I went in on Sunday and picked up two of the bestest pepperoni pizzas and two orders of wings. When I got home I did not realize that there were not two orders of wings there was only one I just assumed they put them all in one container also my one pizza was burnt Beyond being able to eat. I have been trying to call them all day today but no one ever answers the phone and they say that the mailbox is not set up. As much as I hate to do it I guess Im going to have to make a formal complaint with corporate

Amazing service! Today at 5:30 pm I came in to order . Came to countertop the worker with the blue braids didn t even look up and said WHAT? I asked her can I get a large hot n ready and the crazy puffs. She tells me $12 something. I gave her my payment . She reaches over to give me my change and drops it on the floor doesn t say anything. Then when my pizza was done she handed it over side ways with my pizza squished to one side. She had a bad attitude and customer service. she was in a bad additude and took it out on everyone I seen come after me.

I dont understand how people apply for jobs get hired then come to work and dont do the job they applied for! This location use to be the best but since this new manger has came in its gone way down hill. Food is stale, cold and the workers look hungover, dirty and strung out. Tonight I went at 8pm and for crazy bread I ask her how long has it been in there she said its fresh LIED for home and the bread is hard and cold. Corporate field managers need to do better at hiring and showing up at these stores. Start doing random pop ups and random inspections. They need to bring in all new staff that want to work and revamp this location. Or put it back in Walmart so its ran professionally.

We ordered 4 pizzas and crazy bread w/ sauce. I received a message that my order was ready to be picked up. Only 2 pizzas were in the portal to pick up. The manager told me that I d need to wait 10 minutes more for the remaining two to be made. I said ok. Then when I got home my son asked where the crazy bread was. I looked at the receipt and we were charged for crazy bread & sauce but it was not there. I returned to the store and explained. The manager shoved a bag of crazy bread at me w/ sauce. I told her I was upset because twice they d screwed up on the same order. She replied Oh well, check your order next time. I will. But I shouldn t HAVE to and a manager should behave better. I didn t catch her name on my way out so I peeked into the store windows to see if she was wearing a name badge only to catch her flipping me off (she did this in front of customers waiting to be served). I have a picture of it if anyone wants to actually do anything about it. Everyone I know has complained about this location but it just gets worse & worse.

My order took 15 minutes longer than the longest quoted time, 1 item was wrong & both items were cold. I guess they yook it out of the oven and just set it on the counter fir an extra 25 minutes getting cold while I was standing in the lobby waiting for it. The items that are supposed to be hot and ready during a certain time are never ready or hot.

The customer service is terrible! If you call to place an order no one answers. When you go it they are not professional at all. I have witnessed them ignore several people walking into the store that are standing at the counter waiting to be helped! The only thing going for this location is they are the only ones near by and they can actually make a pizza. The owners need to step up and teach the employees how to behave or get people in there with manners.

So the commercial says that the stuffed crust pizza is supposed to be available between 4 PM and 8 PM. When I asked for it, the rude lady behind the register just said we don t have it So I had to ask her are you sold out she goes no we just don t have it. Was okay at $5, even at $5.55, for inconsistent tasting and barely cooked pizza but unfortunately due to the cash grab by corporate blaming inflation, pizza from here is no longer worth it. If youre going to increase the price maybe raise the employee pay, or at least the quality of the pizza. No sauce, barely and cheese. Undercooked if cooked at all. Might as well have gotten Digiornios and that would have been a major upgrade. When a dog that eats everything even refuses to touch the food you know its not good. It becomes quite clear youre just using the economy conditions to line your franchisee pockets. Not going well seeing as your store is now empty almost all times of the day. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Absolutely zero circumstances should you ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever EVER come to this location. Orders run an hour behind, or they lose your order , or they charge you twice because of an app glitch ! Plus the pizza is made terribly! When everything arrived it was all under cooked everything was doughy, squishy, and raw. Ordered on their website for delivery and one of two pizzas arrives WRONG. I don t know in what world you would assume that a customer would want mushrooms on both pizzas if they only ordered it on one. And yes, I am aware of the pizza isn t our problem once it leaves the store so check it first policy but guess what: Doordash isn t allowed to open the box to check a customers pizza. Spent half an hour on the phone with customer service and had to wait ten minutes for a refund to be processed in the system. Extremely disappointing when the service has been great before. Won t be ordering again until policies are changed to accommodate an incorrect delivery order since the third party driver s can t check the pizzas

I m not sure what happened! Perhaps new management? We used to like this place but within the last year I would say, it has gone downhill. A few months ago we ordered online. It took so long that we eventually called them to cancel our order bc we couldn t get an answer from the delivery person. After canceling, our pizzas were finally delivered but not what we ordered. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered online this evening. We waited and waited. Text message said our order had been delivered but it wasn t. My husband called the delivery person and she had the wrong address. My husband clarified and the wait was still long. My husband was about to go to the store to pick it up, when a women with her baby pulled up and delivered the pizza. We found that to be odd. Our pizza was so cold. Rest assured we will not be ordering from here again. We will happily go to their competitors.

Everytime myself or my fiancé orders through the app for delivery they screw up our order. The only thing they get right is the pizza. This time they screwed up our crazy bread, forgot our jalapeño cheese sauce. Every time, we no longer will purchase from this store.

Always terribly slow! I just left there after calling 4-5 different times for no one to answer the phone, so I decided to drive to the store to which of course no ones there to even greet you. There was an employee stocking a soda machine who very politely asked me to wait and I proceeded to wait while watching him stock the soda machine after several minutes he finally asked if Ive ordered yet, to which I reply no then he decides to walk around to the counter to take my order. Rings me up and goes to the back... At this point I just grabbed my pizza and left didnt even bother with the receipt cuz God knows how long that would take to get to me. I have never seen a Little Caesars so slow.

They did me more than right! We werent able to make lunch today and our last job was dropping a couple of trees in the parking lot nearby this Little Caesars. A couple of the guys and I were incredibly hungry (we just couldnt take it anymore) so we stopped by this Little Caesars. We got a hot and ready and it was amazing, the guy behind the counter even offered us a couple of free Waters.

Really terrible service and product. We got home, opened the boxes, and were really disappointed. The pizzas werent cooked all the way and werent made evenly. We had to pop them in the oven ourselves to cook it all the way which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering pizza to-go. The employees were more concerned with flirting with each other than actually working. But as the saying goes-- you really do get what you pay for.

Already not a fan and rarely come here, but today showed PRIME examples why I do not approve of this location: 1. Lady coming in and out from her car carrying a baby going to the back kitchen (not in work gear so assume doesnt belong doing that). 2. We are still fighting COVID-19 (it IS FRUSTRATING but we are) and Im 6+ months pregnant (medical community states this is increased risk) and guy working counter pulls mask ccompletely down and states at this point I just dont care really, and then just continued to serve remaining quick minutes w/o mask.....he may not but I DO and am really trying to stay safe. MASK ISNT FOR YOU, its for others.

Order was to be ready at 6:30 I arrived at 6:32 and they told me they were waiting on just the pizza. It took another hour before it came out. I ve worked in the pizza business it takes roughly 10 min to make and bake a pizza so honesty I m impressed at the work quality. What I learned as I stood there contemplating this farce is that they will mix and match orders with other people s orders just to get them out. They gave away my breadsticks twice which led to me waiting longer in the end. This place is an absolute joke and if I could I would give a zero. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves.
