The experience I had when I applied for the card was not bad, the experience I had with the store was and is being terrible, I bought some sofas, I had to rent a u-haul van to be able to pick it up and the person The person in charge of delivering it gave us the same piece. I called to say what happened but I needed assistance in Spanish. A very friendly girl answered and told me that she spoke Spanish but that she was going to ask her manager because she was not in charge of furniture. I put it on hold and a man immediately answered me asking me if I needed anything, I told him I needed assistance in Spanish and he told me that there was no one, I told him yes because the girl had already answered me but he insisted that there was no one there. So I decided to hang up the call and go to the store personally and the only solution they gave me was: sorry, you have to bring the other piece so we can give you the one you need. I didnt like that because it wasnt my fault and here I am losing more than them. Thats not fair so Big Lost I wouldnt recommend it to anyone and I would tell what happened until now I have the two identical pieces in my house and they havent solved anything for me. Mr. Tim is a racist and arrogant person, he asked for my number to supposedly give me a solution and so that I could get out of there and not try to solve anything. Be careful in this store because if what you buy here turns out to be defective and you return, they put a lot of obstacles in your way and in my case they have not given me a solution.

I am a frequent shopper at this store no matter the location. Their products are affordable, dependable and competitive with other variety stores. Shopping is very easy because they sort their items and products specifically the same at each store. You learn and appreciate this routine. It saves time knowing each area is specific to familiar products and convenience is always welcome. Big Lots is a big store, and if you are in a hurry, you know where an item will be located to save you time. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. Checkout is quick and efficient. You are always greeted with a smile.

Big Lots has the best deals on pillows. You can get two standard serta pillows for $15. Or two king for 19.99. The grocery/pantry items have a good selection but you have to make sure to check the Best By dates. Big Lots does have a lot of furniture available - beds, living room, etc - but I have never purchased any from there. They have great deals during the holidays if youre decorating on a budget. And you can fond really good clothes deals occasionally. Though clothing is limited here. My only complaint was the speed of check out. It was the middle of the day with only one other customer checking out and it still took 10 mins. But the cashier was nice.

Their not much of a discount store anymore. Prices dont seem lower than other places. Used to be able to find unique stuff at truly lower prices. I did happen to find a 6x8 tarp there for about $3.50. Using under air mattress to camp. Doubt it would hold up well for anything else

This store was so amazing to visit. Clean, fully stocked, and looking at what furniture I needed to buy. I wanted to buy a truck load. I would definitely recommend stopping in to shop, and if you need new furniture, this is the place.

Store is nice and well stocked. We went 15 minutes until close with my intention being grabbing one thing and to be in and out. I asked an employee when I walked in where the toy section was and his reply was you know we close in 15 minutes I responded I was aware and then he told me where it was. He was sitting on the display couch. We went to check out and there was a woman trying to use a coupon and another employee told her she could not use it because she wasn t capable of doing it on the system and her way of telling her was very rude. There was a total of 4 employees working and they were all rude and ready to go home. Not friendly at all and very lazy.

Store is new so stocked and clean. My issue was the management. As I was waiting in line there were 2 cashiers one of which needed help. He was closest to the door and a male manager was standing about 10 feet from him leaning on a stack of merchandise chit chatting with a female associate. The cashier quietly asked for him to come over and the manager snapped why? You can figure it out cashier repied he needed change, the other cashier had an upset look on her face. Manager annoyed came over and helped and when he was done went back to leaning and chatting.

Went to purchase a bedroom furniture set and the kids told me they didnt have it in stock. My next question was okay but if I still want it when will it arrive at the store for pick up. I was told I can call another store and see if they have it. Uuugghhh. First off why do you a have bedroom set on your model floor for something you dont even have to sell. Secondly if I wanted it from another store I would go shopping at another store. I want it delivered to this store for pick up because I live right down the street. We gotta stop hiring little boys to do adult jobs. Stores need to quit advertising for things they do not have.

This store is maybe the only Big Lots that will ever get 5 stars. The question is, can they keep it up? The people are very nice and helpful. The store layout is easy to shop, having furniture in the middle. The selection is really good and the shelves are stocked and rotated very nicely. I was not really anticipating the opening of this store, but shopping here just once has shown me that I wont have to be driving to Garland or Rowlett anymore.

So clean and well stocked! I don t know about you, but I like being and shopping at place where employees are friendly and they got that covered. Such a nice lady at checkout as well as a gentleman employee that was walking around the store. I m not a Walmart shopper so these small box stores are the way to go, and I will be back.
