Based on a friends recommendation, I entrusted Mike Zhang to handle my immigration case. Attorney Zhang not only managed the case with professionalism and a personal touch which made me feel very reassured and cared for, but he also efficiently and clearly requested the necessary documents. The law firm s assistants were also very capable, proactive, and friendly in following the entire case. Despite the process being delayed due to the Covid-19 and legal proceedings, it didn t affect their efficient handling and timely updates. In the end, I successfully received my 10-year green card. Dont use this lawyer, he wont care about your case just to make money from new immigrants. We had a simple marriage green card reschedule, but he only asked his assistant to make a phone call and never followed up. I asked them twice what the new date was, and he just told me to wait, but the wait came because it declined. They didnt receive the reschedule message at all, and I didnt show up. As a result, I asked the lawyer what to do next, and he said that it could be re-opened. I told him to do it quickly, but he said that he would need to charge another $2,500 in legal fees because it was the second case! They were not apologetic at all for the mistakes they made. None, and still have the nerve to ask customers to pay the bill. My husband was so angry that he asked me to change lawyers. It was a simple case that was a no-brainer. When I asked about changing lawyers, I didn t even have to think about it. I had already sorted out the documents and I could just apply by myself.

My advice is: if your case is strong enough, you may try here; if your case is kinda weak, don t waste your time and crush confidence here. There are way many attorneys good at handling weak EB1/NIW. The initial communication was fine, but slow. After sending the resume and some extra information, the evaluation came back in 6 days?? Most other offices have it done in at most 48 hours. The email said because of lack of citations, we don t believe you have a good chance. Please let me know if you have any questions. Then I followed up with a few simple questions, no responses thereafter, attorney Yang. I know very well that my case is weak. What s interesting is that other offices answered questions patiently and evaluated my case as overall viable moderate worth a try may RFE but will pass at last etc. Followed their WeChat for years, liked their articles, and contacted them first when I started my petition. Well all in all, disappointed.

Mike and his team did such a great job handling my car accident case. I was so stressed out after my brand new car was totaled. I still owed the bank a lot of money after receiving the total loss settlement. The team went over hundreds of pages contract and found out refundable prepaid services. I had a very complicated Immigration case I dealt with for almost 9 years. I was facing a permanent bar from all visa petitions. My first Attorney went MIA when USCIS sent me an initial NOID.I then retained one of the most highly rated Immigration Attorneys in Dallas and this second Attorney responded to the NOID with only one page. No legal citation of any form or shape. When I saw it, I told her I am disappointed because I would have done a better job responding myself. I was shocked to see her on a Local Magazine front page as the best Immigration Attorney in Dallas. Fast forward to early 2016, I heard about Mike and reached out to him. He trusted me, asked me for evidence, gave me my options, best and worst, and above all gave me hope. The applications and responses he prepared were carefully written, contained lots of supporting laws, and well organized. However, despite our thorough response, USCIS still denied my application. I felt very disappointed, until Mike advised me to appeal the denial by suing USCIS in federal court. I took his advice because otherwise I will forever lose the chance to obtain green card if I did not appeal. I know for Mike treated my lawsuit against USCIS with utmost care,. He made me feel hopeful about my case again when I read the federal lawsuit petition that he drafted. He attacked USCIS s denial of my case from every angle and supported by airtight arguments. I heard from my family and friends and other lawyers that federal lawsuits against USCIS may take years to resolve. But with the help of Mike and another attorney in the case, I successfully received my green card after only three months after lawsuit was filed!! Throughout the 4 years that I worked with Mike, he fought tirelessly on my behalf against USCIS, especially after I had been told by numerous other attorneys that I had almost no hope of winning. Mike Zhang and his office understand asylum laws and procedures.Him and his team directed us for the Judge .He included my tax accountant,title office and many others. When we went to court the prosecutor started naming law numbers with section included.The Judge stopped the prosecuter and asked Mike a couple questions.Then the Judge looked at us and said to my wife welcome to The United States we are happy to have you here.Then he had small talk with me,and we left.This was after sitting waiting to be called and watching 3 out 3 ahead of us being given final orders to deport.The best part it took that cloud over me away .I have my wife forever. We needed help for a car accident, but we didn t see the court letter until two days before the hearing. That didn t give us much time to search for a lawyer. My insurance company was supposed give me a lawyer, but they didn t reply to our phone calls or email. I called Mike s office, because he helped with my mom s green card application a couple years ago. After talking with Mike, I decide to hire him to represent us. He is professional and very responsive. At one point, I called him maybe two or three times in about 10 minutes, because I was nervous and had so many questions running through my mind. He answered all my questions patiently, which was really great. He prepared all the paper work very quickly, I can tell he worked before and after his office hours. Long story short, two days later, we won in court. I have worked with his office twice, and I have to say everyone at his office was very helpful. Because of the Covid-19, I didn t go to his office this time, but I spoke with Ms. Victoria and Ms. Yang over the phone. They were all very nice and extremely helpful.

Mike and his office helped us through the entire process when my father passed away. Mike took care of everything for us. He helped us fill out a will for transition of home/property - including a small piece held overseas in China, which was extremely complex. He reminded us to get our paperwork, death/marriage certificates, tax returns, bank statements, and other various statements in order. He even went ahead and completed things we hadnt originally thought about - for example, getting a judge to sign off on a court order when we were unable to access my late fathers safety deposit box. After my marriage to my wife, we hired the Law Office of Mike Zhang to assist with her green card/work permit application. Soon after, my wife landed her dream job at a great company.
