My E-2 visa got approved today, thanks to the J Salazar law firm (Mr. Joe Salazar) and its team. The process was very swiftly carried out and the status change was approved without any complications and no RFE (Request for evidence) was called for. The team was very cooperative and professional and very responsive. Mr. Jose Salazar is always a wonderful attorney and helpful! I knew him well. His paralegal is helpful also! We worked harder to do this. Almost 2 years later, we succeeded on a k1 visa! Im so happy that I had him! If you really need help with your US visa, dont hesitate. Please call them. Thank you very much in a million times. I am adding this new post in January 2024. He is always wonderful to help me a lot. He is the best attorney. We had patience in these years. My wife has successfully received a green card for almost 2 years after her case is approved. I applied for my Citizenship and after initial consultation with Joe Salazar. I must say, this guy is very helpful and knowledgeable in the subject. I had multiple consultations with him and every time, he surpassed my expectations by proving correct guidance on my case. His legal assistant, Shagufta Faheem was very kind with filing all the paperwork on time and answering any questions along the way. It took only 3 weeks and I got an interview scheduled with the embassy. I highly recommend this place!

The law firm team was so helpful with me and my family, and everyone was very attentive. They speak Urdu throughout the office and this was very easy for my husband and I. We were very blessed to get the green card and we felt very special when the law firm reached out to us with a phone call just to let us know our case was approved! - [ ] As an immigrant, the zeal of getting a residence-ship in the State is highly Tense, with an unsettled mind set. However, it is expected from any competent and diligent Attorney to always put his clients plight into consideration . The J Salazar Law Firm PC lack the pedigree of administrative clientele services. He s strategic with getting his clients attention by not collecting initial consultant fee, act nicely strategically until you enter a contract with them. And then after, He and his incompetent Staffs sees you as a pest when you begin to ask for updates on your case . SMH Mr JOE even threatened to fire me as a client, But I ve to apply wisdom dealing with Him. Subsequently, I have to followed up on my own with uscis in-regards to my petition, and also soliciting the service of my congressman representative, which was very helpful and productive. I strongly advise anyone who is interested in getting a competent law firm to handle their immigration process not to make a pain mistake of considering or contacting The J Salazar Law Firm for legal assistance. Look elsewhere to avoid being frustrated and disappointed by their poor and incompetent service. As for other services they offer, I can t tell how proficient they re. But for my experience with them in regards to immigration services, it s a No No and not recommendable.
