I made my order very clear I thought to the person taking my order. However, when I got to the car and looked at my order theyd not held the lettuce or tomato both of which I had told them to hold. They even put mustard in one side even after I told them I wanted Mayo. Then I got charged for packets of Mayo for my French fries because I use Mayo instead of Ketchup.

When we walk in quick service but not very welcoming - also sort of hot- tried 6 wings mango habanero 9.60$ (something like that) decided to get fries and a drink (combo adds 3.99) payed about 15$ for this plate with a drink (regular sized) before this picture we did try one fry. But the amount of fries was very little not worth the extra 4$ Wing Flavor is good not spicy more sweet. fries were very good. Will be back to try the burgers.

My daughter ordered the Moms burger. It was huge! It was really good she said. I had the onion rings small! Large amount! They were cooked well and crispy. The taste was good. The oil was light and the onion came apart when broken down. Nice place. No fish here, however.

I got the #10 combo, bacon cheeseburger. Good quality bacon and they use real beef, however the beef needs to be seasoned. It was lacking flavor. Was really really greasy too. There was such a small amount of wedge fries with it too. Wouldnt be so bad except its kind of pricey for what youre getting. Service wasnt engaging at all. This was my 2nd time trying this place, think thatll be it. Also, they ask for a tip even though its self service, but I guess everywhere is doing that now.

What did I just eat tonight? Ordered a Sante Fe burger thinking Im getting a grilled chicken sandwich. Ended up with some weird shaved meat.. best bet was grilled Iguana based on flavor and texture.. but the bread taking up 80% of the meal with a small portioning of Iguana was the bread winner of the night. If only I had not just gotten off a 13-hour shift, I wouldve contested to eatting my exotic artesian meal. But, yay, I succumbed to weakness.

BEST BURGER EVER!!!!! (I cut the burgers down the middle myself for photo purposes so that the middle is visible) Fries are amazing too. Waffle Fries taste like you re eating a potato version of a funnel cake, in a good way. Onion Rings, best I ve ever had! hands down. Service was wonderful. I overheard the staff encouraging each other and saying things like Good job Team! Which thought was great! Awesome staff, very welcoming and friendly! oms Burgers and Wings Review I recently had the opportunity to try Moms Burgers and Wings, a small restaurant located in Aubrey, Texas. I had heard good things about the burgers, so I was excited to give them a try. I ordered the jalapeño burger combo, which came with a large burger, potato wedges, and a drink. The burger was cooked to perfection and the jalapeños added a nice kick of heat. The potato wedges were also very good, they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, but it was empty when I arrived. Im not sure why, because the food was so good. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. One thing that I would like to see improved is the ability to build my own burger. Moms has a wide variety of toppings to choose from, but they dont allow you to customize your burger. I would have liked to be able to choose my own bun, cheese, and toppings. The price for the burger combo was a bit high, but it was worth it for the quality of the food. I would definitely go back to Moms Burgers and Wings again. Here is a more detailed review of the food and my overall experience: Food: The jalapeño burger was delicious. It is a hole in the wall restaurant and the saying of the best places for food are hole in the wall places, well this holds true for Moms burgers, I have to say first off, no photos do any justice to how big these burgers really are, the flavors that are packed in these things are just pure greatness and they have some unique flavor pairings that look like they are strange but great. I love the wedge fries they serve and they wings arent that bad either but those burgers alone its definitely worth every penny and everyone should definitely try it at least once its just too good dont pass up on this gem its really good to get away from the fast food stuff.

Overly priced. Not impressed. Salty fresh curly fries. Good sized bun but very greasy. Meat tasted unseasoned and just like any small restaurant frozen patty. Fresh food but I was not impressed very salty curly fries. Food was fresh. I paid $19.50 about for a hamburger no cheese curly fries and a 20 oz drink. Whataburger or McDonald s would ve been better. Staff did not offer any condiments in my bag no silverware or napkins. The salty fries made my head hurt. Went there in a Wednesday evening. We were the only ones there. Ordered Fried Mushrooms for starters. My mom had the pineapple burger no BBQ sauce and I had the 8pc wings in Korean BBQ. Burger was huge but my mom said mushrooms came from a box and ranch is Kraft(iykyk). Wings were nicely fried and sauced and definitely had the meat BUT the Korean BBQ is 3rd hottest and it was honestly just like teriyaki flavor to me. Would come back again for sure to try other flavors and more burgers.

Only one family dining and other customers were waiting for to-go orders. Food: We ordered Combo #1 Mom s burger and combo Bulgogi Burger. For both burgers, the bread didn t go with the burger. At certain prices, even small details like blue cheese can upcharge a meal and make all the difference - if youre going to offer something special for an extra buck then make sure that its actually unique! Customers shouldnt be forced to pay top dollar for bottom quality condiments: take some time to find fresh ingredients or higher-grade dressings instead of using generic store brands. One of the best burgers I have ever had. I got a double burger. I should have gotten a single. Each patty is 1/2 pound. That made it a 1lb burger. It took a while for me to recover. Most big burgers are dry. This was very juicy and good tasting. 2 things this needs to be a 5 star: 1.) Swiss cheese. 2.) add more black pepper to the beef. That would make it perfect. Solid neighborhood burger joint. There s definitely better spots for burgers elsewhere in the DFW area, but if you live in Providence Village, this one is 2 minutes away not too shabby considering 380 these days. They do have a good variety of burger options (I ve gotten and enjoyed the 2am and the Kalbi so far), and I really like the wedge fries and fried mushrooms. I have not yet tried the wings. The only other thing I must note is that the interior has zero atmosphere, and not just due to the lack of customers it s due to the fact that ownership has clearly made no effort to create any atmosphere. It is a drab, boilerplate, lifeless interior. I have only ever gotten takeout, and I don t see that ever changing would only eat inside if forced to. That being said, I usually prefer takeout anyways so it doesn t really bother me. Just making the observation for the benefit of others. All things considered, still a good spot get your takeout here instead of Wendy s or Whataburger and support your local burger joint!

This was the best burger I ve had in a long time. I ve been meaning to try it, living so close, and I m SO glad me and my mom chose it as a lunch spot. I have never been to this before until a few days ago. Oh my gosh the food was amazing, love their barbecue burger and their wings. Although I do wish they could serve a little more fries with their combo. Especially because it is kinda pricey but it s well worth it. For those who have never been here, come and enjoy a fantastic meal with your loved ones. Recommending it to everyone this place is a family oriented place.

I love supporting local businesses, however this place is extremely overrated and overpriced. This was a one and done for me. Even the sweet potato fries were limp and tasteless. How in the heck do you mess up sweet potato fries? The did get my order right, hence the two stars. Ive come to the conclusion that all of these restaurants that are close to Providence Village are highly rated because they are close to Providence Village. Either that, or the people leaving the high ratings dont know good food. if these burgers are the best burgers youve ever had, then you need to get out more.

I was hoping to be wow d but the Philly was utterly offensive. The 380 area lacks really great restaurants that know AUTHENTIC American flavor for our dishes. They botched the Philly .wrong cheese on it, meet seasoned just with salt and the wedge fries were not breaded. Completely different from pictures. I won t be returning.

I went in to order the BBQ beef n bacon hamburger. Left without anything because there was a stack of bacon 2 feet by 7 inches roughly not under a lamp or chilled in the slightest. Not going to get sick over a meal. I know that s against Food regulations. Too bad I was looking forward to eating here after my roommate bragged upon the place.

Was shocked when the register girl told me it was gonna be +$30 for 2 burger combos but was even more shocked when we got our food. These burgers are huge, not your whimpy 1/4 lb burgers you see at fast food giants, these are 1/2 lb patties. Also ive never had wedge fries this good before. Food was great, only complaint is i wish they were more enthusiastic about greeting their customers. A smile goes a long way.

Ive passed this restaurant a few times on my way back home from work and each time I tell myself I want to try it. I finally stopped and was not disappointed. This is a really good burger joint with a Korean twist. I took my food to go because as some reviewers have commented there is not much atmosphere. The burgers and fries more than make up for it though. I ordered the kimchi burger and the bulgogi burger. Both were delicious. The kimchi burger had a strong kimchi (spicy fermented cabbage) flavor but with all the toppings mixed together it was delicious. The bulgogi burger had a Phili cheese steak vibe with some Korean flavors. The wedges were really well seasoned. The buns and the toppings were really fresh. Overall I really enjoyed it. I will definitely come back to this joint for a great burger.

I m pregnant, so I m trying to eat smaller meals more frequently And ordered the kids cheeseburger meal. Burger and fries were cooked fresh with a lot of care put into the ketchup and pickles I asked for (not just slopped on). Small little eatery that is sort of hard to spot from 380, but they serve half-pound MONSTROSITY burgers. It wasnt at all clear from the name of the place, but the menu is touched with a hint of Korea: Kimchi burgers, bulgogi burgers, kalbi burgers, and Korean BBQ-flavored wings, for example. I had the Kimchi burger, and it was AWESOME. Pickled, fermented, slightly spicy grilled (!!) Kimchi cabbage gave my burger a hint of sour, umami wonderful that was simply amazing. Add a fried egg, creamy, melted American cheese, a nice amount of pickles, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato slices, a giant sesame seed bun, well, yum!!! And somehow, none of this overwhelmed the burger. I always knew that I was eating a burger. And then, on the side, crispy, crispy wedge fries, skin on, but so tender, almost creamy, on the inside and served very, very hot, just out of the fryer. But not oily, at all. So good! So, why four stars out of five and not a perfect score? Well, the bride had a bacon cheese burger and other than being huge, she didnt think it was anything special. She did think the fries were very good. There you go: I loved my burger; the bride was underwhelmed. I say come on in, but dont play it safe. Order something different. I think youll like it. Recommended. Go for it.

Best burgers Ive ever had! Its totally hand made with fresh vegetables, meat, and various kinds. I had Kimchi burger, Galbi burger, Grande burger, and Supreme burger. They were sooo delicious that I wish to be here every single day if I can. They also have special fries. I was so obessed with the taste of them so I went there again with my dad. The burgers here are absolutely epic! Stopped in to try this place as we just moved into the neighborhood next door and was blown away. The burgers are tender, juicy, and with such variety! The fries and potato wedges are also really good. Generous portion sizes as well! The owners are literally behind the counter, taking orders and cooking burgers. They are talented for sure. Give this place a try! Its not healthy at all, but if you are in the mood for a large, filling burger that tastes great, then this place is for you. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Our whole order was wrong. We even received someone elses order. When we went there to fix it, they told us they dont have curly fries. But there was literally some on the restaurant someone else was eating. I cant eat cheese they kept putting cheese on the burger. And the Philly cheese steak was covered in horseradish sauce. It was disgusting it took them 2 hours to fix our order. They had to remake my burger 4 times It was terrible.

This place gets worse and worse. I really don t know how they stay open. Maybe they own the strip center because it s not because of the customer service. They mess up my order 100% of the time. I ve lived in the area for over 10 years and they have never gotten it 100% correct ever. I give them a chance every few years and they still get it wrong. Sad because the food is pretty decent but the owners and staff are brain dead.
