My siblings and I needed to go through the Probate process for our parents who had passed about two years ago. We had consulted several lawyers with varying degrees of comfort with their knowledge and expertise. Jack has been our go to family attorney for several years. He recently helped us with some estate planning documents for us. He was very helpful and walked us through all of the things to consider as we made our decisions on how to set things up that worked best for our situation. Mr Jack Robinson is a wonderful lawyer! So many lawyers talk fast and want to destroy the client s spouse, but Jack is kind and thoughtful. He sat with me for an hour and a half to make sure I understood my divorce papers and took the time to very every page so I wouldn t have any problems moving forward with the judge. His work was so thorough that it took a mere 8 minutes for the judge to approve my divorce. THANK YOU Jack!! I will hire you again when I need a family lawyer.

As most of you know by now if youre looking up references for a divorce attorney its not a kind world. I retained Jack when my marriage was rocky. Almost 1 year later after trying to reconciling with my ex-spouse we decided amicably we needed to divorce. I reached back out to Jack and we picked up where we left off. Not a penny was spent of my retainer. This may be common knowledge he should not spend retainer money or cancel me after so much time had past. But Im a full time dad, full time job, without time to read fine print good faith was what i needed to rely on. Jack and his team were diligent, prompt, and anticipated every next move from my ex spouses team. Advising me on what to expect. Just to be clear, ask all your questions any doubts about the process all up front do not hesitate to lay it out because you will get an answer! Can tell this guy will not fight for you. Just takes what he gets from the courts. When I talked with him about hiring him for my case he would even act standoffish and somewhat rude. Telling me there was a good chance of me going to prison. No good dont hire. I have now got me a real lawyer

Attorney Jack Robinson assisted me in probating my husbands will. Mr. Robinson was thorough and was easy to work with. Even though he is located in Rockwall County and the will had to be probated in Dallas County, it was a smooth process and took a relatively short amount of time. My husbands will was a simple will, so it would probably take longer to probate a will that is more complex. I will definitely use Mr. Robinson to draw up new estate planning documents for me personally. I have already referred a friend to him regarding questions they had about probate.

I used this attorney for my modification and enforcement. He is a very experienced attorney. He has a patient but firm approach.
