I was at the store. There were hardly 4 customers inside the store and they were like seven employees and I waited like 10 to 12 minutes to place an order, The barista 2 times showed up on the counter every time she asked me to wait. And it looked like everyone was waiting for each other to go and take the order.

This location has just got worse. Nice people but it just takes forever. Ordered a latte and after 13 mins checked on it and they said ooooh it s gonnnna be a while, we are just slammed app told me 30 mins after ordering and waiting. Not sure how this is possible. There were plenty of employees and it wasn t busier than other Starbucks I have been to. I had stopped comming because of this but hoped it had improved and it had gotten worse.

I have been to this Starbucks many times over the past few years. Their accuracy rate is very good. They are friendly. They are just kind of slow. lol. I think they may have so many people ordering it s hard to keep up. Order in advance in the app if you can. Makes it a breeze.

Update 6/24 This location is one of my favorites with awesome staff. I just saw Brad my last two visits. They know my order and name. Was trying to buy box for our neighbors, all without power. Came in ordered, said wait was 20mins. Perfectly fine. Waited, then went inside only to find out they didn t have any boxes. No one came out or tried to tell us this. Then couldn t figure out how to refund properly. Not a fun trip. Won t be back.

Ive been to this location over 300 times since 2020. In 2023 I earned over 5,200 Starbucks Rewards points, almost all at this store. The baristas usually are the best with accurate, timely order taking and order fulfillment, but not today. Today they took over 20 minutes to prepare my tall blonde coffee and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. By time I received my bagel, it was toasted, but cold. Yes, they said sorry for taking so long. Todays a rainy day with the drive through line wrapped around the building but inside the store had half the tables empty. Its frustrating when you see multiple walk-in customer orders filled after yours. The young man on the oven was slow and seemed overwhelmed on a moderately busy morning. He seemed to be working in batches - doing three to six and letting them sit on the counter until he had a handful ready before moving them to the pickup point. To me, it seemed like he heated the food and let it sit long enough to get cold before serving. Guess he just had a bad day and he left a bad impression. Other coffeeshop options exist and if this continues. The competition will get the thousands of dollars I spend per year at Starbucks. Brand loyalty doesnt have to have world-class service but does need to deliver at least average service with the order served in a timely manner. Sigh.

I really enjoy this Starbucks. I first stumbled upon it when I placed a curbside Starbucks Target order with the item I was picking up, and Target was out of the item so they didn t fulfill it at all I found this one and they took care of me and made sure I was very satisfied. I have some other Starbucks that are a little closer to where I live, but this store really goes above and beyond. Dietary restrictions: Lactose Intolerant- they accommodated me well with it

Amazing store, all great staff. Also writing this review to defend my favorite store. User @BearLookout apparently has had a bad experience yet it is only their perspective. I was there that day sitting down in the lobby and her story is completely not true. The store was busy and of course more people equals longer wait times but apparently that doesnt connect into their small brains. These batistas are amazing people to talk and converse with. Theyre not racist against ANYONE and this rude Bear Lookout is trying to use a victim card of being hispanic against them. She and her mother are the racist ones thinking this location would prioritize white people. I hope the manager and district manager see this and push her review aside. I also hope Bear Lookout sees this too and learn how to be patient when businesses are busy. They also need to be humbled and taught a lesson to not be racist. She was the one yelling at the workers to begin with and escalated the situation. Shame on her and her family for ruining Christmas day all on their own.

The worse experience my mom and i had on Christmas day! First they gave my mom the wrong coffee. She asked for a tall latte and she got regular coffee. She went back to the counter with the same guy who failed to give us a receipt. Mom procedure to go to the other side of the counter and wait extra time for her latte, in the meantime we were waiting for the breakfast sandwiches, and scones. Finally she got her coffee but no sandwiches. More time went by and the guy who ring us up was dispatching other customers that arrived after us. I got up to find out why it was taking so long. As i approached the counter, another guy had arrived to put order on late orders. As i was going to find out what happened, this child of a girl jumped all over my case, defensively, telling me that the guy was doing the best he could! No, he didnt. That she didnt like to be treated that way! What way, she was never invited to the conversation!! Then like a BULLY THE SAME GUY WHO FAILED TO GIVE US THE REST OF OUR ORDER CAME AROUND THE COUNTER, ASKED MY NAME, AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT IF I DONT LIKE IT TO LEAVE!! We were discriminated against for being Hispanic as we were talking Spanish as we chose what to eat, and order...All other Americans there were served first even if they came after Us. We spent around $135.00. We should have gone back to the first Starbucks we stopped. This place was not our place to eat breakfast!! La Madeleine was closed. I dont appreciate being treated like that by a bully! Nor my Mom for waiting more than half hour for our breakfast.Theres no excuse for letting us wait that long without any explanation, and on top for their incompetence. Just because they have a union, and they cant be fired. It doesnt mean they have the right to treat people like this! What kind of training are they receiving from Starbucks?? The cashier over charged us we have got two cold brew coffee under on veteran day which spouse be free and I got 12 hot regular coffee .. so he charged me 5.10 for that and gave me hot coffee 8 oz .. which is the whole thing should cost us only 12 oz hot coffee price which is 2.87$ .. I always get it on that price

Haha I forgot to get a straw for my Frappuccino, but the Target we were heading to had a small Starbucks inside, so I grabbed a straw there. Slurp, slurp! Parking: Out front. This Starbucks HAS a drive-thru.

UPDATE: Management has turned it around and being out of stock doesnt seem to be an issue any more. During school mornings it can still get stupid busy so do the drive thru at your own risk but that is not Starbucks fault. Updated rating. Original review below: People are great but I feel manament should get some blame for this site for two reasons: 1. Items are out of stock OFTEN! One out of three times I go they are out of something. Today it was cold brew. 2. The drive thru is super slow many times. It feels like there may be staffing shortages.

This location has limited indoor space, good size patio. This experience the staff was not proactive and had to wait about 15 mins for a mobile order after it was suppose to be completed. Although they werent too business. They we so worried about coffee not working and drive thru that they fail to service the simple orders. We got all our items but 1 and waiting all that time for a coconut milk based refresher drink. Customer had to ask for it to be made at least 3 times. In addition we got 1 cake pop which was the wrong one and another 1 that was undercooked cake pop and I just said forget it, and throw the cake pop away. Thats about $4 in the trash.

I love this location so much, pretty much every single person that works there has always been very nice, and clean. However just today, 4/8/23 at 9:06pm I stopped by and when I pulled up the drive thru the person over the intercom asked me to wait, I say yes of course. I noticed that there was a Starbucks associate on the back door with the headset on them while they (a male) was picking their nose with their bare hands. He then proceeded to say what he could help me with and I decoded to tell him I no longer wanted anything, thanked him and drove away. I decided to do that instead of placing an order and then cancelling it because more than likely he was going to be the one to have prepared it or at least handed to me. I really do hope he washed his hands right after he walked back to the store. I will more than likely return to the location but will deter from it if I see the associate there.

The reason why I gave 3/5 stars is just because you never know if they are going to be out of certain food or drinks that day or week. This is of course no fault of their own. They are corporate owned and have billions of locations and I understand that inventory is slow to come now a days. But besides not knowing if I will be able to get a breakfast sandwich one day or not, the employees are so so sooo nice. They even remember things that are going on in my life even if its been weeks since the last time I ordered from there. Customer service has always been great at this location. Keep it up!

this starbucks is not what it used to be! save for the friendly barista at handheld and the other at register, my experience was subpar. long wait line and drink wasn t made right - not worth another 15mn wait just to MAYBE get it redone right. EDIT (11/23/2022): waited in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru. well, scratch that. BEEN WAITING in line for 20 minutes. no cars have moved. this is insane. lady at the speaker was nice enough, so i didn t pop a blood vessel waiting for a drink and a cup of water. trash all over drive thru lane.

Just ordered on Uber Eats (10/29/21 8:40pm arrival), the service from the Starbucks staff was the best Ive ever had! I ordered a steamed apple juice with black berries and dragon fruit with chai and they automatically knew I was going through something and threw in a hot chocolate to go with it! Was a nice location, had plenty outdoor tables but was on a small side inside. Still had decent space and a drive through. Great staff, made my drink pretty quickly and provided their personal touch to the order. You know it really doesn t worth to spend $5 for a coffee, so you really go to Starbucks to meet a friend or someone and have a place to hang around and have a chat.

Ordered a hot chocolate here and it was horrible. It tasted like they used water and hot coco powder and really watered it down. Very disappointed. Ive never had such a horrible hot chocolate at Starbucks. Waste of 4 bucks, I threw it out as I left the store before I took a drink.

Stopped in here yesterday on my trip to Dallas and had a good experience. The very friendly staff here gets along and works together to get things done. My drink was perfect and didn t take a crazy amount of time. It s a chill vibe. They have lots of seating and lots of parking (because Texas). Restrooms were clean too. It was a comfortable place to kill an hour before a meeting. I ll probably never be back there because I live in California, but I m sure locals will enjoy it for years to come.

The girl at the store went above and beyond expectations, when I ordered a matcha frappe w/banana through ubereats and she called to let me know they were out of bananas, I just expected to get that bit refunded and was cool with that. Instead, she offered me a food or drink item free as compensation, which was already well more than expected! I went with a cake-pop because it was the first thing that came to mind, and then she surprised me a second time by not sending just one as expected by THREE. Unfortunately didnt get her name to thank her directly, but absolutely standout service from whichever kind worker was there on the night of 6/12/21. Will definitely be ordering from here again off of this incident alone.

The employees are super nice and the drive-thru line moves fast. The drinks are a little inconsistent. I usually order the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Half the time they are perfect, and the other half I think they forget to add the vanilla maybe, because there is no sweetness at all, and I have to sweeten it myself at home.

Coffe is usually good but not today, especially when there s a line wrapped around the building. Tasted like a pour over, which is not a blonde vanilla latte. A waste of $5.

Inside: Mobile Pick-Up is terrible. Staff is rude, Ignoring everyone at Mobile Order Pick-Up, making us wait on drinks that has been sitting there. I go in at least 3 times a week. Theyll eventually attend to us when theres about 5 of us standing there staring at them. They ignore us till then... I use to always leave good tips but now they get the minimum with how they ignore everyone waiting on their already made order. Just hand out the drinks. Get organized. Drive Thru is ok - usually a long line and wait though.

Best location!! I usually go at night, around closing. The crew always greats me by my name and will have my coffee ready if I use the restroom first!! It occurred to me that I need to start leaving a tip more often!! You guys are awesome!!

I order from this store regularly and usually dont have a problem, but its clear the staff doesnt listen. The store did not give my entire order to my delivery driver. They are not allowed to look inside to check the order. When I called the store they admitted to it but immediately went on the defensive about not being able to refund over the phone. It would have been an ok solution but I never asked nor argued about it yet she kept repeating it. Instead she kept insisting I come in the store even after I told her Id had a cold. Which is why I ordered delivery. Too close minded to think of a different solution and never even apologized for their mistake. I dont like leaving these kind of reviews but since there was no solution this is the only consequence I can think of. I wasnt angry before. Ive worked in fast food and I know sometimes its too fast and you forget things. But you apologize and figure something out for them. You dont approach the situation assuming they just want a refund or to yell at you.
