For many years, this location has been my go-to, but today was officially the last time here for me and my family. This location has continued to disappoint time after time. Im honestly surprised this location is still in business. Every time here, the tables and chairs are dirty and sticky. Service is nonexistent. Some servers lack the skills to do their job. Zero customer service and terrible attitudes. Today, we were given our food and never asked if we needed anything else and werent given refills on our soft drinks. Not once were we checked on. Our bone in and traditional wings were so dry and had no sauce whatsoever. Our fries were so hard and overcooked. I have never been so disappointed or felt ripped off. I will NEVER come back to this Buffalo Wild Wings again. They have lost long-time customers.

The food was very good, kind of worth the price, the wings do not come with fries unless you do the boneless & bone in combo. The fries were $6 for a small amount. Our server was very sweet, she tried her best to make sure everything was good. We went on a pretty busy night so thats why, but overall it was okay. Parking was kind of hard due to the time we went.

Arrived there for lunch. looking to have the $11 lunch hour meal deal. service was great, food was great, the waitress was very attentive and friendly. the place smelled a bit stale however. didnt really mind it until towards the end of our meal, a flippin cockroach decided to make its presence known by crawling ontop of the table. kinda lost our appetite at that point. luckily we have just finished our meals, or else i dont think we would have finished it and left... still left a nice tip for the waitress as it wasnt her fault. owners need to step up and have the place cleaned (possibly carpet washed) and have pest control come take a swing at these goobers.

ONE STAR, because I went up there to order at 11:30 while people were still visibly dining and the website said that time slot was no longer available so I attempted to go in for a to-go order and the damn doors were locked. that s a big shame. Worst dining experience. Wings way over cooked. Margarita tasted like ice and liquor no flavor. Didn t bring me water. We went today and had lunch. Our server hailey was sweet and nice but idk if she was tired or didnt care enough. But never got us refills. Everything was amazing about this place. Had dinner here and it was okay. We sat at the bar tables since the wait was really long for a regular table. There s a QR code on the table where you can just order without a server which I should ve done because it took a minute for our server to come out. When our server came out he was very nice. Ordered a Blue Hawaiian & another drink which were both delicious. For an appetizer we got Hatch Chile Queso which was good but was brought out in a to-go bowl so it felt cheap. They should serve it in a real bowl if you re eating in house. Got Salt & Vinegar & Spicy Garlic wings. There could have been more seasoning on the Salt & Vinegar. We also had the Hatch Chile Burger which was delicious. We paid through the app at the end where it automatically added the tip. Not a fan of that. Either way, everything was fine. Nothing special, nothing bad.

I went on a Monday Night and when i came in i stood there and waited to be seated, even though some staff would pass by and made eye contact and they still chose to ignore me, after 15 minutes went by we got seated. Later on we got our food, we got hard plain fries with little to no seasoning at all. Our wings were cold and we asked our server if we could get them sent back. She nicely agreed and she came back with new remade wings but you could clearly tell they were reheated by using a microwave. It really is crazy how the laziness of the cooks can be since the place wasn t busy at all. I wouldn t come back to this place even if they paid me so please stay away from here.

We were told the wait would be 20-30 minutes, we waited 45. There were at least 30 empty tables when we were finally seated. My 12 year old ordered honey BBQ wings, he was given HOT honey BBQ wings. The fries tasted like the grease was burnt. When my oldest got back from the restroom, he said there was throw up all over the place. There was a couple that was seated next to us that eventually got up and walked out after waiting several minutes and no one ever took their order. When we left, the waiting room was as full as it was when we were seated, and there were empty tables everywhere!

This place should shut down. Customer service -10. Cleaning -10 starting by the host, so unprofessional, saggy pants! Few people left cause they were not getting any service. It took them 50 minutes to get my food. Order the Lemmon paper and had zero, literally zero Lemmon pepper. They were just plain, but I got charged for lemon pepper seasoning. You can see seasoning on the plate but not on the wings Based on the reviews, the restaurant will comment. Please fill out the form. Who knew they had a gluten friendly menu? I ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings and they were some of the best wings Ive ever had. I have Celiacs Disease so Ive been pouting for a year now missing wings until I came across their website. Best decision ever AND Ive already earned points aka money off of my next order. On Saturday, me and two of my friends visited this location to watch the UFC fight. However, the service was insulting. Once seated, our server made no attempt to introduce herself nor take our drinks (which all we wanted at the time was water). 30 minutes later we were finally given water, then kindly asked for fried pickles as an appetizer. She then took a deep sigh as if we were asking for an entire group order. Then proceeded to say come on, anything else? That comment alone sums up our entire night, due to the fact that she never checked up on us for the remainder of the night. Another server past by and asked if our server had taken our orders in which we sadly replied no. At that point it had been almost an hour and she finally reappeared to let us no she will no longer be serving us since we told the other server we hadnt been served, but we were simply answering her question. Me and my friends are Mexican who can take some disrespecting but this however was shocking. The only effort we notice from her was that she was trying to let us know she clearly did not want us there. They werent very busy, even though they were showing the fight. There was only a 20 minute wait before being seated and quite a few tables open, so we couldnt understand why she was treating us this way. We did not want to cause any trouble since maybe she was having a bad day, but me and my friends rarely go out to eat so this was definitely demoralizing. We didnt get her name nor did we want to, but all we remember about her was that she was a beautiful black lady with red hair. I know this wont make it to management or I will probably be asked to fill out some form, but I just want others to see this review and understand how we were treated. P.S. we left before the UFC fight started.

Tonight we sat down to have dinner and a couple of drinks around 7:00. We watched the young lady in the cocktail area take the order for the gentleman next to us and didnt even greet us. She took at least 10 mins to come back around and had the audacity to say, if you want to order, just do it through the app and Ill bring it out. If you were lazy just say that instead. I have been in and around the restaurant business most of my adult life and never once asked to speak to a manager until tonight. Our waitress neglected most all of our basic drink order like lemons for water and sweetener for tea. Did not bring silverware before or even when half of our meal arrived and no dressing for a salad. My meal did not come out til at least 5 minutes after my girlfriends. When we did get silverware it was wet. I went to try and dine in on 1/3/24 with my wife and my boy, as we walked in we weren t acknowledged, we waited a good 15 to 20 minutes to not even get checked in. The service was ok. The wings, I didnt like sweet bbq. They did let me exchange them for regular, no sauce. I got them to go. Got home and a few were way over cooked. My dogs loved them. Micah is outstanding! He is the coolest guy Ive met in a while! We drive past the Rockwall location just to see him in mesquite. Huge dallas stars fans and they changed the channel for us! Order was on point... wings were outrageous! Shout out to BJ who is an awesome server!

They let customers and servers vape inside. My bill was not correct they put other peoples items on my bill, beer mugs and beer were not cold. We ordered wings one with blue cheese one with ranch they brought out 6 blue cheese instead and then charged me for the extra ones even though i didnt order them or use them. Over all service sucked. I will not return to this location.

Waitress was nice, however, we did have to wait more than 30 minutes for appetizers and about another 45 for food. The salsa on the trio appetizers was nothing more than marinara sauce and the guac tasted old. BWW seems to have gone down more so this location.

We immediately got sat down. Cool. This one waitress just kept walking by not acknowledging us. Ok. Fine. Then 10mins pass no one come to the table. So I go up and ask them do anybody have this table. One girl says I will come in a few. Never came. Got ahold of Manger he was sitting someone behind us. So he takes our order. Cool food came. No silverware no napkins. Mind you she helping everyone but us. I kept my cool given they was busy but no acknowledgment at all. I had to walk across the restaurant to get the Manger to get my ticket. Needless to say this was the worst visit for us. My babygirl who is 7yrs old. Loves to go there. But after today we will never return. Please try to treat your customers better. And tell your waiters its ok to acknowledge people when they sit in your sections.

Horrible customer service! People have the tendency to push their bad attitude and ignorance off on customers just because they dont feel like being at work but happy to reap the rewards from my hard earned money on payday! Managers need to pay attention to these kinds of reviews when customers are specifically complaining about this locations ignorant nonchalant customer service or hire a new manager who gives a damn!

Worst customer service ever. The host completely ignored me to take my name for a set after waiting in line for 10 mins. After getting the information from my husband she set 4 couples ahead of us before approach her. After approaching her she didn t even have my name on the list after my husband gave to her. This was after waiting 20 mins. This host was hispanic and every other couple that she set before was too. After requesting her manager she never showed any care. This was the worst service ever and I may be releasing the video to prove it. This was around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave after speaking with a manager that decided to make excuses instead of a simple apology. Discrimination and racism played a big part int this.

Went in last night to grab a bite with my family. Worse experience ever at this location we waited a hour for our food cause the waiter dropped our food on the way to bring it to us. Didn t even let us know just had us sitting and waiting till we asked for a manger and he informed us of the situation. Over all we still got no food after waiting over a hour we ended up leaving. Not even the manager helped resolve this issue.

Tried placing and order the girl had me on hold for 20 minutes I called again and she never let me speak. I asked for manager and she hung up this was Saturday July 29 2023. She has the worst customer service and never let you get a word out.
