Was there for 10 minutes and didn t even have someone ask us our order. When I spoke up to get a waitress s attention, she got offended and said she would not be talked to like that and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said sure. After another 5 minutes, he never came out so our party of 6 left. Chris, I sent you an email 2 days ago and have not gotten a response, similar to your service 3 days ago. And now 3 weeks later and I have never received a response from my email.

This place is really cool. The atmosphere is lovely, romantic and you can hang out at the patio. They have a great selection to eat and a variety to choose your drinks from. I did enjoy my time and maya was an amazing host.

This place is our go to stop for a quick lunch during the work week, since it is near the house. They have plenty of room for gatherings, I have gotten together here in the past with the gals to catch up. They have live music and trivia, but my favorite is Singo Bingo! Great atmosphere, and a great addition to our neighborhood.

Arda made our day today at The Brass Tap. The customer service was exceptional 20/10. He remembered our drink order from our last visit and was very attentive throughout our meal. I ve been coming to this place since they opened for business. And for me, the service gets better and better. Mya and her family treat me like family. The food is always fresh and delicious. Just went in, and the place was empty inside except 3 couples at the bar. Bartender waved, we sat there for a few minutes amd realized there was outdoor seating that getting help so we continued to sit inside for another 10 minutes The only other aknowlegement we got was the side eye from the bartender as she gave someone at the bar a drink who came in after us.We decided to walk out as it didnt seem anyone was going to help us soon, bartender wishd us a good night which was definitely sarcastic to us. Not sure what we did to offend her, butnever coming back.

My go-to place for beers in Katy! Plenty of choice, always something new to try even for a very sophisticated drinker! The food is good for a bar - nice selection of appetizers and quick bites for a couple or a big company. Nice staff, cozy atmosphere, pleasant crowd, live music on Fridays and Saturdays. I wish this place existed 20 years ago so I might have spent more quality time here and not wasted it checking-out other subpar places elsewhere :-) Kuralay - the host - is very attentive and welcoming, keeping the whole place on the top level of expectations!

The appetizer was cold & not flavorful. We ordered the Trio Plate and we didn t like it. The queso was cold, the salsa was tomato sauce, and the guacamole had a weird taste. It was a simple appetizer but everything on it was not flavorful, well only the chips were perfectly crunchy. Drinks and service were good.

To say they sell craft beer is a disservice. A better description is they sell a highly curated selection of the worlds best beers, which are always fresh and cheerfully served. This includes Fullers, Ayinger, Hacker-Pschorr, Paulaner, St. Bernadus, Delirium, etc. and many excellent US brewers like Founders and North Coast. The owners and staff are all fabulous.

The owner and the wait staff are all very warm, caring people and provide a very safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Wow! Love this place! Back for a Business Networking event! Great Atmosphere! Ill definitely be back! Parking lot was packed. Still managed to find a place. The ambiance is really nice and inviting. The bartender was a bit standoff-ish but she was polite. The drink however, very distasteful. I did not like it at all and I m a drinker. I recently had a bad experience at this place but thought maybe it was just my imagination and me overthinking. Until I went on yelp and saw similar reviews so I decided to share my story. Me and my family came here to celebrate a bday with some drinks and light food since the bar is close by. Upon entering the bar nobody greeted us and let us know where to sit or to just sit ourselves. Everyone was gathered in the corner by the bar either vaping or playing on their phone. My server was a Russian gentleman by the name of Arder or Andre I can t totally remember. When we wanted to ask about certain drinks or beers he couldn t answer any of our questions. Stated he was from europe and things are different here . After our food arrived (under cooked fish and old cheese on the nachos) the owner walked by and asked how our meal and drinks were. When I stated my drink didn t taste like a margarita but like rubbing alcohol she stated everyone loves our drinks. I don t understand why you ask and I tell you and then that kind of comment follows. When we went to the patio section to smoke cigarettes the owner followed us out and asked where we were going. I even left my phone on the table and she repeatedly grilled us and stated people don t pay all the time . She proceeded to mumble something else not so nice and walked inside. I did not seee her the rest of the night. For obvious reasons nobody got a tip and we will never return.

The food was not warm when it came out and it was dry and bland. I ordered tacos and my boyfriend got a brisket sandwich. We sat at the bar and the staff behind the bar was friendly but were not knowledgeable about beers at all. This is an ok place to come if you re just looking for a pour of Miller Lite or Michelob Ultra, but if you re looking for true craft beer and good food, you should check out The Growler Spot right down the road.

Our waitress was great, but one beer was warm and one drink tasted like rubbing alcohol and when we sent it back to get something different the owner came and questioned us saying well everyone else likes the drink and our beer is never warm multiple people tried both drinks before sending them back. . Review Update Had to drop it two stars. Been coming here on a semi-regular basis for awhile now but the last couple of months the service has really gotten slow. Walked in tonight, sat down, it was busy but not full and several minutes after getting our own drink menu but never getting any service we walked. Used to be completely the opposite but has been sliding. Oh well. Down the road we go! Previous Review: Food was bar fare but really good. Service was friendly and a manager walked around a few times to make sure all was right. Solid selection of craft beers on tap. Clean as well which isn t common in sports bars. I would visit again.

Highly recommend this place! Visited here for Top Goliath King Sue on tap. It s really fresh! We also ordered Parish GITM for comparison but I guess the keg has been opened for too long, so all the hop characters were disappeared . Talked to a waitress about it and they offered a free half pour for compensation, which showed that they really care about the customers. Also, their gourmet cheese sandwiches are really good! I lived really close to Crafted KT but with my experience in food and service I am willing to drive 20 mins here.

Pretty standard gastropub style. Good beer selection that changes with the seasons. Good staff that are attentive. The food is where they fall short, especially the fries. I had the avacado burger and it was ok, but the sause included could not have been more than a quarter of a teasoon. The fries were the most basic, frozen to fryer, crinkle cut fries ever. You could buy better in the freezer section of the grocery store. No salt, no pepper, no seasoning. That criticism isnt worth not going here, maybe bring your own bottle of any seasoning blend.

Came here for Mother s Day bec I ve come many evenings for drinks and bar snacks with friends. I knew they were having Mother s Day mimosas so invited my mother and siblings for what I thought would be an amazing meal. To start off we ordered coffee they served my mother a black coffee in a large styrofoam cup with no cream or sugar. They told us they only have coffee. So ok. We then got all our meals 5-10 min apart. All of which are missing things such as bacon, pancakes, syrup, butter..and the owner who was helping our bartender/server was incredibly rude. When she came back to ask if things were good I said umm they are ok and she said I didn t ask you that I asked if you got everything. Our cinnamon roll came out completely raw and the owner again didn t seem to care. She said ok I ll bring you more donuts..we didn t want more donuts, but accepted. We got the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were completely burnt and inedible. We also had to show the owner that the pancakes came with bacon by showing her the menu. Which she was super rude about. We didn t eat them and we weren t asked why. They had 6 tables and more than enough time to fix and make sure things were ok. If you cannot handle a Mother s Day special then don t offer one. We spent well over 100 dollars here today and still liked our serve whom was also making all drinks in the restaurant. The woman that was referred to as one of the owners was incredibly rude, unapologetic, and did not make our experience a good one today. Avoid if you want a meal other than bar snacks and beer.

Had dinner, and it was my bday. I wanted to head home and chill. My better half insisted that we go enjoy a nice cold one to celebrate. He had been eyeballing the place, so he said, Lets go. ....soooo we did! Holy Macaroni, this place is pretty freaking A-W-E-S-O-M-E and A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. LOTS OF BEERS ON TAP! We drive to flying saucer in Sugar Land, which is a good hike. This place is close if you are in Katy or Richmond and has a great selection. If you dont know what you want, just ask one of the beer connosaurs, and they can guide your taste buds to a delightful brew. Staff is super fun and greeted you with smiles and very friendly. We went on Thursday (4/13) around 7 pm. They have game nights on Wednesday-Thursdays, 7pm-9pm. The game we played was Singo.....sooooo fun!! Music country, girl bands, 80s tune and pop...I am sure there are different games, but that was a few we played. Our first time playing it..loved and will definitely be back. We won one of the games, and you get a gift card to use on your next visit during game night. They whole bar sung happy birthday to me. That was so sweet and unexpected. I was like whoooahhh cool!!!!! Singo is basically musical bingo. The host Rick (with Challenge Entertainment) was great and had a very pleasant radio and game show voice - great vibes. I highly recommend checking them out for private or business event... I would ask for Rick! Rick pumped that perfect amount of energy to boost your inner soul to start singing along to your favorite tune...of course the tasty beers helped too, haaa. They are starting a new game on Wednesday, I heard it like family fued sounds so fun... Soooo glad we did decide to check out this place. Really love the vibe, staff, people... I heard the food is really good. I looked at the pics online, and food looks delicious and good variety. By the way, they have lots of tvs, so probably a great place to check out sport games too. Sorry, no photos from this lunch. Went on fish and chips Friday. The food was excellent. Hubs had fish tacos, said they were great. Had a couple of beers (large variety to choose from), watched the games on so many TVs. Happy hour started at 11:00 am! Definitely will return.

Excellent beer selection and great cocktails. Server was very helpful & knowledgeable about the beer selection which is rare in a bar. The food was ok, but nothing really wowd us, id put the food at average. Its a far better bar to hang out in & drink while enjoying appetizers than a sit-down restaurant. PLENTY of TVs everywhere you look to watch whatever sporting event you want.

The Brass Tap is a local favorite for my family and friends. The service and owners are all very nice, kind, and friendly. They really care about their business and patrons. Theyre outside patio is great for small kids and dogs. I come frequently cause its a nice walk from my home. They also have Cornhole to play outside which gives everyone a good chance to enjoy being outside. I love their selection of drinks and food. Everything Ive had has always been quality. The owners are wonderful and friendly people. I have yet to make it to some of their special events but they do karaoke, bingo, and live music often. Kid-friendliness: High chairs. Booster chairs. Outside seating with enclosed gate which prevents toddlers from running away.

Beer bars and sports bars are my establishments of choice. I like to seek out independent establishments, but there are some chains that are more than worthy of my time and one of them is Brass Tap. This Brass Tap location is right on the border between the Houston suburbs of Katy and Richmond, which makes it the closest Brass Tap to my home. The main attraction here is, of course, the beer. Guests can expect to find about 45 or so beers on tap and dozens more in bottles/cans. The beer isn t just local in nature. They have craft beer from across the country and enough variety that you will have no problem finding something you like. With food, Brass Tap sticks to taproom essentials like nachos, quesadillas, nachos, burgers, flatbread, salads, and various sandwiches. The food served is quite good and it matches well with beer. They have a really good happy hour as well, with some great deals on food, beer, premium well drinks, and wine. Depending on the day you visit, you might be treated to live entertainment, and it s usually acoustic, so not extremely loud, which is a plus. They have trivia nights, too. And, of course, there are lots of televisions tuned to live sports action. When Brass Tap Katy/Richmond first opened, there were issues with service. But they have quickly worked out the kinks and now it s a well- oiled machine. I love craft beer bars, and I am quite pleased to have a Brass Tap nearby. It has all the ingredients I demand in a beer bar and has already become one of my go- to places for food, beer, and sports viewing. Regularly visit the Brass tap and I cant think of better place nearby to take the family for dinner. 100% always satisfied with mh experience. Alex is typically our server and makes us feel welcome everyfime . Highly recommend going for happy hour and trying a little bit of everything. We love it all ! Great location, sorely disappointed. Food was subpar. Beer selection was good. Biggest complaint is the lighting, it s way too bright. Everyone around us was complaining too. The Brass Tap is just what the Richmond/Katy area needed! Very clean, good food, and even better staff. Josh and Lexi greet every guest with a smile and tasty drink. A couple of friends and I went for lunch today and whilst the food was ok the service was extremely slow. This is a reflection on the owner and not the staff as the waitress did the very best she could! One waitress for the entire place is ridiculous!
