded. It s a sports bar man, even after asking the manager on duty to flip it back he still didn t return to it. Had to watch the rest of my game on my phone. But a one-off incident doesn t detract too bad from an overall pretty decent bar with solid bartenders. Keep up good work!

Had the hangover hamburger and the spicy hen. Both were great. But I just want to warn people to not use Google to order your food. I was charged $10 more than if I just used the restuarants website. Also, I was told by staff that I could not use the patio because it was locked. I ended up passing by there 20min later and guess what... people were on the patio. Sucks because the only reason I choose to come here was because I saw they had a patio and wanted to sit outside with my dog. Oh well, maybe next time I can get a seat outside.

This place is amazing! Amazingly priced drinks! Its definitely your bang for your buck. They have great pizza too! I always spend up to a minimum 100$ when I go because when I have mommy nights, I tend to enjoy them! Parking: Definitely decent parking Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly, but not recommended after 7pm. Thats when it starts to become just adults. No kids after 9pm are the rules posted though.

Let me start off by saying I spend most of my time traveling for work and enjoy trying new places to eat at or grab a beer, so service and atmosphere are very important to me. I came across bearded monkey and decided to give it a go. When I first arrived I was attended to very quickly, the waitresses I had were very friendly and honestly very full of energy. I m going to be honest I am not a friendly looking man and even then my waitress tried to make conversation with me, made sure I was ok every other few minutes quite literally. I was so pleased with bearded monkey and their service that I decided to stay another day in town and bring some buddies to try it out. Of course just as I was they were very pleased with the service as well as the atmosphere. Wonderful place with great food, I owe it all to two great waitresses Arlen and Aaliyah. Cant wait to be back.

Be careful with a waiters call Emily I paid a check for 60 dollares and gave her 13 dollars tip . 20% maybe is not the best tip but also is not bad is what I had available . So when I check my bank account days later for my surprise she ad extra 7 dollares and got 20 dollars tip . The problem is not the 7 dollars extra for that reason i didn t call my bank the problem is the crime that she did . She literally took my money and put her hands in my pocket without permission . She stole money .. I know I am not the only one bc maybe she thinks they aren t going to notice extra 7 or 5 dollars . She forfeit the receipt .. or add the money that she wants on the computer idk . The place is good everything was good but things like this messed up everything .. I hope you are 7 dollars richer

My 5 stars comes from Good service, let me elaborate a party of 7 walks into the establishment there is no seating. The staff looked for seating as well couldnt find any. We leave the kind gentleman that was looking for seating for us comes outside just before we were leaving and says I got yall a table we were all excited and hungry. The waitress was very nice and attentive, we were checked on by staff at all times the food was great, I love the tvs around the bar thats cool. Then here comes the music omg we had a ball thank you so much for your hospitality Bearded Monkey we will return again (with more people) i ordered the chicken Nachos which was slamming btw the environment of the bar was so so great

We tried this place one evening and sat at the bar and we were greeted right away. We ordered our drinks and looked over the menu. Our server Lizzie was very nice and helpful. The place was immaculately clean. We did not stay long due to the music being very loud and offensive, but other than the music zero complaints. We will try this place again in the future to see if the music was a one off. Did seem like a very fun place to spend some time, they have pool tables and a Golden Tee game. The bathrooms were very clean also. A lot of care went into this place. Hope to return soon. Parking: Large shared lot.

Food was okay, they had pool tables in inconvenient spots and the players kept moving everyone around even though there s the basketball finals going on. They should have just shut down the table next to other people. Service was horrible. The waitress knew she messed up the tabs and wouldn t come over, took almost an hour between receiving the check and her actually taking the payment. Do not recommend

This bar is a fun little sports bar. We went on a busy Sat night around 11 pm. The bar was packed. They have lots of TVs, pool tables, and a couple of gambling machines. Drinks were great. My only complaint was standing at the bar for 5 minutes while the female bartenders were talking to each other and playing on their phones instead of paying attention to the patrons. The gentleman who was also bartending seemed to be the only one actually working.

Typical Sports Bar atmosphere. Lots of large & very large screen TVs. Food was good- loved the pizza, salads & nachos. Wide variety of drinks & beers. Our Server was Excellent (didnt catch her name, she was very busy but always checked on us. Glad they were able to handle our large group of 16. They re-arranged tables & chairs & it was great.

Second time we have been here and it was ok this time. We asked for Nachos with no guacamole since I am allergic. We not only found guacamole in it there was also a hair. Thankfully my husband found the guac before I ate it. We were given the option of getting something else and we got the sampler. There was 4 pieces of chicken and a lot of the fried pickles and mushrooms. We got the bill and there was no discount or anything for the mishap. Not a fan.

We have found a new fun place to go. Great place to watch games or just enjoy the music and people watch. So far everything we ve tried on the menu has been great & especially the chicken tenders!! Drinks, shots and beer towers giving you the never ending beer! Ask for server BRI, she is FANTASTIC! She is always checking on you, she remembers your names, and always provides service with a smile! Cool place - you should give it a try!

The food was excellent, beer was cold and the drinks were good. We recommend the burger, chicken strips and onion rings. Service was attentive and plenty of sports were being shown on television. This is a fun atmosphere. It was cleaner than I thought it would be which is a big plus. Bartenders were nice, people were willing to talk at the bar. They have 3 pool tables, again looking clean, they take quarters. I tried their southwest egg rolls, they had nice spice, ranch on the side. Tons of tvs. Fun atmosphere.

Thursday, Nov 30, 2023 - We decided we wanted to go somewhere to watch the Cowboy game, so my husband called Bearded Monkey in Rockwall. Without hesitation, Buddy graciously reserved a table for 6 and we had no issues when we arrived. We had the best server, Ashley, who was kind and on top of getting what we requested and checking on us throughout the game. At one point I mentioned to Buddy that there was no toilet paper in the womens restroom and he quickly handled that. What I was MOST impressed about was a patron seemed to have too much to drink or he was tired and I noticed Buddy handled him with dignity AND EVEN CALLED HIM AN UBER!!! I have NEVER witnessed a gesture like this and I was super thankful! Much respect to Buddy and Bearded Monkey in Rockwall!! Thank you for allowing us to have a good time, but also keeping us safe!!!

Ima a previous worker. The food is outstanding and so are the staff. Not 2 mention the atmosphere. Certain foods are hand breaded and made fresh to order. If you dont like meat, theres a lil something for you too. If you a DIE HARD SPORTS FAN, this is the place for you. Every sport and game on VIG SCREEN tvs, that surround the walls. Of course, there are pool tables; they also have the pool leagues there as well. There are also live djs and karaoke on Tues and Fri. The dj does his Thang. Had a great time! Dont go out much but the service was phenomenal. My patio server was Mrs. Grace and my orders were on time and served with a smile. I am pretty picky when it comes to eating out. Im really not sure why this place has 3.8 rating. We had great service, some of the best bar food Ive had in a long time. Nothing cooked from frozen. I can definitely tell when something is cooked from frozen! Very rare to find a sports bar that can do food well. They also have a good array of beer on tap, too. And great view of the tvs everywhere. If you are a healthy eater, they will do bunless burgers or sandwiches. The waitress caught me eating just the grilled chicken and kindly informed me it would be no imposition to make things to order. It is pricy, but its Rockwall. Yall pay way high for food at Bin 303, and their food is sub-par. I would definitely come here again.
