I knew after my first call with Vicki that she is an experienced professional that has the ability to help me with my custody case. She works and fights for you especially since my divorce has been such a mentally stressful situation with a lot of emotions involved. Vicki helped put things in perspective and offered great advice on how to navigate this journey. Although the other attorney delayed getting inventory to us, Vicki stepped up to complete my inventory and provide it to the mediator which looked great for us. She s a great negotiator and knows when and how to strategize and call people out when necessary. I 100% would and have recommended Vicki to my friends and coworkers. Grateful I found her to be on my side because I wouldn t want her on the other end.

I was referred to Pinak Law Firm through my medical director at work. My director had a divorce a few years ago and mentioned how happy she was with Vicki as her lawyer. Once I consulted with Vicki I knew she was someone I wanted to move forward with for my child custody case. I never had to wonder or speak to anyone else and got my questions answered directly from her. She is always on the ball with anything that I ask for and supportive at the same time. I put her through alot of stuff and she still remains by my side helping me through. I am so grateful to have a lawyer like Vicki Pinak.

I had a really great experience with Vicki Pinak! I can t stress enough how much pressure I had on my shoulders. There were so many questions about child custody but she made me feel comfortable. I am really lucky to have chosen this firm. If not for the amazing team of Vicki, April and Donna, things wouldve been much different. Highly recommend. Ms. Vicki Pinak is professional, experienced and steering the case in the right direction. Ms. April Vigilla is super patient and always fully prepared and ready for the trial. Ms.Donna McMullen is detail-oriented and organized all the documents in great order. Ms.Kayla Soliz was also helpful in document organizing as well. Theyre the dream team anyone could ever ask for! I was looking for the right lawyer to handle my custody case and found them! My father researched attorneys to take care of my child and me, and he came across Pinak Law Firm. We wanted to change from our previous attorney and signed up for a consultation. We immediately knew that this was the perfect place. Mrs. Pinak, Mrs. Vigilla, and their staff were extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and diligent. During this tough time, they showed they cared and would take care of me. I really needed that. The staff at Pinak are extremely knowledgeable and were always quick to answer my questions. Divorce is tough and I never felt alone thanks to Vicki and her team. It was clear to me almost instantly when I first consulted with Ms. Pinak several years ago that she and her team truly cared about me, my case and my children. I used a different lawyer for my divorce, but when I later entered into a custody battle, I knew I needed to find someone with much more experience and more of a personal touch. I found just that in the Pinak Law Firm! The outcome of my custody battle was the most favorable for me and my children, and more recently, they have assisted me with a modification to my original order. Mrs Pinak is an angel ! There are very few people left on earth that take time to actually help people rather than run for the quick dollar and say yes to everything . I have been having issues with my court orders where the other party has been contempt . Mrs Pinak took time to review my entire final order and in return she first gave me instructions on what s needed to be done right now and then in the future . She opened up my final orders and gave me the advice needed , I felt embarrassed when she told me that she won t charge me for a consultation . I am now gathering all info needed to take to her for her to do what she has practically spent her entire life doing ..... going for the right and not wrong ! This was the first place I walked into and felt as if there s people out there that care rather than start the timer the second you walk in ! Thank you mrs Pinang and Donna !

Divorce can be a difficult and painful process! I am almost certain that no one gets married with the idea of one day no longer being able to live as husband and wife! When I was faced with divorce I interviewed several law firms and ultimately decided to go with Mrs. Pinak s law firm because she showed genuine concern for my children and I. Vicki Pinak was kind enough to opened her office on a Saturday to meet with me and go over my case. She and her team are not only professional and knowledgeable but they are also very empathetic about the sensitivity of this family matter. If children are involved, Vicki and her team will ensure the best outcome for the child (ren) interest. They are a very patient team and take the time to fully describe each step of the process. They go above and beyond to file all the paper work in a timely manner, investigate and find additional information as needed, and they are very well respected by their colleagues which allows for a smooth process during mediation and court procedures. Like I said, divorce is hard, no matter how you get to that point, but Mrs. Vicki Pinak and her team will be accessible to answer all your questions and try to ease the stress where they can during such a difficult time. I could not recommend the Pinak Law Firm, or Vicky Pinak, more highly. Two years ago, in desperate need of a good divorce attorney, I didnt known where to start in the search. Thankfully, after several attorneys were interviewed, Ms. Pinak was selected and I could not be happier with the choice or the results. From the first day she exceeded our expectations with her knowledge of the system, her quick mind and thorough analyses, and her calm tenacity during mediation sessions and court appearances. She is highly skilled, calm under pressure, laser focused on achieving the desired objective(s), and most importantly, to me, very successful! I cannot thank Ms. Pinak enough and I can not recommend Ms. Pinak and the Pinak Law Firm more highly. I met with several lawyers before deciding to go with Mrs. Pinak. That decision changed the course of my life and the lives of my children. My hope was to find a lawyer that would guide me through the unknown and upsetting divorce process but what I got was so much more. Very unprofessional. Vickie Pinak completely violated my confidentiality and blew my case. I had to fire her and retain a new lawyer which cost me thousands of dollars for nothing. I racked up so many unnecessary charges from her. This is an unethical lawyer in so many ways, and I should have reported her to the law board.
