I want to start this by saying that the two young ladies who were working the front were very nice and not at all a problem , I have gone to many free birds locations and this was by far the worst because of one single worker who made the atmosphere horrible and uninviting , I asked if I could get an extra tortilla with my online order and wouldnt even mind paying to do so , and she just seemed so appalled that I would even ask and told me there was certainly no way for her to do that. Again Ive never had this problem at any of their other locations nor been greeted so rudely by a worker. She also seemed like she was a chef or had some sort of seniority , so completely unacceptable behavior from her. At the end of the day its just a tortilla but its no excuse to act like that , I hope she fixes whatever is making her so unhappy at her job.

I dont get much time for lunch so I find the place that has the healthiest food the quickest. Freebirds in Rockwall does that for me. It typically takes me 2min from entering the building to leaving. The staff have made this possible and I am greatly appreciative.

We tried this place for dinner one evening, we both ordered the Brisket burrito and they dress them the way you request it as you move down the line. You can order portion size up front from Freebird to a Super Monster. I you are not that hungry you can order a half bird which is about half the size of a regular Freebird. You have two different types of rice to choose from then two different types of beans. You pick your protein then your toppings like veggies, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and then sauce. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. Parking: Part of a share parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Tuesday kids eat free with paying adult.

I ll keep it short and simple. The food is good. The worker we dealt with today with glasses and a backwards hat was not pleasant. There was some confusion about whether chicken was done or not, they were making more.. okay great. My brother decided to get a different meat that was already done. Should be fine right? NOPE. Apparently it s a big deal. The worker was bringing more chicken as he was getting a different meat and then rolled their eyes and walked away looking upset. Not a fan of this at all. Additionally, please tell me why there is NEVER ice in the drink machine when we go? It sucks. These trips have all been months apart. Probably won t be coming back.

Hard to find good quality food in Rockwall this place is no exception. Rice was so hard I couldnt hardly eat the Burrito. Instead of sauce on the side they put 3 different sauces on the Burrito. First red flag was we were the only ones there at 5:30 on a Friday night. Aggressively average food. Looked like it was old and drying out. Tortilla chips were served in a sealed plastic bag. Dirty and unkept. My husband and I visited the Rockwall store on Sun. When we entered there was one family in the restaurant just finishing their meal and my husband and I was in line to order. I was immediately disappointed when the area that the food is kept to build your burrito was FILTHY! Bean liquid and meats were all over the area. Now I could see if it was a rush of people so there wasnt time to clean....BUT, there was at least five employees standing behind the counter talking!!! I chose not to order because of the sanitation concerns, my husband ordered anyway because he was trying to see the football game. You all really must do better!

Our family tried Freebirds for the 1st time and I thought it was pretty good and great price! We are chipotle lovers as a family of six but the comparison was pretty similar, but yet the price was less, especially for a family of six. Only thing that I hate about this place is the location in the parking in this little area that they have has nothing to do with the actual food! But the set up for how they placed all these great restaurants with no parking is pretty silly, which does hinder whether we are going to go there or not due to the limited parking and having to hike a mile just to get to the location on a busy night in Rockwall if you know what I mean. Food is wonderful but parking is awful. This is why I gave it a three.

Probably the slowest experience I ve had at an assembly style restaurant. Nobody moved with a sense of urgency. Each item took probably 2-4 minutes. When you have 10 people in line, that s around 30 minutes to get food. The online orders seemed to be really long as people were saying they were waiting in store for 30 minutes. There wasn t ice in the fountain dispenser, trash cans were full and near overflowing, floors had trash in multiple areas. The employees looked lost.

I always try something different. I really like the sauce options from creamy jalapeno to habanero and the hot tomatillo or mild tomatillo always gives the spice I want. To add extra crunch I like diced jalapenos. The chips are perfect flavor and crunch and queso is my weakness.

We went in last night, hoping to enjoy a great Friday night dinner in honor of the first week of school. We went at 6:45 pm. The meat was old, dried out. There was no iced tea. It took 15-20 minutes for food, even though there were only 2 other customers. The guacamole was bitter. Several of our family felt sick afterwards. Our total bill was $85, which is a big deal to our family. We were so disappointed and hope that others have better experiences.

The Rockwall location with just 2 souls inside didnt care if they killed you or not. Couldnt even tell you what was in the ingredients. Told someone I was allergic to Cilantro and then he asked me if I wanted cilantro lime rice.... The downtown Dallas location on Ross is One of the better freebirds Ive been too. Regardless they were super busy they took time to change there gloves to not cross contaminate for my order since I have a severe food allergy. Where I can have anaphylaxis. Rockwall location didnt change there gloves and just said oh... I dont know whats in it. Sat down to eat... no other customers in the store. Worker continued talking to co-worker about how dead it is in the store..

Always a great experience eating at Freebirds in Rockwall. Staff are friendly and attentive and make dining there so enjoyable. Clearly the managers and supervisory staff provide good training to their staff for the whole team to be able to provide such a quality experience. We love the pork burritos and the cookies :)
