**Update: 7/17/24 approx 8:45am** I came in for my usual morning coffee refill. The young slimer lady asked with an unpleasant demeanor about the size of my refill. I pointed to my cup, stating that I didnt know since it s not printed on the cup Ive had for at least three years. To my surprise, she said it would be $5.29. I mentioned that this was the first time I was charged that amount, as I come here 3 to 4 times a week. She then said they probably charged me incorrectly in the past, but the price for a 40oz refill is $5.29. (After researching the size of my cup online its a 30oz) I responded that I would just pour out my drink since I was charged $2.15 two days prior and the previous week. The cashier never smiled, seemed unhappy in her position, was very short, unapologetic for any confusion, and came off as rude. I was very loyal to QuikTrip, but I immediately left and went to RaceTrac for their $1.50 coffee refill. Additionally, Im disappointed that the store upgraded the coffee station and increased the prices for coffee and refills without notice. For two days in a row, I came in for my coffee and there was construction. By my third visit that week, the construction was complete, and to my surprise, there was a price increase. I was told the increase was to cover the cost of the upgrade, yet today one of the coffee machines was out of service as usual. I really like the coffee and love the ice, but due to the confusion over pricing and the price hikes, I will no longer frequent this store. Ill get my coffee fix elsewhere. QuikTrip, please get it together! Despite my complaints, most employees do their job well, always saying Thanks, See you later, and explaining changes professionally and kindly. I appreciate the young man who stayed calm and professional when I mistakenly thought he overcharged me, not realizing the coffee refill price had increased from $1.72 to $2.15 due to the upgrades last week. I did apologize to him. This location for at least the past 3yrs has no urgency in repairing their soda and ice machine. Im a HUGE fan of the crushed ice. I come in at least 3 days of the week to get this ice. Going on 2 months the crushed ice along with about 3 soda flavors have yet to be available. Clearly Theres no urgency to get their soda and ice station running to its full potential. Im disappointed each and every time. Asked the cashier and was told they report the issue daily but no vendor wants to come to resolve. I will try to remember to take a picture my next visit for a better visual of the out of order stickers on numerous soda flavors and ice. Quicktrip please value your customers and get this issue fixed asap; we are patiently waiting but Geezz!!! 9/17/22 as of today fountain is still not fully functioning

The female clerk on duty this evening rudely told me she wont let me have 2$ quarters, really? Lose my reoccurring patronage over 2$ quarters.. Ok.. they had 9 people in line and 4 workers facing product. Left the young guy clerk with a long line.. till people started saying something about the wait. People just arent kind anymore.. now they get to restock what I was going to buy and Ill never buy anything here again.

I had high hopes for QuikTrip, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The store was disappointingly dirty, and the soda machines consistently lacked a variety of flavors. Not to mention, the spouts and machines were notably filthy and sticky. In an area with many options, its hard to justify choosing QuikTrip over cleaner and more organized alternatives. I hope improvements are made for a better customer experience in the future.

this place sucks One star I would the service is horrible. I asked for a shake, and they never they always say that theyre gonna fix the machine but they never do. Theyre just lazy because theres no way it takes more than a month to fix the machine. Ive been here multiple times and I hated it every time because they never have the shakes. I love the shakes, but I hate the place, plus the bathrooms are disgusting. Theyre mostly clean and always smelly. I recommend not going to this Quiktrip.

Store and bathrooms were dirty. Employees were standing around chatting while food items were out. Roller grill was down, they pulled the toppings and hot dogs, but still had steaming buns. How long has the roller been down and how old are those buns in the steamer tray, considering theyre not selling hot dogs or brats????!!!! This place needs a store manager that actually cares about anything.

This is by far the worst QuikTrip Ive been to. The food is never stocked. Certain dispensaries are never operating. The only thing I can say is that their customer service is good. Poorly managed

Several drink and ice dispensaries dont work, the ice coffee machines didnt work and the product in them looks old. Several cup sizes were missing (I checked both side of the store). This is honestly the worst QT I have ever been in, management needs to assess ASAP.

Bathroom desperately need to be cleaned Soda fountain regularly out of order or out of 25%-50% of sodas or no ice. Employees are indifferent to customers when they arent flat out ignoring them.

These places are the ultimate convenience store you can get whatever you want to drink grab a fresh hotdog, use the bathroom and still b in and out in less than 20 min, theyre that good. Kudos to the higher ups who realized young people can b dependable and courteous, who knew?. These kids do a damn fine job of keeping the stores clean, well stocked and running smooth.

There is only one person who actually does his job and keeps this stocked. The sad thing is he found a new job because yall dont pay him enough. The rest of the overnight crew doesnt do anything. This is ridiculous. Its always dirty when they are here.

I love Quiktrip, but i dont think I would go out of my way to stop at this one. None of the frozen drinks on either side were working, and 25% of the soft drinks werent either. Not much hot food ready, and it looked like only 2 people were working. At least it was clean, and they were doing their best. Hopefully it was just a bad day, because if this is their usual, then I will drive past it every time and find somewhere else to stop

I stopped approx. 1am this morning... I have been stopping at QTs since I was driving cross country in 2009... Mesquite QT is my daily stop. But Ive been at hospital out of town with family emergency and needed coffee for the rest of the way home. Walk in and all machines including coffee pots were being worked on by a man. A girl comes from hotdog area towards me... I ask her if they had any coffee Yeah theres some. Ok.. Is there any coffee in it? because its showing maybe 1 inch of coffee in it. (As she continues to walk past me). Yeah theres plenty. **The Coffee Tastes Burnt and no amount of sugar or creamer can fix that!** go to register... And wait... And wait... And wait. Finally she comes from back after maintenance man that is working on machines goes in back i guess to get her. Couldnt see her name tag with how small she wrote her name on it and her hair was covering up part of it also. I will go to the TA or 7-11 before I go back there. I Love QT and am always raving about the ppl and experiences Ive had at the different ones. But, this had to be shared. And Corp will hear it to.

Stopped to get a drink & needed to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was so nasty that I almost didnt go, but couldnt wait so I used it and left. I didnt want to get a drink because of how nasty the pla e was. This is the first Quiktrip that I have been in that was so bad.

Phone busy, store messy, fountain drink out with no warning for over a week. Depends on who is working as to whether you can get anyones help or not. Clean outside and i havent had any pump issues so its better than most Dallas stores.
