This location has been a Rockwall staple for a long time. I use it mainly now to drop off Amazon returns. This is a very easy, convenient location for this process. Kohls used to have really reasonable prices in an overwhelming economy. When I do go in, I scan the sale items, and they are still very high, and you can deal shop now at better shops. Its really sad to see this happen. Easily located off I30 East Service Road. Plenty of parking, including handicapped parking. They also have charging stations for EVs. Clean store with clean restrooms.

Was trying to buy a pair of Ray-ban sunglasses and I waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to come assist me and no one ever showed up. Dicks Sporting Goods just got my money. Sorry Kohls! Your service sucks!

1 extra star for having alot of things to buy here. The bathroom was clean too! My cashier was very unfriendly to me, no big deal but the cashier next to us was INCREDIBLY rude and talked down to a disabled elderly woman behind me. I should have intervened, but the elderly lady just left without her purchases (and I don t blame her!) before I could say something. I ll drive further to shop at other Kohl s locations. Don t work in retail if you re going to be downright hateful to our elderly or disabled! You re representing a whole store. I ve had similar rude employees at different Kohl s stores. I don t get it. Maybe it s time I shop elsewhere.

I went to buy my kids shoes here. They were ringing up higher than the sale price (they were ringing up $50) and the cashier kept insisting they were correctly marked even though the tag clearly said a lower price (tag said $39.99). So then I googled those exact shoes at another near by store and pulled up the exact same sale price ($39.99) that another store was selling them at. I showed the cashier the ad from the other store and asked if they price matched since she was making things difficult at this point. She then replied and said we only price match if you bring in a physical ad LOL!!! What in the world??? Does Kohls know that it s 2024 and 99% of ads and coupons are online nowdays??? Who sends physical ads and coupons anymore? I clearly had the ad on my phone clear as day. So I requested a manager come over and the (old as dirt) manager came over and agreed with the (old as dirt) sales lady. Never shopping here again. They should have honored the lower price that was on the tag anyway. Ridiculous. I walked out.

The young lady in the Sephora section with the dark eyeglasses was extremely nice and a pleasure to interact with. I no longer go to the location in Forney due to the unpleasantries there so I am pleased I found a location where the employees seem to enjoy what they do.

Do not use the Kohls app for your kohls cash or coupons and gift cards. Somehow my kohls credit card was charged even after verbally expressing I did not want to use it because I just paid the balance off. I had my credit card linked through the app and I wanted to use the remaining balance of my gift card and wasn t aware my credit card could be charged without consent.

Ive shopped here for years but on this particular June day it was so hot we couldnt stay in the store for long. I wanted to try on clothes but was sweating so bad I couldnt stand it. The poor lady checking me out was so miserable from the heat. The other issue I have with this store is the womens bathroom. I have bad knees and their toilets are so low I cant use them. The look about 12 off the floor. the handicap is about the height of a normal toilet. Wont be going back till winter!

I was there this morning 5/30/24 working and 5 of the racist employees kept calling me ghetto, naming all the so called ghetto places in Dallas and surrounding cities. They really hurt my feelings that I had to go to restroom and collect myself and call on Jesus. Mr. Kevin you seem like a nice guy, I cant believe these people work for you. They really need to take that class they giving these days to people like them. I pray they ask God for some sense and a good heart from this day forward.

The store has a good selection, although its not in an ideal location. It can be easy to miss. The Sephora inside is poorly stocked and never has popular skincare and makeup items that are sought after. There are plenty of associates at the checkout areas.

my complaint doesn t necessarily have to do with the store in Rockwell Texas. Some of it does.. I have spoke to manager time after time for the past 2 to 3 years of why I am not receiving the five dollar birthday gift for having a card. I just recently went back and spent some money there on my card and I was in the dressing room and trying on undergarments and there was a young woman there and of course it Wanted her male friend to see her in her tight shorts shirts whatever it is she was trying to do I don t care. I complain to someone that was fitting me with the undergarments who worked with Not the store itself, but she fitted me for a vanity fair underground as I was in there she kept saying look at this look at this, so this was a woman s dressing room, and I was in there as well. I did not feel comfortable for a man coming into the dressing room. Did not address this to the manager at the point of being just done with it I live I normally have a great time at the Rockwall store but like I said no one seems to want to listen.

This particular store was fantastic. I went in and was able to find exactly what I wanted in just minutes. The people were friendly and helpful. I was very much pleased. If only the one near me was half as nice is this one is I would start shopping at Kohls again.

it was one lady there who made my experience easier, her name was Angelina there was a older white lady just having an attitude with me and my boyfriend. Had a strong feeling it was due to racism. There are many nice associates at the Rockwall Kohls, but Customer Service associate, Angela, deserves recognition. There were 5 customers ahead of me in line and Angela was patient, kind, and courteous to everyone of us. Angela is very knowledgeable and handles her job with professionalism.
