We hosted my daughters Quinceanera on September 21st, and it was the best experience ever! The venue and lodge were beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Shawn and Trampas provided excellent customer service Id give them a perfect 10 out of 10!

Excellent experience! Beautiful, peaceful, clean & helpful ppl. Would definitely recommend for any occasion! Rooms: Spacious clean comfortably styled rooms. Safety: Sidewalks between lodges provides safe walking abilities. Water is in perfect distance to sit & watch the Littles play workout being on the edge of your seat. Walkability: Sidewalks, concrete patios, parking right by all lodges & venues.

We were there with friends of owner. We love the ranch but the family we were with bought dogs that had fleas so now the lodge is infected and has to be treated before others get this problem!! Thank you so much Mr. Stacy.

It was ok.. The house has plenty of space and the property is nice, but probably could be a little cleaner. The water cooler was disgusting, dont drink from it! The kitchen is pretty awful for a house this size. Theres plenty of room outside as long as you dont mind a random person wandering around here and there. For what it cost we really expected it to be more private and for it to be more kid friendly.

Beautiful place but nothing to do but walk around all day and no tvs in the the bedrooms. Beds are pretty decent if you dont mind bunk beds. No hot water!!! Im glad I had the experience but I wouldnt go back

We held my daughters wedding here last month. It was beautiful! We also rented the Lodge with the Venue. It was the BEST idea. We did not have to travel and go back and forth for set up, wedding and take down. Both the Venue & Lodge are beautiful. Any questions or issues we had were taken care of. We looked at several venues before choosing this one , & my daughter fell in love. Thank you to Angie and the crew out there (including cleaning crew) for making the Wedding and weekend so special!

1) Tried changing the contract after it was signed.Staff wanted us to pay nearly double for the bartender when the price was already agreed upon. $750 is not worth the 4 hours of service 2) Lodge things such as Tv s unusable. 3) Tons of bugs in and around the wedding venue that ruined pictures. 4) Refuse to return deposit. for tables not be folded and put away (paid 800$ to have it cleaned already). 5) Bartender they required tried to breach the contract and remove people from the event at 10 instead of 11. 6) Event center was disgusting and dirty. Greedy would be the word to describe the management.

This venue an absolute dream! The lodges are exquisitely decorated, the grounds are beautifully kept, gorgeous lake as your backdrop with a warm Texas breeze that makes you feel right at home! What makes this venue truly amazing are the event coordinators. They are so communicative, helpful, handle every little detail and will bend over backwards to make your event everything you have dreamed of and more!

The handicapped room we used needs the bathroom updated, the shower stall seat was torn and the sink to high and small. A small dresser or stand for suitcase and place to hang clothes would also help in the bed room. But the rest of the place was Awesome! We had a great time with Family at Our Sons wedding.

If you want a unique venue that offers county vibes, this is a beautiful spot. It is on a ranch and you have to drive about a mile into the property, just to get to the venue. Outdoor ceremony site was beautiful with a view of the lake.

Recently had my wedding at the Meadows at Peninsula Ranch. The venue itself is gorgeous and it was recently upgraded. The lake view is so beautiful and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for the perfect wedding. The lodge has multiple rooms to accommodate 25 people or so. We had our family and wedding party to stay over night. Angie/Trampas/Stacy cant thank you enough for all of your help and support. During covid-19 difficult time, we had to reschedule our wedding to a later date and Angie was so understanding and was willing to accommodate our requests. She went above and beyond to help us and answer any questions/concerns we had. Peninusula Ranch is not just a venue, they treat you like a FAMILY!

This is a wonderful place Perfect for weddings, birthday parties, and large family reunions. With over 500 acres inhabited by cattle, horses, exotics, and many species of wildlife like bobcat, coyote, and Bald Eagles. You can enjoy bank fishing or fish from the pier. What a lovely venue for a beautiful lakeside wedding. The event building is very nice with chandeliers and tongue-in-groove pine on the ceilings. The brides room is so adorably decorated! There is a long counter with six mirrors, a sofa, various chairs, and a few hooks to hang dresses. The area for groomsmen is decorated in masculine colors with dark wood and an antique barber chair. There are enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is small but serviceable. The owner checked on us several times, making sure we had everything we needed. The actual lakeside wedding area has a wooden pathway all the way from the event building, so ladies wearing heels wont sink into the grass and any long dresses or wedding gowns wont pick up any grass. We were so happy overall! Great experience.

This is exactly what the name says, a ranch, and there are the requisite buildings to prove it. Some loose animals too: donkey, zebra, and 4 very friendly dogs. Couple of caged Bobcats too. All buildings have cement floors: sleeping lodge, eating & reception pavillion, and a chapel. There are 500 acres of property, with a lot of beachfront, and much of it is available via walking or ATV. We had an office Christmas party here for the 2nd time in 2 years so we obviously like the place. Need anything, just ask as they aim to please.

Absolutely beautiful property. As you pull through the mile+ drive, you see deer, zebras, & donkeys. The staff were extremely kind, warm, & welcoming. Trampas, the manager, took time to walk us around and answer all of our many, many questions. We toured the property looking for a wedding venue & immediately knew this was our place! The event hall is spacious with a dance floor, kitchen, & fireplace. Outside there is a path to the lake and places for fire pits, and plants of space for lawn games & tables. The rates are the best we have seen yet, AND include lodging. I could write an entire chapter about how fantasic the 3-story lodge is but I will summarize it at this: Make time in your life to stay here at some point, its so worth it.

This was my first experience in Texas and it couldnt have been a better one. There are some cool unique animals on the property, an area to shoot skeet, and a launch to go out on the lake. Not too far from town too. Stacy is a straight up Texan and hes the man. *Be careful on the lake, there are lots of stumps in the water and some hiding right under the surface. Thank God we didnt hit anything while wakeboarding but I was real worried

The place is beautiful for anything but hunting paid for a duck hunt and hog hunt for a Christmas gift for the husband son and grandson it was a total bust saw no birds at all and no hogs saw a nice buck but couldnt shoot it wouldnt recommend it for hunting they got alot to improve for hunts

What a beautiful place, and the Lodge is Huge and GORGEOUS! The Greenville Chamber has held several events so it does accommadate a nice group. The view of Lake Tawakoni from anywhere on the Ranch is fantastic, but the Lodge has a view that is more than memorable. What a great place to catch your breath out of the city! I will certainly go again and tell my friends. I did not grab enough brochures, but I will be emailing the website info. Thanks you Peninsula Ranch! I also made a correction on the directions, CORRECT ADDRESS 7873 FM 2101, keep going down FM 2101 to TWIN OAKS - 4 miles, Left at TWIN OAKS to the gate. You WILL Enjoy!
