Brian Andrade is the attorney you want on your side! Our case is not fully over but, he has been a God send to me in dealing with a very complex situation involving grandparents in a custody case. People often say attorneys are money focused not Brian. His focus is on the person and helping them to navigate the legal system in a way that focuses on compassion and understanding. He also wont run you around with filing papers just to rack up charges, everything he has done for us has been honest, fair, and top notch. I hired Brian originally because after talking to a few lawyers his fees were very reasonable compared to some of the other lawyers. The case was going to be a simple uncontested change of custodial parent from the childs mother to my custody. Everything went smoothly and the court order was obtained. This is where I was very impressed by Brians firm. The Texas AG office started reporting me as late in my payments to credit agencies, kept charging me child support payments, threatened to take away my professional license to work and would not return the overpayments I had made for child support even though I had a court order stating I was the custodial parent. I made multiple calls to the AG office and sat on hold for hours trying to get this issue straightened out, with no luck. I called Jonathan at Brians office and they got all the issues with the Texas AG offices resolved. They did this at no charge to me, even though I know they spent a significant amount of time dealing with the AG office. I highly recommend Brian and his associates.

Brian was recommended to me when I needed an attorney to file an emergency motion with the court to stop my husband from moving assets into an undisclosed account, and file for divorce. He agreed, accepted a retainer within my budget, filed the motion, had the order served to my now ex-spouse in another state within a matter of days and just in time to stop further nefarious activity. This was an extremely contentious divorce that caused a lot of pain, panic and heartache for me over a long period of time. I was a difficult client, needing lots of attention, which I know was very frustrating and time consuming. But he worked hard to fight for me in an almost impossible situation against someone who had no problem breaking the law for financial gain. And he did so while also working with my budget as best he could. In the end, I couldn t have walked out in a better situation than I did. Everything I had worked my entire life to acquire was on the line, and it was the scariest, most hurtful thing I have ever been through, losing 30lbs in three months. Brian was able to negotiate a settlement against a con man where I walked away virtually unscathed. I have no idea how he was able to do it. I suspect it was a combination of skill, talent, tenacity, aggression (when necessary), wit, ethics and maybe a little divine intervention. Whatever it was, he had what it took to obtain a final settlement in my favor, and he made sure I could afford it. I couldn t be happier with the outcome and Brian. The first time I met Brian was back in 2017 for my divorce case. I had a free consultation which was supposed to last for 30 minutes but lasted for about one hour. Brain handled my moms divorce a few years before mine. I knew I did not want anyone else to handle it. Even tho mine was 5 hours from DFW, and it would be best to have someone local, I did not trust anyone else. He makes you feel very at ease at a time when it is really hard to be. Failed to represent my family zealously at final trial. Then, he failed to expose the discriminatory words the judge said to me and my parent when asked. He stated that our case was the most severe in terms of sanctions that he had seen throughout his career; yet, he failed two times to stand up and right what was wrong, both times. Only he had the power to change the outcome. He stated that his career would be in jeopardy if he did. This attorney is not a fighter. Unfortunately, these attorneys only have their wallets best interest at heart. You stand a better chance of getting time with your kids by saving your money and representing yourself. I dont get to see my sibling at all as a result and even that is not enough to bring out honesty and compassion. I hope his life is great and that the money was worth it. Brian has been instrumental in helping my family through a very convoluted and drawn-out CPS case. I initially hired him to represent my interests. He excels at working other lawyers to see the rational and logic of his motions that support his client.
