Big shout out to this Wingstop for their honesty. I had lost my purse thinking it was maybe lost in my home or in my car. Little did I know it was left behind at Wingstop for almost a full week!! You might ask why it took me so long to realize? Well because none of my cards had been compromised so I figured Id find it sooner or later. I really appreciate this store keeping my purse for as long as they did! Service is always great here! The store is always clean and the food always tastes great. I 100% recommend this location.

This is the worst wingstop I ve ever had in my life. The fries were all hard and brown no seasoning at all to them. The chicken ( I got the Louisiana rub) incredibly deep fried to the point there was more crust than meat. It was insanely dry and incredibly hard from over frying. Absolutely awful location

2 times in 3 days, that s how perfect this Wingstop is with preparing my food. Today I went to the GREENVILLE, TX location and that location refused to cook my wings to my liking. The GM, at least she stated she was the GM NOHEMI was the most rudest GM I have ever came across! My husband drove me all the way to ROCKWALL for me to get my wings, yes i by passed Royse city to come back to Rockwall. I m a multi business owner and I believe in giving good businesses my repeated business. Great work Wingstop Rockwall, keep being GREAT!!!!

When I received my order I question the fries, they were like potato wedges and not done in prep correctly making them not what I always get at a Wingstop. As you can see in picture below with change to how the thickness is it makes fries mushy and not cook all the way as well as different than quality you re usually paying for. When I asked to have new ones the host told me that s how they always are; I then replied and said no this is the first time I have ever gotten fries from Wingstop and they have looked and tasted like this. The manager then proceeded to continue to make rude comments in the back about my complaint and all of us could hear it in dinning area. Super unprofessional and if I m Wingstop from a corporate standpoint I would not want this franchise store to be a representation of Wingstop, it is far from the quality and professionalism it should be!

The top sauce is Louisiana Rub and the bottom is Atomic. My first impression is that theyre stingy with the sauce. My wings have very little coating of sauce. Im not sure if Wingstop change the ingredients or its due to lack of sauce but the Atomic (most hot sauce) no longer has the heat like in the past. This was a curbside order. I called to express my concerns and Alex provided great customer service and offered to fix my meal. Unfortunately, Ive put on my movie and curled up with my blanket with what I thought would be an enjoyable meal that Ive had a dozen times before from this Wingstop. My only criticism is to dont be stingy with the sauce and not over cook the wings. Update: Ordered wings 12/29. Made sure to ask for extra wet wings. The cooks did great. The staff was nice and courteous. I order at counter 30 wings and two family fries. I didnt wait long and everything was in my bag. Great service. Keep It Up!!

This place is pretty good for eating there or take out. They do a good job of keeping the tables open so people can use them. Also the manager is super nice and always greets you with a smile. If I could give this particular location negative 100 stars it would be a waste. I dont know how hard it is to make an order but when your spending North of $35 for some food you expect nothing less than perfection. Mistakes happen and Im good with that but when you go back to get your food which mind you inconveniences me because I now have to waste more gas to go get food that was incorrectly made and you now make it incorrect a second time just goes to show how much these employees at this particular location pay attention to their orders. Ok to start off I was put on hold for about 10 mins, as soon as I walk in their is about 20 people standing around waiting, the workers at the cashiers ignored me, I walked up to pay since nobody acknowledged me and they cant find my order fast forward a few mins they find it I pay, I get my cups and I can see absolute madness in the kitchen and then I see a worker drop a box of wings on floor he trys to save them against the counter breaking the box and looks over to see if anyone saw him yikes I did!! Okay so he grabs the wings and hands them over to another worker who simply puts them in a new box WOW thats when I shouldve left but no I go get my drinks and wait maybe 20 mins while more and more people walk in. Store manager argued, put on hold for 30 min, and basically told my pregnant wife that she was incompetent and could not read a recipet. In comparison to other Wing Stop locations, this one is by far near the bottom of the list. Fries were awesome, ranch dressing awesome, the dinibg area was awesome. The reason I wont be going back here is the wings. The main reason for going to this restaurant. They cook them entirely too long and the breading gets way over crispy. Crispy to the point that it hurts your teeth to bite into them. Ill be frequenting the location on Buckingham to get my Wing Stop fix.
