As somebody who adores half price books.I am so happy and thrilled that they have one open here in rockwall.I originally moved here from Mesquite years ago.. and I heard they closed down the Mesquite one. Terrible sad.. I hope and pray that thus location here in Rockwall is around for many years to come. Best variety

So many books!! So little time!! I love this place!! I can spend a couple hours just wondering the aisles looking at and looking for books!! I read on my devices but nothing will ever replace the feel of a book in my hand...and you cant get that book smell from a device! My world would be a very sad, dark and lonely place without books!!! Bookstores are my own little piece of heaven here on earth!!

Great store to find books. My reason for 3 stars is for selling them books. They are absolutely unfair. I have learned to sell books at Lucky Dog instead. They give you a more fair in store credit towards books you find there. They don t offer cash but as I am a book lover I would rather have the store credit anyway.

As books get in increasingly hard to find, it is helpful to have a local place that can search for obscure titles throughout their interstate network for you. Im happy to support this place and their reasonable prices for hard-copy books. I appreciate as well that they carry video, audio, and some games without giving up all their floor space for the kitsch you sometimes find in larger bookstores.

This store has a great selection of books! Ive found some cute old books. Ive also purchased some books and curriculum for my homeschool. They have a summer reading program that my children participate in each year. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I love coming here and browsing! But, I wouldnt necessarily sell books here. The price they pay are unreasonable and unfair.

Nice larger new & used bookstore. Has easy to find sections. Love their religion/divination section. Lots of music here too. Friendly cashiers, not busy not crowded. Middle of shopping center, fairly close to nearby truck stop.

Ive asked for a book to be transfered from another store to the Rockwall store since its quite far, the process took less than 5 minutes and Kelli was super helpful. Ive never requested a transfer before so I wasnt sure of the process, it was super easy and Kelli let me know that I can pick up in the store in 2 weeks.

A lot more spacious with no furniture, but its changed the vibe. Feels more like an in and out trip, rather than a get comfortable and see how many amazing books you can take home, kind of trip. Clean, well-organized with helpful staff if you do need assistance. Will return.

They offered the least on movies, books, cds and games than any other store. They offered 80 on 120 movies and 30 Xbox, PS4 and wii games. Mesquite store offered 120. Additional store offered 150. Many brand new and gently used titles. Some still in original packaging.

This place has a great selection of books on tape. Its also the best place I have found for buying DVDs. It would be nice if they could purchase some more chairs so I wouldnt have to go around the store looking for one. I have one minus point though--most of the sales team do not check the DVDS for dirty or scratched discs upon checkout. Let me say again--this is the only black mark I have come across.

Nice, clean, quiet place with pretty good prices and kudos to them for becoming more earth friendly. I will warn you be careful for the get a free tote eco deal if you spend over $25. The cashier told us we get a free tote and we thought oh cool, sure. Get home, look over the receipt and we were charged for it. Its only 99cents but still. Be sure if you accept it, you check the receipt before leaving!
