Tried Qdoba again because of a BOGO. I remember why I stopped coming. The portions are small. You get free guacamole but it was the tiniest of scoops. And overall, just not much flavor. The chicken bowl/burrito is more expensive here than Chipotle. Sorry Qdoba I tried.

Not better than Chipotle This was my first time trying Qdoba, and I had high hopes because people often say its better than Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl, and honestly, it lacks flavor. Despite the variety of toppings I got, it tastes very bland and not cohesive. With Chipotle, you can get anything on their menu, and itll take great together. The portion size is also small and is worth $10 max. I also got their chips and queso, and they gave me a TON of chips, like filled up the whole paper bag. The flavor of the queso fine, but the chips could use more salt at the very least. Their chocolate chip cookies are really good also. Overall, probably wont be back anytime soon.

I placed a pickup order about an hour before close using the mobile app. We had a couple special requests on our order that I was a little worried about getting done that late in the evening. Upon arrival to pick up my order the employees verified my requests with me and had them prepared accordingly. We received exactly what we asked for, and even felt as though we were given a little extra portions on some items! Overall a great experience.

This was my first time trying Qdoba, I ordered a bowl on DoorDash and the portions were worst than chipotle. The flavor was great, but I paid $14 for nothing, it didn t even last me 5 minutes. I am still hungry, the bowls are not deep and they put so little it s criminal. They need to work on their portions better.

Absolutely horrible experience. After reading the reviews of the Qdoba in Plano I came here as they had some better reviews. The guy with the black frame glasses was extremely rude and a smart you know what. I asked him what comes on the veggie he said whatever you want and pointed at the meats. I said, no, what comes on the Veggie? He said oh we don t have that I said it s on the menu right above you then he shrugged his shoulders and started wiping the counter with a dirty rag. I wasn t going to have him make my food with dirty gloves and will not support businesses that treat customers as such. I walked out, my wife didn t get her food either as this service was rude and distasteful.

This place man...the goat of all the burrito places around the metroplex. Qdoba just hits different, the ingredients are fresher, they have more hit in the seasoning department. The ladies here are awesome. Get the Cholula chicken burrito bowl and have them put it in a tortilla shell bowl. Thank me later.

I ordered from Qdoba for the first time and it came via door dash. I ordered the loaded soup and chips and queso. The chips and queso arrived, the toppings for the soup arrived, but no soup. I called all of the numbers I found and they all had a voicemail box that has not been set up. I reached out via the customer feedback link and nothing. How sucky.

I ordered almost everything burrito, that taste line nothing ! I noticed that he filled up the burrito up with mostly rice and not much of everything else though - which is always a bad sign; why anyone puts plain rice in a burrito I still have not figured out, but when there is more rice than anything else I usually find it to be the sign of some dodgy fast-food place that doesnt really know what they are doing. my burrito finished, wrapped it, and handed it to me straight away. I was a little confused that it wasnt heated up, but figured maybe thats just how they do it here. tortilla was was soggy to the point of being unpleasant. I could not taste any cheese, sauce or any of the different ingredients I asked for it in there. Nor could I taste much beef, because there was simply far too much rice. Even a 1:1 ratio of rice to everything else is way too much in a burrito, but here it was more like 2 portions of rice to 1 portion of everything else. I dont recommend this place .

This is my second time here at qdoba, the first time I came to qdoba which was not at this location it was amazing! Food was great, service was out of this world. This location is honestly horrible, with it being my second time, I didn t have my mind made up on what I wanted yet, so as I m looking at the menu the girl asks are you ready with an attitude. As she s preparing me and my boyfriends food, she s slapping all the ingredients onto our food. My boyfriend ask for extra cheese and she dumps the rest of the container of cheese onto his food. WTH?! Her delivery and her attitude is what threw me completely off, you have workers at this location acting like they don t want to work, so why come in!? Let s not talk about the fact they had no ice in the drink machine, I had to walk back up to the counter for the girl to fill my cup with ice. She didn t even fill the cup up she handed it to the guy to do it! They had no drinks! No soda! My options were all diet drinks and vitamin water which I don t even drink! The list can go on and on, and I can say this store needs a lot of improvement and y all need to reconsider the girl with the glasses and long hair her attitude and communication skills suck! I don t know who is in charge but the staff needs to improve nobody acted like they wanted to be there, and it wasn t just me who had the same bad experience!

Typically a great location with friendly staff. However, I cannot give a pass on this 1 interaction. System went down can take cash only. No big deal, however the lead on shift letting her emotions get the best of her, and essentially calling me a thief because she did not check the ammount of cash I gave. 11.65 was the total. Gave 12, a 10 and two ones. Did not bother checking the bills, one of the ones is a fresh crisp one so they typically stick together unless you do your diligence to check to make sure. She did not and assumed I gave her 11 flat then proceeded to go on a tangent Ill allow it just this once. No, next time get off the phone with your boss and serve the customer infront of you, when its not even busy (was the only one in there at the time), check the cash like youre suppose to in cash handling at the register, and keep your frustration and emotion down. Im not the reason your system went down, and Im not the person to direct your annoyance and anger at. Absolutely appalling, as someone who also works in management. Only good side from this visit is the food, and the wonderful young women who prepared my food, who is always a positive factor in every visit. 5 star service for the kind line worker 1 star for the lead on duty.

This is by far one of the best QDobas i have been to in awhile. Ever since I moved to this area I go here pretty much once a week or once every two weeks. The food is great. I have never had any burnt chicken or anything thing else burnt, like some other qdobas I have been too. On top of having hot fresh food every visit, the employees are the best part! I usually go for dinner, and I see the same employees every time. They are always so welcoming and funny! They even have been a big part of me and my fiancés life. He told them when he was proposing and everything. So I know it sounds cheesy... but they are like family! Such a great place to have lunch and dinner at. You wont regret it.

Im a paying customer I don t understand why I can t get simple service. I asked for chips & queso with the drink which is 3.00 why was I charged 10.00. One of my friends fond of Mexican eateries so we stop by to this place for our lunch. Ambience - this place got indoor and out door dining area which is clean and sanitised. I loved the quality of spoons and forks here. Food- We ordered chicken over rice and guacamole and Plant based meat over rice. Both are tastiest and delicious. Service - unlike Chipotle , these guys serve only one scoop of veggies and chicken. Over all service is good.

The food was good as always. Don t know if the employee was on drugs or just careless, but the service wasn t good. She had an attitude, just slopped things in my wife s bowl, didn t fold my burrito very good, and left queso running down the outside of the bowl of it. I rarely give a bad review anywhere and almost always give someone the benefit of the doubt, but this takes the cake. Would not want to eat at a restaurant with her serving again. Went in to pick up an delivery order and gave the name, I was asked by the gentleman to see the name and order on my phone so I showed him as it s no big deal so as I m walking out a lady of a different race ask me outside do they have a pickup spot or do u have to ask I said you will have to ask the guy and show him the order, I sat in my car and for some reason decided to see if he was gonna ask her, you think he did? I miss the good old days. Been coming here since this place opened. Always been my go to spot when I was in a pinch and wanted good fast food for a solid price. Where i would swing through once a week, now I force myself to go in maybe once a month. Price have gone up, quantity and quality have both gone down, and the employees that work here are the worst around. I used to think it was because Im a white guy, whatever I just want decent food, but I brought my whole crew in today for lunch, most of them are Hispanic, and we all left with the same feeling after lunch. The real question is if you cant be cordial and do your job why are you here. Furthermore what is management up to? This place is now the neighborhood joke. If you want garbage service or something similar to a parking meter, this is the spot. Still love the flavors but this place stinks overall and I couldnt be more disappointed in my favorite local quick grub stop.

This restaurant tastes so much better than the one on the west side of Plano. Their queso and chips could have been a little fresher but overall it was nice it tasted good and the food was warm. The employees do have an attitude problem still again with trying to use an app and just not very friendly to their customers even observe it with another customer while we were in the store. Food was yummy as usual, and the staff was working hard! But the wait time was really bad. They were understaffed, only 2 people working the entire store during dinner time. I was the second person in line, with multiple people behind me, and at least 8 mobile orders printing out, all with one person trying to keep up on the assembly line, and one person on cooking. I ordered online: 3 beef tacos with flour tortillas and the different salsa options. What I received was a burrito overly stuffed with white rice and the other ingredients. I double checked that I really did order tacos. The burrito was tasteless and just a mess to eat. No silverware.

Rushed to order, it was my first time in so I wasnt familiar with the toppings. The chicken was cold and had a lot of fatty pieces, they gave me 2 bell peppers for the veggies in my bowl (not sure if thats normal) but I asked for a few more. The taste was average and not impressive to make me want to return. Tables outside were all dirty.

Ordered online to make it easy to get a customized order correct.. Apparently no point to this as our food was still wrong and contained toppings that we cant have -- so the food got tossed and was a waste of $10. Dont think Ill be returned to this location if they cant even follow a printed out order. I checked as well and we ordered correctly, even the receipt they gave me was correct. They just decided to arbitrarily add in some stuff we intentionally left out or explicitly excluded -- i.e. Not what we ordered.

There was a woman and man on shift when I came, around 3:45ish- it was empty and now I know why.. as soon as I entered, I kindly greeted but they just gave me a look and asked me what I wanted. I ordered the cauliflower mash thing just because it s the first thing I saw and I definitely felt bad for coming in? The man attended to me but the woman was in the back having me looks, and when he made my bowl he just did small half scoops just to rush and get me out. I asked to add lettuce and he told me it was $1.50 extra. He also grunted when I asked about it and they both had extra attitude. I wore my mask, I was super friendly (because I know how it feels working in food service) and I said please/thank you. However I was treated honestly like I was an inconvenience and on top of that I paid $11 for a half-filled bowl. I would not recommend, just go to free birds or some other place because honestly the hospitality is NOT IT here. Also, the woman was answering the phone with her gloves on AND touching the orders with her gloves on- which I found really unsanitary since she was walking in and out of the front and back. If I could honestly do less than a star I would, the whole interaction, the food, and the quality was just unacceptable and rubbed me the wrong way.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a Qdoba, and Ive been to many. Qdoba has an all inclusive price, yes this location will attempt to nickel and dime you if you order one of the new special menu and you ask to add jalapenos. Suddenly they want you charge you extra. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
