Non-beef options better than we expected, portabello mushroom substituition for beef on all burgers I believe. Normally eschew seafood in the desert, but their salmon sandwich was exceptionally good and unigue, worth more than the price. As was their Fried Ice Cream. Outside dining. I believe the 25 percent tip or better was well deserved.

First time I have bought any food here, however, I must say I will definitely be returning. I was slightly wary walking in as it was mostly deserted being nuts past dinner time. The waitress and staff were extremely accommodating and informative. I decided on The Swiss with truffle fries and I got the fried mushrooms. The burger was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms and onions paired great but I didn t care for the lettuce medley so I removed it. I added BBQ sauce that they put on the side for me and it even enhanced the flavoring even more. The fries, seemed and looked, soggy but the flavor was on point. The fried mushrooms were good sized and the breading had a good flavor and didn t fall apart while eating. The spicy sauce provided for the mushrooms was an excellent pairing and would highly recommend. I cannot attest to the atmosphere during normal operations but I will definitely highly recommend and will be returning!

There was a change in management and the burgers are even better than before. We got the fried mushroom and fried pickles for an appetizer. They are a bit different from before but still good. The service was great- we came in with a large party and it was the owner and a waiter. We weren t in a rush and they were very accommodating.

Okay so this was fantastic but it took FOREVER to get our food, we were dine in. We were one of maybe 2 tables busy in the place and we ended up getting our food to go because we would have not made it back to work. We waited an hour to be served the food. Worst BLT in town. Bacon was so over cooked it turned into crumbs on the first bite w a burnt taste to follow. Coffee was just as disgusting. Tasted like its been sitting in a pot for a week. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else instead. When I returned it, not even an apology or let me redo it for you. Nope. Straight into the trash it went. Glad I wasnt charged for it. Only took one bite and nothing but crumble.

When you first walk in, it smells like dirty mop water. They take forever to give you the food. I never got a refill of my water or my tea. My burger was almost 14 dollars and it was smaller then any burger Ive had here in elpaso. I ordered my kid a milk shake and was overloaded and mostly milk. I will never return.

BURGER The Korean . Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the food. I was to hungry at the time. However, if you re looking for a delicious burger in El Paso this is the place! Their fusions of burgers is outstanding! Today, I ordered The Korean hamburger. The burger to bun ratio was perfect. The patty was seasoning was on point and it was tender. The bulgogi on top of it was delicious and reminded me on the bulgogi I had while in Korea. The kimchi was crisps, very flavorful and very aromatic. It was a great mixture of salty, sour and spicy. With all those combined on the buns, it was also topped off with a delicious garlic aioli sauce and a splash of queso for that Texas touch. The truffle fires were to die for. Fried to perfection of crunch and tender inside made for a great presentation. SERVICE: Greeted with a friendly wholesome welcome by each staff member. The ambiance is family friendly and makes you know right away, it will become one of your regular spots. IMO, it s better than Toro burger. GO GIVE THEM A TRY!

Used to really love this place, food is definitely not as great as it used to be though. Everyone was friendly and service was good but the food left us wanting more and there s definitely room for improvement. Fries were very greasy, soggy, and under seasoned, hardly tasted a difference between the regular plain fries and the truffle fries. The burgers were also hardly seasoned and charred. The breaded mozzarella used to be my favorite dish but again, there was no flavor in the breading :( The quality of the ingredients looked good, and the fries seemed cut fresh but it was just lacking in flavor.

Firstly, their grilled Jalapeños wrapped in bacon (FMJs as theyre called) were absolutely amazing, probably the best I found in El Paso so far. The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant has a laid back atmosphere. They didnt have their liquor license yet but they let us BYOB which was welcome. I got the self named Border Burger which was really good, but the beef patty itself could have been better. It wasnt particularly well seasoned or cooked the way I prefer which left the burger a little bland but the ingredients surrounding it were pretty good quality. The fries were good too. I wouldve liked to have been asked how I wanted the burger cooked. That being said, I would absolutely go back again as they have a lot of interesting burgers and different proteins such as buffalo meat that I would like to try. Definitely worth a lunch visit if you work on Bliss.

As soon as we walked in we were cheerfully greeted by the waiter, Patrick who was attentive the entire time. Great service! The burgers are delicious. This is the one of the best burgers Ive had, I think ever. Its definitely top 5. My husband and I each got a different burger and they tasted distinctly different. Should have updated sooner. The following post is 7 years old. Since then the owner made good and the restaurant was great until they recently closed. I went back today and found out theyve been open for 3 days under new ownership. Waitress was great, kimchee nachos not so much and only one of the 5 TVs were on and they dont serve beer. The bar is not open where they previously had at least 20 craft beers and they were playing klove on the radio. They may have inherited the name and menu items but its not the same. Only time will tell. Good service and food first time, had great conversation with the owner. Nice guy, hes doing a good job. The second time the burger buns disintegrated and avocado was missing. Asked the waitress why, she asked the cook, he said they were out. I dont blame the waitress but the cook could have mentioned to her the main ingredient was out. The manger on duty just glanced over at us and approved a $1.89 discount. I much rather would have appreciated an explanation that there was no avocado and would have happily ordered something else, instead I was dissatisfied with what I received and a little insulted by the discount that I didnt ask for. The manger could have made an effort to walk the 5 feet to us and offer an alternative, the restaurant was practically empty, and that would have made all the difference, no discount needed. By the way they could have used a little petty cash to go across the street to the grocery store and buy an avocado or two if they knew they were out just to avoid a situation like this.

One of my favorite burger places in El Paso due to their variety. For this particular visit we had the Pacific Islander and the Korean, and my favorite of the two was the Korean. Size wise it is about the average burger size, but you can customize your burger all you want wish is always a nice detail. Service was attentive and friendly and I really enjoyed that the atmosphere had music and TVs around the establishment, yet it wasnt loud to the point of having to raise your voice to have a conversation like other places. My only comment would be that we asked for the burgers to be medium rare, but they came a little well done. Other than that totally recommended!

Went here on a whim, will for sure go back. There is a wide variety of burger options, with unique combinations that work well together. The Santa Fe burger is delicious as was the Kicked Up Border Salad. For two people (no drinks) it was about 25 bucks. We went on a Saturday night and received our food in a timely manner, even though it looked like they needed more waiters. Border Burger Bar is awesome!

First time trying it and will be my last. The burger was way too small and definitely did not look like the photos. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the friendly environment and the homemade ranch was good but that burger was not legit for the price!! I was eating more bread then beef thats how small the patties are overall the burger and fries was too small to feed an adult. For the price definitely not worth it. I left feeling scammed. Roscoes down the street could of charged me the same price this place did and I wouldnt even complain.

Every time I come here, staff is always very slow and unattentive to those who order take out or who are picking up food for Uber. The food can be ready and sitting on the back counter but the girl pays no regard and just focuses on other things. Will not be coming back here.

I had the Cuban, pulled pork sandwich and it came with Swiss cheese, ham, mustard and pickles. It also came with fries. It was very good. I washed it down with an Ace Pineapple Ale. The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly. The waitress was attentive and courteous. My only disappointment was the size of the sandwich. When I say it was not much bigger than a McDonalds value cheeseburger, believe me. At $10.99 it wont satisfy a grown man even with all the added fries. Not a good value if you ask me.

Always had a good experience here never a bad one until last visit. It wasn t TERRIBLE but definitely not like our previous visits here. I ordered kimchi nachos but instead of the tortilla chips like I originally ordered I was served with the fries no biggie still so delicious (I didn t send them back as I didn t want to give my server a hard time) end of our meal we payed our bill and left an appropriate tip BUT we never got our change back we waited for a bit and saw our server pretty much done with us, we guessed she just tip herself again with our change as well. Will come back but will ask for a different server and definitely ask for our change back

I work all over the US and love to try local places.me and my wife ate there this evening she is on a meatless diet right now and so far its been pretty hard to find a great plant base burger until now she love this place only wish we had one at home. My burger was outstanding great toasted bun crisp vegetables and the truffles fries are to die for.I highly recommended this place when you are in the area.

Saturday afternoon, one person working a full restaurant. Service was definitely slow. Poor girl working. Doing an awesome job as no one even tried to help control the flow of traffic for her. Food was really great. Kimberly was her name. Give her a bonus or something. She handled the high stress better than the manager on duty as that person was definitely nowhere to be seen
