I moved to Dallas from Houston about a year ago. Bun Bo Hue was something I would always eat in Houston so when I moved to Dallas I was determined to find the best spot that served this soup. Pho Tay Do is the BESTTTT place in Dallas that serves it. It s so authentic, the broth is so rich and full of flavor. Everything here is amazing down to the homemade Cha Gio (egg rolls). The service is always amazing as well! I live 45 min away and make the drive at least 2 a month just to indulge! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! #AUTHENTIC

The BBH is outstanding as always, one of my favorite places to go for it. Service and atmosphere are completely secondary to the whole experience--youre here for the soup. If you want to be fawned over, go to Olive Garden or something.

Best Beef Pho and Chicken Pho ever! It is delicious and so aromatic and addicting. Also love their fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. The service is great too. My husband and I have been eating here for about 10 years. We moved out of Richardson but now drive 13 miles for this yumminess!! It s not unusual for us to eat here once a week.

So I have a go to pho spot but it was out of my way so I decided to try this spot instead. And honestly it was sooo good. Dare I say even better. I had the large meatball pho my total was $13 and some change. My only complaints is I wish it would have had more meatballs, and it was honestly hot in the building. Other than that def recommend for the pho the bathrooms are in the back and it is very hot back there again other than that the food was worth it

This is some of the best Vietnamese food I ve had in a while! The food is outstanding. The bun cha tastes as similar as it gets to the famous bun cha shop in Hanoi that Anthony Bourdain took Obama to. The pho is delicious and comforting and doesn t taste like the chain restaurant pho that is too salty and always gives me a stomach ache. The pho broth here is healthy and fragrant. The chicken and beef will melt in your mouth. The prices are super reasonable and the service is fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy delicious food for a reasonable price.

I was very impressed by the quality of food and the flavor of everything. The portions are very generous and the service was friendly. I got bun bo hue. It was really good. The soup was nice to drink too. It reminds me of spicy chinese soup. I got size small and that was enough for me. If you need more, I suggest getting a medium size (large size is too big). The Vietnamese iced coffee isnt sweet enough for me. Their soybean drink tasted better.

I have heard so many people recommend this Bun Bo Hue place and so I had to come and try it out. The place was clean and the service and decorations was typical of a Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the extra large size, which was massive! The extra large size was certainly not for the faint hearted as it was a lot, but I managed to finish it, including all the soup. The broth was the savory kind, with no hint of sweetness or pineapple. If you prefer the broth with pineapple, you might not like this broth. They were very generous with their beef and pork slices, which were very tender and flavorful. The pig hock was of a medium firmness and very enjoyable. Overall, this is a very solid Bun Bo Hue and I recommend it.

Me and my son came to this restaurant today to try out the pho. Everyone was given bottles of water and greeted when they were seated. Me and my son were never given water like everyone else. The tall guy with glasses started giving water to people who came in after us! And started to take their orders. So of course me and my son left. I didn t say anything just walked out. My money won t be spent where we are not greeted like every other customer! Not sure why we were overlooked but we were the only black people there so hey won t be going back there! My first visit here and this place was an instant addition to my favorite dining places list. I have been to Vietnam, and they serve exactly the same authentic food. This is a family owned joint that deserves more recognition and business from the Richardson neighborhood. Not your average pho place! I felt like pho for lunch and so came in. You can tell it is a family run business clean and basic furnishings, nothing fancy. But the taste was authentic and hearty. We ve been this place for at least 50 times whenever I crave for Bun Bo Hue. Always order large size Bun Bo Hue (#27) and pho tay do dac biet (#16), plus spring roll with shrimp, and sometimes avocado shake or iced coffee. You can never go wrong with this combo. One thing I do hope the owner can bring back is the pork blood in bun bo hue. Raw bean sprout may not be completely safe for the pregnant. The kitchen is happy to help to have them boiled.

Eaten here previously at a table and everything was great, but I decided to do take out for an order of bbh. When I opened things up at home the order was lacking any blood jelly and only had a bite sized sliver of sausage with it. If you want to eat here, make sure you only eat in as they are fine with being sub par for take out.

Delicious rice dishes, we have yet to find another place that serves up more tender, well marinated pork chops. Their fish sauce is on point as well, not too salty, not to sweet. Their pho is pretty good too and their bun bo hue is alright, it isn t the best I ve had but if your really craving it. It ll satisfy your craving. Also, I did have an incident this one time where I ordered to go and they didn t tell me they had ran out of that food until I had already arrived. So I had to sit for another good 10-15 minutes. Overall good service, sometimes I had called in 25-30 minutes ahead but when I arrived, it still wasn t done.

Best bun Bo , best com with pork chop , com ga, best service in the area! They got the best marinade for their pork chop. Charcoal grilled pork chop, charcoal grilled chicken, charcoal grilled shrimps. The spring rolls and egg rolls is always a snack! The cafe s a ã is the best in the area. It s rich and strong. It s the service and quality they give.
