Great place for locals. I gave 4 stars since its sometimes smokier than other times, depending on the crowd. Dj is great and plays a mixture of music but knows how to read the crowd to play popular hits. Drinks are usually good and are always affordable. Nice place to be social with friends.

Stopped by late tonight (5/29/24) to shoot some pool and have a couple drinks. Bartender was fast and fabulous, owner Jamal extremely accommodating and kind. Provided us a brand new pool cue when the ones out had bad tips. Nice music selection, 6 well maintained pool tables, darts, great music and a big dance floor too. Very clean, 11/10 would come back here and kick it.

Well, lets say its not my type of atmosphere. Plus, I found very irrational the so-called dress code they have regarding not letting people go inside if they are wearing white shirts/jerseys,especially if random people are the one stopping you from getting in. The service was very poor, not blaming on the servers but in the lack of staff available to attend all the crowd (and btw, there was not too many people by the time we arrived).

A spacious place perfect for leisure, billiards, poker, darts... A good DJ and good waitresses. I went to play pool and Tuesdays tournament was a pleasure, except for the poor quality of the tables and balls, which needed to be replaced a long time ago.

Pretty laid back chill bar. Pool is probably what youll most likely be doing if thats what youre into. Decent amount of tables. Drinks are cheap, you wont wait long and theres karaoke. Great DJ as well

Recently started going here for the tables! It s a nice joint, no craziness during the times we go but it s clear they re already busy early in the evening on a weekday, so I already know this place is hopping during regular bar hours and on weekends. There s a good amount of extra space on the back area where the slots are, would love to see that expanded with three or 4 extra pool tables. We aren t much of drinkers so I feel bad about not buying drinks but we play the games, so there s that. Either way, great establishment so far! Will definitely bring family and friends when it s time to get together!

I will say this, Ricky is amazing he smiles at you an takes the time to take care of everyone but all the bartenders there do a wonderful job , I have been to alot of places even in katy but this place, I recommend more than any other place they have a DJ , pool tables, an other things to keep you busy a dance floor , TV to watch all the games if you get the chance drop on in an maybe I will see you there dont know, I like to move around

The music, variety of people and different things to do are great. They just wont play some songs, saying theyre too vulgar, and then turn around and play way worse songs. This is the best spot I have found, in the area, as far as music, people and vibes, go, if you like hip hop amd R&B.

First off..I dont like how the staff was over doing it with the signs about the dress code, its a neighborhood bar not a club and its already stated on the front door. Secondly the drinks were horrible how about focusing on that. As a bartender myself, that liquor is definitely watered down. No food but you can smoke in there.. The music and the parking was good.

We had a great time because of our company. However, we came here after a long while because of heavy smoke @ Outlaw Bar. Now dj is unwilling to play requested music via listening or Kareoke because its not his crowds interest. We are his crowd. DUH. He then tells my D.I.L. well buy me a drink and Ill bump you up. Sharkys is a nice local lounge bar. The music is mostly old school and new school hop hop mixed with Latin music. The drinks are reasonably priced but they do allow smoking so be prepared for that. Karaoke night is always fun as well.

Man sharkys is home! From the management of Mrs.Johnson to their bartending staff their great. They been around for a minute, but its became my local to go neighborhood bar when I want to go have a drink ... their bartenders have been great to me from day one, you show them respect and in return they do the same times 2. Just moved to the cypress neighborhood..Me and my bro. stoped to check it out because we seen the parking lot was full .still found a spot in the shopping strip. Free admission,bigger inside then I thought. woman 3/1 man..thats a plus. Beer bottle$10. DJ played hip hop, 25% Latin 25% country 15% etc.good mix 8 to 10 pool tables, restroom was clean. Need more light. Smoke friendly. Food Truck outside. We stayed til it closed we had so much fun. Crowd was nicely mixed. Nice size dance floor in use all night. Good light outside to get to your car. No pot holes in parking lot.

This is my go to spot when I m in this area. If you re nice to the bartenders, they re nice to you. They play good music. A good, friendly crowd. Drinks are well priced and they frequently will have shot specials throughout the night. They have giant Jenga, basketball, and pool of course. It s a good place to chill. The only thing I will say is that I always go home smelling like cigarettes, but that s to be expected.

The name of this bar is Outlaw Country. They do fairly good with their social distancing and their disinfecting. They have a great DJ that plays a good mix of music that appeals to the crowd! Nice sized dance floor, pool tables... The bartenders and the bar backs are very friendly, fast and attentive! The clientele is there to have fun just like you are! I never see any drama when I go in there nor do I hear about any drama and thats a plus plus!!
