Placed delivery order through the application, got delivered to wrong house and when I followed the instructions to report to Five Guys, the number to the location went straight to Voicemail. I had to drive to the location, which defeats the delivery, and request a refund. Called 5 guys customer service number and got hung up on. Used to be a frequent user but that ends today. Good luck if you choose to dine here.

Just sad I ordered a 2 veggie CHEESE sandwich s with ketchup and hot sauce. Not only did both of the sandwiches have no cheese but also none of the condiments I asked for. Considering they charge about a dollar more for a slice of cheese this was a big disappointment. Hopefully the rowlett location will be better

This is the first and last time in Five Guys United States. I ve been to Brighton/UK restaurant a couple of times. The fries were edible there. My son got a cheeseburger and fries, he couldn t eat the fries for the first time in his life. Ok I know, they do everything a bit more oily. But this is not fries, this is oil, the potatoes heve never turned into fries like this. Had to threw them in the first bin I saw. And as for the service, the girls here are great they were very kind. Prices? You cannot charge us 15.35 for vegetable oil!

I hadnt been to a five guys in years and brought my kids for the first time. The food was very expensive for what it was. We got 2 shakes, a little cheeseburger and fries and it was over 30 dollars. The fries werent seasoned at all. The food was really disappointing. There is a sit down competitor that has a drink, soup or salad and a cheeseburger and fries for 10.99 and thats where well go next time. The staff was very nice and thats the only reason for the 3 stars.

Chick at the register heard me order pretended to enter the order took my husbands order when his food came out mine never did so I know she didnt enter it. I chose to just not even make the hassle of it. It wouldnt have been worth it. I was tired after a long week at work fixing motorcycles and water crafts. I tried a couple of my husbands Frys they were the Cajun Frys. They were decently seasoned and the right about of salty and spicy. Ill go to a different 5 guys location in the future.

Food was cooked to order made with fresh produce and products! If you are unfamiliar with this restaurant all the way and large has a completely meaning! All the way included mushrooms and many more toppings than traditional all the way so keep this in mind... Large French fries is large enough to feed an army of 5 quite comfortability! I would like to suggest not dumping the basket of fries for 5 on top of my burger if this is common practice... I would rate 5 stars if not for the lax attitude of staff and lack of information when ordering about the quantity of stated order... The restaurant and kitchen was clean but very chatty employees focused on themselves huddled in the kitchen rather than attending to their duties of the restaurant and its patrons could have improved my dining experience for the money I was spending for lunch...

I just spent $11.29 for cheeseburger that tasted like a kids burger from McDonals!!! No condiment, nothing else! Regular fries were $6.24 & a plain grilled cheese was $6.29. So $35.99 for a lunch ! By far the worst Bacon cheese burger I ve ever experienced at FiveGuys! I once thought, you couldn t mess up a FG burger if you wanted to! Boy was I mistaken tonight! I not only did I have to remove 1/2 a cup of raw onions and mayo. I asked for grilled onions, hahaha YEP, I got both grilled and raw onions on my BCB! When I say I had to remove 1/2 a cup of mayo and onions. It s no joke! I ll never give the Rockwall location a chance to make a sandwich for me EVER again. Those kids make it a joke to order food there! Maybe I should have drawn a picture?!?!!? Not to mention the kid at the register saying . My nine year old grandson wanted Five Guys for dinner. So we went and here is exactly what we ordered: he had a double meet bacon cheeseburger with Ketchup only and a vanilla shake with whipped cream. I had a bacon dog with cheese, pickles and grilled onions and a medium fountain drink. We shared a medium fry. Grand total $46. I am still amazed. The food was okay (actually the fries were too salty to eat). But holy smokes I will never go back. There are so many burger joints that are every bit as good at half the price. $46!!!!!! So I am giving 2 stars not because the food was awful or the place was dirty or the staff was bad. I m giving two stars because it s just a really bad value for the price.

Constantly Good Everytime Weve visited in past 8 or 10 yrs however long its been there. For people who have never been its a must try chain burger place and words of advice the little hamburger is big dont be fooled by the name and the Cajun fries are super yummy but one reg order is enough to share between 3 people or more. They have free shelled peanuts to eat while you wait for your order and fry in peanut oil. Yum for most but if you have peanut allergies beware. They also have option to order bunless burger if youre on special diet and yummy milkshakes for those who arent.

Gone way down over the past year. First and foremost Ive been a customer of this place for 3 years. Over the past year the quality of the burgers and the staffing has gone down especially when you account for the price of food. In resturant experience: we ordered in advance and upon first observation walking into the resturant there were 6 employees working and 4 were working the line. They didnt look very organized as they were occasionally looking up at us. And one of the employees told the coworker I have burgers ready but no buns. Wife ordered a milk shake and the milk shake was very soup and didnt look frozen at all. I was still waiting on our food. And after a few min the employee waved to our food sitting on the counter that was also sitting there for five min. As I was walking up to get the food the employee said to me you didnt get the clue? I choose not to engage as I was already waiting for awhile before I got my food. The food: order was wrong,my wife always orders a plain cheese burger. She opened the burger and noticed onions inside the wrapper stuck to the cheese. There werent any onions in the burger but instead of making her a new burger they just picked it out. The fries were completely unsalted. We had to add seasoning in order to even make thw fries edible. Conclusion: go at your own risk, service is bad, they dont pay attention to detail on your order, and they are slow even with being over staffed.

I never do reviews, but everything is so expensive nowadays! I want to save someone else the hassle and inconvenience. My husband loves the burgers at 5 Guys, but the food has really gone downhill! We spent over $30 for 2 burgers and fries, and this is what I received. A burger with the top and bottom bun inverted AND overcooked. I dont know if it was a joke or what? BUT... Its clear to me that this establishment doesnt care about the qualityof the food.This is not the first time either. I see why the lines at In-N-Out & Whataburger are wrapped around the building. Horrible experience. Arrived and placed an order for 2 burgers and some fries, but that took probably 8-10 minutes because a new employee (not her fault) was learning the ropes with an experienced employee. But when we got to the checkout, they helpfully told us that their card readers were down and we had to use cash. We had no cash and had to run to an ATM to get some. We got back to find out that they hadnt started on our orders, and so we had to place them again. We sat down and waited but it took around 15 minutes (!) for them to make ours. Even then it was only because the manager came out from the back and started ordering her employees to work, because they were spending more time talking and joking around than watching the machines. Overall I do not recommend. The service was slow and the employees did not seem organized about their work.

absolutely devastated with today s experience. I was on the line with about three people in front of me. And I can understand that there was going to be a bit of wait, every single person that was in front of me left because of how long it took them to take our order. I was asking for assistance and they just kept ignoring me. I decided to grab a water and sit down at a table to see how long it would take them to actually get anyone s order. it s been about 15 minutes now and they still have not come to the counter once. The lady who seems to be the shift lead at the moment is not very kind and keeps telling the other associates that try to help to stay on their stations. I can understand that she s trying to take control under the situation seeing as that is her position, but to completely ignore your pain customers is a different situation. i m very disgusted with this attitude and the way I was treated during today.

I am not happy with my visit. It was my 1st time going there and it was very overpriced. I thought the burgers would be better since the price was that high. Overpriced!! Not sure if it s due to Biden policies or just greed, however $16 for a BLT, small fries and regular drink seems a bit much for what you get. As for the taste not good either. We had a really odd experience.. We came in, and approached the counter. At the POS register, the front was showing the screen that usually only the employees see. There were give or six gentlemen there working, and they just looked at us.. we thought maybe we were supposed to put in our own order. When we were about to start ordering, one guy said that someone would be right with us. A minute or so later a young guy took our order, but he wasnt really listening as after we would say something he would have us repeat it. It was odd. They also told us the large fry would feed five people, but it definitely will not. Needless to say, 4 small burgers, 4 drinks, and a not so large fry was $54. My husband and our two boys left still hungry. We werent impressed with the quality for the price, so we personally probably wont be back.

No one other than the cashier was behind the counter. So no one was cooking anything. A bit later a few workers came out from the back. 15 minutes later I got my fries. Cold, not crisp and nasty. And it was almost $10! I wont be back...ever.

High priced burger that wasnt at all special. Did I mention the run for the border midnight surprise? Last time I got this sick was when I ate at Fuddruckers two years ago. Not sure if it was bad meat, bad employee hygiene or just an uncleaned restaurant, but if you enjoy waking up in the middle of the night with violent diarrhea, then this is the place for you. Dinner at 8 pm followed by the midnight special. 1st and last time Ill ever eat here. I spent my day cleaning my house and didnt feel like cooking and wanted something different for dinner. So this was my only meal for the day. Ive eaten at some of their other locations and never had a problem. Thought this would be a good choice. I was wrong.

Always a good place for a quick dine in burger experience. Fiance got bacon cheeseburger junior and I got the larger bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, jalapeños, and other toppings. We also got a large Cajun fry. Everything was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. A good fast place to eat.

I placed an order online and called ahead asking if they could do curbside pickup, they guy on the phone said yes but then asked for a 1$ tip, i was confused and said i already put a 6$ on the app. That wasnt the only problem, we waited over 40mins and i called multiple times, it got to the point where i just went inside. When we finally got the food I was drinking a milkshake I ordered with coffee and peanut butter it tasted like chemicals it had these weird crystals in it too. Never coming back again, worst five guys i ve ever had

Went to go grab some lunch, and entering the store was hotter than being outside in Texas heat. Came back a few days later and the Air conditioning is still busted. I wouldnt want to work there given those conditions. Praying for those workers, they dont get paid enough.

Came in 30 minutes before closing. The burgers were greasy and the fries were bad. I had 5 guys, in D.C. and thought it was pretty good. I wont be coming back for atleast 10 years. Just too expensive for bad greasy burgers and bad fries. Think fast food at $15 - $20 a meal.

If you want a 5 star rated meal for the high price charged, you gotta get the biggest burger possible with as much stuff on it as possible. Otherwise the burger is subpar in comparison to any Joe Shmo drive thru. I dont particularly like the buns they use, especially when a little older. The French fries are the absolute winner here and they will give you more than enough with the small size. Delicious! Prices are real high, understandably so with 9 people in the kitchen at all times. However, it does not translate into speed when waiting on your meal. I visit 3x per year for this reason.
