Ms. Pace was exactly what I was looking for while shopping around for a probate attorney. My aunt needed to probate my grandmother s will in Dallas County. Ana and other attorneys had told me that it could take 3-4 months. Ms. Pace was diligent and kept me up to speed on the entire processes. I don t know how she did it but we were able to probate the Will in a month and a half. The price was on her website and lower then other attorneys. I appreciate how she explained everything in Spanish and English and made us feel confident when we went to court. Unlike other attorneys who got turned away by Judge Warren our attorney made the whole process smooth in court. She also helped us with affidavits of heirship for my grandfather and I would recommend her to my friends and family. She also helped us with a trust after the probate which was reasonably priced. My experience with the Law Office of Ana M. Pace was phenomenal. The death of a loved one is not only an emotional experience but it also entails a legal process where a will is verified, estate representation/administration is established, assets are distributed, and disputes are resolved. It can be a costly and time-consuming process. Ana M. Pace made the probate process as effortless as possible. We established a flat fee for services, all legal paperwork was organized and arranged in two sittings and the estates legal process was completed in what I would consider a record time. Ana Pace helped me after my aunt died. She helped me navigate probate in Collin County Court. She was available to answer questions while probating my aunts will. Outstanding Experience! I met with Ana for some advice on my mother s estate planning. I scheduled an appointment online, very easily I might add, to meet with Ana in person at her office. I was anticipating it to be a struggle to explain the complicated situation I was dealing with concerning my mom s property. We found Ana Pace on an advertisement at our local grocery store, and we made arrangements to meet with her to discuss our situations. We had wanted to do a pre nuptial agreement before the wedding, but ran out of time due to our travel schedule. Based on our conversation with her, we were advised that we needed a post nuptial agreement. She made a complicated process as easy and simple as it could be done. We wanted to prepare all estate planning documents and we had recommendations from friends and relatives about attorneys in DFW area who specialize in Estate Planning and also read several reviews. We chanced to see a YouTube video produced by the YouTube channel of Empower Series about estate planning - wherein an articulate Attorney Ana Pace was eloquently explaining the importance and necessity of Estate Planning in a simple and easy to understand manner. This was about two years back. I have had a wonderful experience with Ana Pace. She was a great help and without charge help us navigate to a decision about whether to pursue possible guardianship over a close relative. After her input and a review of Texas law we determined that it would not accomplish anything when the potential ward has mental health issues. If I need any future estate planning, or possible guardianship tenders I will definitely solicit Ana Price as our lawyer.

Ana was referred to me by a coworker who spoke highly of her. My experience matched my coworkerss praise. Ana did a fantastic job of getting my estate planning in order. The process seems intimidating, but Ana made it easy and painless while also educating me how everything works. I had a few questions I forgot to ask between the initial consultation and the actual will signing. I was shocked at how responsive she is. Im a night owl and was getting responses from her to my questions late into the night. Also, I couldnt schedule an appointment during her business hours due to work. Fortunately, she was able to accommodate and even had 2 witnesses present during the will signing ceremony despite being after hours. So thankful Ana was able to work with my schedule. Highly recommend Ana for anyone who needs their estate planning done!

Ana Pace is an awesome lawyer, she helped us with a guardianship of the person for my mother and with a will and testament and powers of attorney for my dad. Ana Pace was fabulous to work with for my husbands and my Estate Planning. She was knowledgeable and made the process as simple as possible. She made sure to ask all the important questions and easing our minds that updates can be made easily as things change in our lives. She even gave us advice about how to set up our bank accounts to not get locked out in the event of one of our deaths. And we were provided with helpful worksheets to fill out for our executors so they know where, and how to notify different parties of our passing. Facing ones mortality is never an easy thing, but it is a lot easier to set things up when you are younger than waiting until it is too late, and Ana is great at making you think about who you trust to handle things when you are gone.
