Note that all reviews for Castlerock are for ZACH which he is the only person that deserves the high reviews. Its not reflective of my previous review of my experience with Castlerock where I state that if pictures are worth 1000 words, then I listed 12 photos for a total of 12,000 words. LOOK FOR HOMEOWNERS REVIEW NOT Salesperson reviews, which again is well deserved and non-reflective of homebuilder in my opinion and many others who reviewed them.

Worst neighbor ever! While building a house across the street from us, their crew splattered concrete on my daughter s SUV. I contacted them, sent pictures and a receipt for the detail. 3 months have gone by and we still have not been reimbursed. Now we are told that they are going to contact the crew that pored the concrete and see if they will reimburse me. Way to take responsibility Castle Rock. If this is the way you treat your neighbors, I certainly would never consider buying a home from you.

Today we bought our first home with CastleRock , & let me say it was scary & exhausting until we met Zachary Barnes. He made it such a breeze , always has a smile on his face with full of excitement and positive energy. He genuinely cares about his clients and fights for you to the end . Even after we closed he came by to make sure everything was good. You are more than just a client/number to him, you re family!

We just moved into our beautiful new Castle Rock home less than a week ago, and we cannot be more excited. After working with Zach for over a year I can genuinely say he has stopped at nothing to ensure my experience has been nothing but 5 stars!! There have been some obstacles along the way and Zach + management have been very quick to find solutions and ensure the product is of the highest standards. Jay the construction manager was great to work with as well. He has attention to detail and an honest approach that was very refreshing. He ensured the house met all of my standards. I am so thankful for the patience and diligence from both Jay and Zach.

We closed on our home today in the Castlerock Sonoma Verde community! The atmosphere is beautiful and my home is what I ve always dreamed it would be! Buying with CastleRock has for sure been an experience. My representative was Zachary Barnes, he was exceptional in every way! Zachary displayed excellent customer service, communication and made himself available for any questions that arose. This was a first time buy for my husband and I and Zachary made the process amazingly smooth! He coordinated with the lenders and my realtor to ensure everyone was on task and all of our needs were met. He even took calls on his off day just to answer minor questions, he always made us feel as we were his priority! Talk about customer satisfaction! I recommend Castlerock, specifically the Sonoma Verde location, and make sure you request Zachary!

We have been working with Zach Barnes and what I can say, after being in customer service for over 15 years - his customer service is 11/10. He is always going above and beyond and I never thought we would buy a brand new home until my wife and I met him. He made it so easy, I d recommend EVERYONE to work with him. He will navigate you through the whole process making it feel like you have a friend walking side by side with you vs a sales person. That is NOT a skill, that s God given character. Update: while I enjoyed Zachary and all his work to close on this house, I feel the need to update the review based on the experience I have had since closing. I have had multiple issues that CastleRock pushes off and have had trouble getting ownership through the warranty. Recently there was a serious electrical issue that caused dangerous house surges and the electrical panel to spark due to a recalled panel being used in construction. CastleRock has done everything to deny responsibility. While they share they have multiple inspectors look at the house during construction, multiple code violations were missed and the inspections did not catch the serious issues mentioned above. The houses are beautiful, but I would proceed with caution. This house closing has been months in the making. Zachary B. is by far one of the most patient sales agents I have come across. The house is beautiful with exceptional details and is going to be the perfect spot for years to come.
