Please listen as I tell you a true story. Lara saved my life. I was facing 25 years to life and I was innocent. I didn t know what to do. Never been in a situation like this before in my life. When Lara first approached me with my case and she looked into it and we spoke thru the glass window in jail. She said Luis I m going to fight for you. I will do everything in my power to prove your innocence. Whoever JOY is , very rude & unprofessional hung up on me twice because my boyfriend that s currently locked up needed updates on his case , he has access to nothing because he is in one of the worse counties (TARRANT) and doesn t receive updates on anything. He is not from Texas so I try to help as best as I can and inform his grandmother. This whole process is frustrating for everyone and doesn t make sense so her hanging up in someone s face because what she s saying doesn t make sense is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL If you don t want to help someone in a very frustrating time find another job.

RUN!! The office is not organized, nothing will ever be done on time, and no one cares. Lara is unprepared and unmotivated. Maybe she has too much on her plate, but you ll never know because there s basically zero communication with Lara or anyone in her staff. You re better off throwing your money in a hole and setting it on fire to keep warm.
