Higher Vision Window Cleaning did an amazing job. Not only do my windows look amazing, Daniel was so courteous he used a different pair of inside shoes when he entered my house. Daniel also pointed out a few windows that had manufacturer imperfections that I would have missed and I was able to order new ones because they are still under warranty. This company goes above and beyond because they came back two weeks later, after a few rain storms, to touch up my windows. This is the only window cleaning company I will use in future and the only window cleaning company I would recommend.

Higher Vision is a great one stop shop business. While installing my Christmas lights, they noticed and cleaned my gutters. Good, but not great. Several windows have water spots and places that I needed to go back and clean. When I made the appointment, I was told that the technician would wipe (not wash) the screens as part of the basic cleaning, but that wasnt done and the technician told me that was an additional service not included. So again, I had to go back and finish the job myself. The windows look much better than they did before the cleaning, but for what I paid, my expectations were not met. I probably will not use this company again.

Overall, they did a good job on the windows, and were professional. My complaints are: 1). They tried to increase the estimate I had approved by saying I had 4 more windows- which were tiny windows over my door, I guess. We did resolve this peacefully. 2). They did not move things back into place when they left. I am elderly undergoing chemo and had to get help to do this. Normally this would not be a problem, but my strength is just not there.
