The tables are always dirty, and when you ask someone wipe it down they look at you crazy. Next the works are lazy. When I ask can have all my food together she said ok. Well that didnt happen. Ill just take my business somewhere else.

This is the epitome of the American breakfast dining experience. It s a marvel to see how they work their line cooks w word of mouth. The food is delicious, coffee amazing, and fast service. All for a reasonable price. All the servers helped each other out- great teamwork for sure. We had Brooklyn, she was great and always kept my coffee full! Great experience.

Once again came to another Waffle House im and this time I ordered online because a girl said it would be faster which was a lie!! Kept getting text saying it was ready but it wasn t and still waited because it was a hassle to get a refund due to whatever she said about third party!!! Eyes are rolling sick of these businesses doing us citizens like that!! These places need to do better with customer service or close. Period..

I give them 5 stars because I have always liked waffle house. Fast, simple, and predictable diner breakfast and always fresh coffee. The staff was really friendly and attentive. I dont know, I like simple diner food when I am craving it, and waffle house just delivers that, nothing more and nothing less. Dont go if you are expecting to have little edible flowers for decor or picture worthy plates.

Food and service were fantastic. Katie was the manager on duty and Brooklyn was our server. I wish we knew the names of everyone though because the atmosphere and team work of this entire crew was evident. Katie was running things like a well oiled machine and her team was constantly in sync. Extremely impressed and will definitely be here regularly.

I had a waffle in house and waited for a to go order for the family. Not a single thing was right on that order and when I called to try to correct it the recording says to order on the web and hung up. The price was over $50 for 2 botched meals. They had a waiting time walking in which I was fine with.. took about 5 mins to sit us down and it was only 2 of us. Took r order n it was over an hour n still no food!! Everyone else who got there before us n after us ate n took off n we were still waiting there. The staff tried to talk to the manager as he was telling the cooks what to cook n he did care about what his employees were saying. This is not acceptable.. it all starts with the manager down to the staff... never will I go back... n Big thank you to Brooklyn for trying to help. But the manager there suck!!! 0 stars if possible!!!!

This was the best Waffle House I have been to. I ordered the two-egg breaksfast with bacon and also coffee. My scrambled eggs and bacon were neither overcooked or undercooked. Bacon was crisp. My hash browns were perfect - no clumping together due to overcooking. My server was excellent. Her name on her name badge was Money Made. She took initiative to ask if I wanted more coffee when my coffee cup became empty and also if I wanted extra butter for toast. She made money when I left a good tip!

I love Waffle House. The workers are extremely friendly, and the meal always comes out amazing. Came here on Christmas, it was pretty busy and the workers were interacting with eachother very friendly. I tried a Pecan Waffle, and it was glorious. It was like I ascended to heaven for a minute. But afterall, its Waffle House, my go to breakfast place. Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly.

worst server experience ever , greeted by a colorful hair girl with a piercing that went from her ear to nose .. asked her if she could re wipe the table due to it being wet along with the menus , her response was it s wet cause of the bleach cloth we use to wipe it down .. so you dont know how to properly wring a towel ?? .. ask for my coffee in a to go cup , she said we only have small one i said that fine , she then ask my partner if he wants his in a to go cup ..idk why she asked him that knowing they only have small cups , he order a hi-c so your going to give a grown man a kids cup mainly full of ice and charge us 3.25 as if he got a regular cup then we ask for a hi-c when we leave cause he only had that one drink ,never got a refill she gonna say im gonna have to charge you additionally cause my manger is knocking down on us with the use of that many to go cups y all inventory has nothing to do with me . if we re being technical you have his first drink in a kids to cup with mainly ice that s definitely less ounces then ur standard clear cups .. so technically it s a refill ! im a server and that was the worst experience we ever had going there !

Ordered the Allstars breakfast. Asked for the waffle to be served last. Waffle arrived at the table first, then the eggs and hashbrowns, next a plate of burnt sausage paties, then the cook brought out my grits. I had to hold my cup in the air to demonstrate I needed a refill. They actually had the nerve to ask me if everything was alright. I told her nothing was right and damn sure didnt leave her a tip.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL STAFF on Easter morning of 2023, especially Vivian! My food was delicious and prepared quickly and packaged neatly. I m not sure if they need to hire more people at this location. My husband, my daughter and my self decided to go this Wednesday and waited over 30 mins. With 3 tables ready to get cleaned. Still one lady that was taking orders would see all the chairs filled with people still would just move at a slow pace and only clean the bench, and will sit people there and only take their order. Wouldn t acknowledge the rest waiting on booths. As we decided to just leave another couple walked out after us and heard one of the workers say something like we only have one servant today . It wasn t the fact that we were waiting but could ve at least communicate and acknowledge that we were there and at least let us know that they are short handed. Customer service was horrible. And to top it off it was during the week. I can only imagine how it is on the weekends.

This place is disgusting, the company needs to shut down and remodel, the food tasted like it was warmed up leftovers, and the service was horrible, one of the waitress literally gave me a plasticware and said idk how orange juice got on it but it s the last one ma am, at least clean it off before giving it to me, the restrooms were not clean at all my 8 year old son walked out and said he didn t feel comfortable at all. This was absolutely horrible. I came on Christmas Eve 2022, the table we were sat had old and spilled super glue on it which made it like we were eating on a dirty table it just wasn t a good experience at all. Do better Waffle House.

Will not be returning to this location in particular. Cook was too busy flirting and singing and joking to the waitress to do his job. The grits and eggs were bland and tasteless. I like the Energy Corridor location in Katy, they are much better. Also the Copperfield location is good. Not this location, service and food are poor.

My wife N I have been coming for about 2 yrs We totally love this place..... Weve always waited to be served by the most AWESOME waitress Misty.... if it wouldnt be for her working at this place we would never come.... I normally dont review franchises unless they make a really strong impression either positively or negatively. Went to this location close to midnight on a Saturday. Mikki and the rest of the staff there were absolutely amazing and friendly. They are probably the main reason this review is here. Service was fast and great, considering the time and its not like they werent busy either. Exceeded my expectations for a late night meal. Theres a waffle house closer to me, but I think Ill definitely be going back to this location.

Look its been declining badly and super fast, Its not like it use to be. For it to be in Pearland area its not standing up to its more calm more clean and not ghetto kind a way senerio. Wish it was better. We need it to be More CLEAN!, More Calm (no police showing up and people getting in fights) and I guess the ghetto part would be taken care of. Most of the ladies are sweet though. Dietary restrictions: There is never milk substitute available since Im lactose intolerant. Dis like that part mostly every where they do.
