We had lunch in the patio. While we were eating a giant cockroach started to climb the column next to our table. The cockroach almost fell on our table and food. The waitress saw it too and immediately asked us to move. However our 2 yr saw it too and immediately was scared and started to scream and cry. The cockroach continued his journey up the column and was climbing above everyone s heads. We moved to another table on the patio but asked for our food to go since the 2 yr wasn t going to sit there. The waitress was very attentive and helped me packed everything up. However while I was waiting for our check, the hostess sat someone in the same table and I could see the manager was not concerned or didn t care. He didn t ask to comp our dinner. I placed full price for a meal that I didn t eat and lost our appetite seeing cockroach climb around us while we are eating. I will not be back. Very disappointed since I have eaten there many times over the years.

My friends though this restaurant was Mexican but I told them that its Salvadorian good. Honestly anyone can think that too. The only thing that makes you know get a feel that it is Salvadorian it that they got tostadas but these guys call them pupusas. Food was great. Kids get crayons and stuff to entertain themselves while the food arrives at the table. Only detail that was not so great is that the waitress was like rough on her table manners and what I mean by that were specific action on her personality that made you think she was either in a hurry or did not care too much about customer service which is always a probability that can happen when 2 out of 10 people dont know customer service and they think they do. Thats the managers fault or who ever supervises them when they got trained.

Our waiter did fantastic! Food was ok not impressive for me. Enchiladas the breast was over dry I left it all on the plate and ate the tortillas. Beans and rice are good. Now margaritas are strong but have a great taste. I had both lime and a strawberry one. Came in on a Saturday it was so crowded inside and I spent 20 minutes trying to park. Loved it!! We went on Sunday night but the wait time for our table of 9 was about 20 minutes. The restaurant is super clean and it s pretty inside. It s a little dark in some areas but not too bad. The food is amazing definitely recommend the pupusas and the flan!! Our waiter was super friendly and attentive, we didn t have to wait for drink refills or for chips and salsa. We told him that we were celebrating a birthday and after the meal he cleared our table and brought out the flan with a candle. I can t wait to go back again

I love thier mojitos. I have been to many other places and Noone has mojitos like Glorias. My husband and I first went here our first date 6 years ago and Glorias has become the place we go to for all of our special occasions. They never let us down with thier food, drinks, or service. Its a great intimate setting for a date with the hubby, anniversary, birthday or just an evening with friends. We will continue to go to Glorias for all of our special occasions!!

Towards end of meal we noticed several water bugs on the walls of the patio and a cockroach on the floor. When address with the manager he didnt seem to care much. I ordered roast beef and they gave me a cut that seemed a little thin to me, but it ended up medium and I They delivered it well cooked, as I dont usually return food, I ate it that way. Good food. We had the quill, which was really delicious. Also had the red snapper tacos, which were a little dry. The guacamole is very tasty! With chips and salsa, you also get black bean dip. Everything was going well, until a waitress moved the fan, facing the wall. Because a lady doesnt like the air. Its summer and its hot, if you dont like the air, ask to be moved to a different table. It was different then the other Glorias I have visited. I wasnt very comfortable and the atmosphere and seating wasnt enjoyable the place was kinda not clean like the table I was at wasnt cleaned properly. The food that was given to me was fresh. The glass with my drink came in and was full of hair strings. A bug flew in my dessert and they wouldnt replace it for another one. So I didnt eat it like they expected to. Now if I was another person of color they would have accommodated me. I want be going back to Glorias. Signed... Bad experience

Had dinner at Glorias with co workers. Simply put - it was outstanding. Food was great and was timely. Not every place can handle a larger party without there being delays, but Glorias didnt miss a beat! Also, service was superior. Again, one typically sees the service times take a small hit with a large party. Not at Glorias. The drinks and chips were kept refreshed as quickly as if we only had two at the table. I was impressed.

I love Glorias. Theyve lost two stars for shrinkflation! Always ate the lunch tacos, absolutely delicious. Last year there were three on the lunch menu for $14. I love coming to this place, the food is without a doubt super delicious, but this restaurant seems to have reservations because every time I go with my friends or family it is always full and we have to wait an hour and a half to get in, I always make a reservation In other restaurants, but in this one because they dont make reservations, its always full every time I go, even if its a weekend or a weekday, but in reality it looks like there are reservations so that you can arrive at the time you asked for and not be waiting. outside with a super strong sun and apart from the fact that it is super hot and yesterday it was and we waited two hours to get in and it is better that they make reservations so that people dont get bothered and they never serve them

I can only speak to the Mariscada. Seafood soup with shrimp, scallops, and 1/2 a lobster tail. It s freaking amazing. I ve never moved past it on the menu.
