This company has a ridiculous sales tactic. A sales associate of Tucker Albin called the company I work for in the HR department and harassed our receptionist to pull one of our senior VPs out of their meeting. The sales rep was posing as an upset customer and would not share what company they worked for. Upon googling the phone number given and using our caller ID, we traced back to this company. This was a highly inappropriate sales tactic to get our business with Tucker Albin and quite frankly very rude.

Jamie Peil was terrible to work with. He did nothing and got nowhere with the debt he was supposed to collect for us. I ended up settling the matter myself with the owner of the project. I was still going to honor the agreement made between us until he called my wife and threatened her. And this after I gave him a 5 star review because he begged me saying he wanted to win some competition at work. Jamie said we would need to take him to court to get our money. He was wrong. I dont deal with people who threaten my family. And now he lists a review for my company under a fake name. Nice try Bob Slater aka Jamie Peil.

Please be warned of this company. This company is a scam company. They are not honest!! They claim to help you collect a debt and they actually get your information from the internet and or find out names of employees to claim that they were hired to collect on the company behalf. This guy Taylor said an old worker of ours hired them to collect on a painting company. There out to hurt small business to get you to settle a supposed collected debt or they will file suit in Texas and since they know you won t go to Texas, unless you hire an attorney you might loose and they get a judgment and affect your business. If you ever get a call from any collection agency hang up and don t give them any information including your name because they will use that information to scam you.!!!!! Unless you can walk into a collection agency locally don t trust these scammers . They tried to scam us.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Got a call from them (we have no business dealings with then nor have we ever) telling me to LET him speak to owner (did not even have his right name). I told him no - he does not take calls from people he does not know. Response: EXCUSE ME - he knows me. Well - no he does not. All of our telemarketer calls come in on a phone line that we have not utilized as our main number for years. So I know when that line rings - it is a bogus telemarketer. He was RUDE and demanding. If you do business with this company, I wish you the best of luck. 1/20/20 Again - called in on a phone line that all telemarketers call in on. Demanded to speak to the owner for which he asked for him by his first and middle name only - not last name. I told him that the owner has no intentions of speaking with a sales person and he told me the owner was expecting his call. Nice try dude....not my first rodeo with dealing with jerk sales people! 06/27/24 - Still calling. Every single time I tell them I am not interested and to remove me from their lists. Apparently they dont care about my requests and still call back over and over again.

This company employs a gentleman by the name of Mark Stevens that harasses you non stop and when asked to not communicate a certain way, they spoof their numbers and text, email and conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. I have had to work with agencies before and have NEVER been treated the way I have been with this associate. I have never had agencies text me for one and then threaten me. He has texted my employees and called us at 6am on the weekends. Very very unprofessional. NO STARS

Ken Sawyer with Tucker, Albin and Associates has worked with me and our company for the past few years. In the beginning I had little faith in him but didnt take long to find out he is fantastic. Stays on top of the accounts given to him and goes after them. He has great communication with me keeping me informed on the status of all accounts turned over to him. He also keeps on me with accounts I have said are coming his way but have not had time to get them to him yet. Might be annoying to some but he keeps on top of it for me and keeps reminding me. Tucker, Albin and Associates has contacted us in order to request a sizable payment for their services. They are referring to these costs as legal fees yet every time we ask them to actually send us an itemized invoice listing the job they supposedly did they ignore the request. Weve made numerous attempts at reaching out to their HQ so that they can connect us with a supervisor that can hopefully explain these costs to us, but their front desk keeps hanging up the phone, and any supposed supervisor we were transferred to did not pick up and let the call go straight to VM.

This company has been notified that they are reaching out the wrong person multiple times for months and they go after the person through presumed family members. A simple LinkedIn search would have guided them in the right direction, since I found the person they are looking for at the job they keep mentioning. Christina Moore is extremely rude, condescending and gas lighted me during a recorded conversation (I notified her that it was being recorded) when I TRIED to explain to her several times and kept hanging up on me. She taunted me because I blocked my number, which I did because they were reaching the wrong person. She claimed she could not help me, when the previous person I spoke to and directed me to her was able to identify her as the person in charge of this through my family members number. Very Rude. Rude. Rude... unprofessional, especially when YOU are reaching and investigating the wrong people. I notified her that i was recording the call and said she did not care and continued to be rude.

This is a debt collection firm that is indiscriminate in their broadcast of threatening collection efforts. Someone with my same first & last name apparently owes money, so they send a threatening email to a variety of email addresses combinations and one comes to me. My business has a client going through bankruptcy. Even after telling him we had legal and accounting representation he continued to talk over me (even when I told him not to). Abel Solis, from Tucker, Albin and Associates, contacted me out of the blue. At first, I thought it was a scam but after speaking with him and not having been pressed for personal information, such as a Social Security number, I decided to put him to the challenge. I gave him information on three clients who have owed me money for years. It hasnt even been two weeks and two of three have paid their outstanding balances, in full! One of them even had over $800.00 in late fees which had been added to their account which they also paid, which will help defray the cost for Abels services! The third client said that they will get a check out soon. I dont know what they say to my delinquent clients to get them to pay so quickly but, whatever they say, it works!

Of course when you read this dont rush to judge me cause I was the one that owed a debt there is always two sides to a story and Im a GC in jersey and a job was done by a sub and inferior work was done and the owner was not happy so I have to correct the job and then sub would have got paid. But the sub hired this company and MITCHEL WHITE was the agent. Well !!! He was harassing my clients and was very nasty to my company and me as well and gave us a timeline to pay a overinflated invoice within basically no time or they will seek legal action. So I obtained council as well and counter suing them and the client for wrongful suit and attacking my client that is innocent. I am sure it is odd to rate 5 Stars when commenting on a Debt Collection Group, but in this case, I want to say that for all of that, I worked with Tucker, Albin and Associates on a collection matter which was handled extraordinarily well by Mr. Zakory Hill. Mr Hill was an absolutely pleasant and professional agent. He was personable, prompt and worked diligently to resolve the collection matter. I would recommend their firm and his services if you are in need of a collections company whose people are respectful of their collection targets time and effort. Mr. Hill was attentive, direct, understood the collection work he was doing, understood the specifics of my situation and was exceedingly helpful in the resolution. 01/25/2024 unfortunately their methods of trying to get a companys business feels like a collection itself. I work in AR and happen to answer the phone. When their rep cold called our office, he attempted to strong arm me to speak with the president. He never considered he already had the correct party on the phone. I guess he just made the assumption that I was the secretary. When I attempted to find out what his firm was about, he hung up on me. I will never entertain this firm for my collection needs. The guy who phoned, called himself Ron. He lied and said he had an appointment to call the boss. Disgusting false pretense and treatment of a potential client. We we re solicited by this company to hire them to collect our bad debt. They took our case, as we were in the process of getting our information together they started contacting the debtor without the invoice or paperwork, with no knowledge of an amount. Nothing. The debtor called our office for an updated invoice, which we sent and we refereed them back to Tim Neal at Tucker Albin. We had almost all the stuff together, invoices, txts, pictures, material receipts bill of ladings etc, to send out to them when we got an email saying we were in violation and terminated, and had to pay them a crazy amount of money. The agreement had no amount in it and was moot. Our counsel looked it over and told me to stay away and have no contact. After letting them know what our counsel said they wanted us to sign paper work, which after looking into there BBB complaints, Bad google reviews, and seeing they are listed as a scam, we decided to have no further contact. It s all online for anyone to see. They harassed our personal cell, 30/50 calls daily and sent threatening messages. We had reported them for the CFPB and was given a contact to deal with for the complaints. They were also reported to the CT state attorney Generals office, and the BBB which they are accredited.we have used collections agency s in the past, and never had this experience. Make sure you look at there other reviews the ones on google are bought.

NEGATIVE STARS I tried to set up a payment plan, however, Russell Baker would prefer to sue, very rude and condescending as well. Russell Baker is incredibly unprofessional & childish. Scam call center. Christina Moore called to my personal cell phone try to reach the company I used to work in and start yelling and speaking on top of me right away about some few dollars debt. It took me a minute to shut her and explain that this is personal cell phone. Very unprofessional collector, I guess she is new, still long way to learn how to persue over the phone on professional manner. Anyways, this strange lady then send me email then referring FDCPA. I know there is a lack of education in America, but youre calling to Canada! FDCPA is th U.S. Law. Learn the collection law of Canada before start calling to foreign states.

This is the rudest most unprofessional company I ve ever dealt with. Christina Moore called me about an account they have in collections. A prepaid account might I mention. She was yelling screaming and beyond rude speaking over me. I ve never experienced such horrible customer service before. When I told her that she would not speak to me that way, she tells me she s going through something as if that would justify her tone. Ma am I just lost my grandmother and still manage to be respectful and polite. She told me she d mark my account as refusal to pay hung up the phone on me. Then had the nerve to send an email NOTICE This office has attempted on numerous occasions to amicably resolve with you the claim by the above referenced creditor, but to no avail. I assure you that if you have not liquidated the balance owed, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of this email; I will recommend that our client immediately file suit for the full principle amount, as well as all appropriate compensatory damages. While this seems like the unfavorable option, these actions must be taken to protect my client s interest I called for several days left several voice messages for her manager Bryan Borders who never returned my call. There s no accountability. How can you not respond to someone who s called at least a dozen times and left a half dozen voice mails! Someone who your employer lied on and threatened to intentionally ruin there credit because I called her on her unprofessionalism. If her day was that bad she should ve took a sick day! If you know you can get away with that type of behavior I guess there is no need to call in sick! Just horrible if I spoke to a customer like that I wouldn t have a job the following day.

Attorney Mark Stevens of Tucker, Albin and Associates has inaccurate information on a file. Although I tried to resolve the issue with him, he has been one of the most unprofessional attorneys I have worked with. I am also an Attorney and I will be filing a complaint against his license with the Texas Attorney Disciplinary Committee, The Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Committee, and the Ohio Grievance Commission. I highly suggest that you are being harassed by any of the attorneys due to inaccurate statements, and they continue to act outrageously, like contacting my employees about the inaccurate debt, and sending emails to other people who have nothing to do with our law firm, you contact the appropriate authoritative boards and file complaints against licenses. In addition, I plan on filing suit based upon the Illinois Deceptive Practices Act and including this employee and the officers of this company.

Fortunately we havent had issues with collections, Id say that within 5 years theres one client who decides not to pay. I had received a solicitation from Tucker Albin and Associates about there services and we thought that they may be someone we could retain when needed. This year we had a client who was totally unresponsive on their past due account over a year. My owner of my firm said lets contact Tucker Albin and see if they can try to collect from contractor. If they collect, then they get paid and we get something rather than nothing and write balance off. It will be a Win, Win. Jack Jordan with Tucker, Albin worked professionally with us, he asked questions and we submitted the documents to backup our services provided and agreed amount. Tuker, Albin were able to get a response within a couple of weeks. They negotiated and agreed to an amount on our behalf. Tucker Albin staff did all the work. Were just waiting on the check. We will definitely use them again. I recommend Tuker, Albin and Associates for collections.

Having been in business in the Metroplex for almost fifty years, we have had several occasions to need some help getting paid for our services. Collection agencies are a necessary evil, kind of like Tax Collectors and Speedbumps. No one likes them or ever welcomes an encounter with one. They are frequently called to enter what is already a heated dispute between parties containing two or more sets of facts, and unfortunately, not everyone is honest. The accused party is often evasive and defensive, calling for stern language on the part of the agent, and sometimes resulting in complaints and bad reviews. Two or three years ago I ran across Tucker, Albin & Associates while doing a Google search and reached Chris Falbo. Working with him has been by far the most rewarding experience of its kind. He is very pleasant, well spoken, experienced, and knowledgeable about laws pertaining to collections, even if one of the parties is in another state. If I could give zero stars, I would. We signed an agreement to be represented by TA in the Fall of 2022 to pursue a contractor that did not complete work they were paid for. After several months and no status updates, we started following up with our assigned collector Brian Dixon (extremely unprofessional individual). Our emails, texts and voicemails were ignored. After we escalated the issue due to the lack of response, Brian responded TODAY by letting us know that not only had they NOT been seeking collections on our behalf, (even though they would send ridiculous, unprofessional meme-like emails stating that collection activity was happening), we were now blacklisted from working with Tucker Albin?? Brian then fabricated notes in their system by stating that they had requested information from us that we failed to provide which is the reason they did not pursue collection activity. That is completely false as we provided EVERYTHING that was requested in a timely fashion and have the documentation to prove it. However, the owner Nick clearly seems disinterested because even he did not return our calls once I let it be known that Brian had not provided updates since we placed our account with TA in the Fall of 2022. Beware of what could happen should you place an account with Tucker Albin. You could be blacklisted for simply following up for a status update .

This company is seriously the best! We are a small company that feels uneasy about going after past-due accounts. There comes a time, however, when those accounts could potentially close your business for you if left unpaid. We were fortunate to receive Rae to work on our account. Rae has been a joy; she is fun, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about what she does. Not only were Rae and her team able to get in touch with our past-due clients whom we had considered unreachable, but they were also able to bring the past-due accounts current.
