This summer, I made the decision to sell my first home. I have never been through selling a home before, so I had LOTS of questions and had no idea what I was doing. What I did know, was that I was instantly impressed by Sara Hudler s data driven approach and marketing expertise. Sara was able to guide me through every step of the process, so I never was surprised. She answered every question I had (and there were a lot of them!) in a very time efficient manner. Most of all, Sara was so incredibly friendly and kind through everything! And when you tell her what you want, she ll fight for you. Sara helped me prep my home, and marketed it so well that I had multiple offers within days. I would definitely work with Sara again if we end up selling/buying in the future.

Whether you are a first time home buyer, or have done this several times please believe me when I say you want Sara Hudler to be your realtor! She makes time for you, will answer any questions you have and if she does not know the answer she is do everything she can to get it for you. She made buying our first home one of the easiest experiences we have ever had! I was waiting for all the stress that you hear about when buying a home, and with Sara Hudler and the Matteson Group the stress NEVER showed up! She made sure we were beyond well taken care of, and you might even be thinking What if she has multiple clients? Will she still take care of us? The answer is ABSOLUTELY! She makes sure each of her clients has her undivided attention and that every question you have big or smaller is addressed. She will fight for you to get you everything you want and deserve. No job is too big or too small for her! We can not praise her and the Matteson Group enough, we really feel like we won the lottery with Sara Hudler as our realtor.
