The food was amazing! Arrived via robot steaming hot, and every bite was delicious. Staff was very attentive and friendly, making the ordering process super easy. The famous chicken burger was done very well and was very fulling. The build your burger is also great for pickier persons. You can tell the fries were made fresh and cooked to order. Chicken tenders were great, but tell them if you want it covered or on the side. 5/5 worth your time!

Was the most lovely place Ive been to in terms of customer service. Also is the absolute cleanest good place Ive seen in ages and I did food delivery for some years at a time. We ordered online and the delivery forgot our sauces and a side. The company sent someone out in their own vehicle afterwards to bring what was forgotten. This level of customer service is practically dead but this was a gigantic gesture of good Will & customer service. Aside from the delicious food, can t recommend this place enough!!!! 10/10

This place is absolutely a 10/10, the food was so tasty we got the chicken tenders and their signature burger , the service 10/10 all the grils were so kind and happy all the way from getting out order until literally left by getting us the door. The interior of this place is immaculate and cute they have booths if you want some privacy or the tables at the front. If you want more light, they are on top of their game with the robot delivering your order as soon as possible. This is the type of business that are really worth it, you dont just get a delicious meal you also get an amazing experience!

What a great little place! Food is excellent! Had ChickNBurger with spicy grilled chicken with fried onion string, fried egg on it also. Mine on lettuce bun. Ranch skinny fries are incredibly good. Family owned, great service. CNB with pepper sauce is my favorite so far of sauces. I would say about $25 per person for ChickNBurger, fries, and drink.

We ate there today. The food was tasty but we were served chicken sandwich mith MUD on the lettuce! Yes the lettuce wa dirty with dried up MUD. This makes me think that 1. They don t wash their vegetables. 2. Don t pay attention to what they serve. 3. People preparing the food don t care what they serve. I brought attention to the lady on the front desk and she was very sweet about it. However, I probably won t be back because I don t want to risk my health.

Ate here today while we waited on the car. Friendly service/atmosphere. Wifey had the strawberry waffle and I had the new spicy chick n burger. The chicken filet came out over cooked/dry and we were totally fine, I took it off the sandwich and just ate the burger - which was delicious and cooked perfectly on that buttery bun. The staff saw this and even after saying we were fine - still cooked me an entire 2nd sandwich AND another fry (also insanely good) AND some additional sauces for dipping. Above and beyond to make it right even when not asked. They were training some new cooks and there will always be little things off just human errors - but the manager/staff wanted to uphold the standards of the place, which is very commendable. Will definitely be back - but after I have the 2nd sandwich for dinner.

This was our first at Chick N Burger and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we walked in. Once we ordered, we sat down and waited...then it happened. A greeting bot came and welcomed us to the restaurant. I wont tell you how, thats something you need to experience yourself. (Or read in other reviews. I dont want to ruin it). Then Skynet brought us our order. The food was delicious (a bit pricey, BUT very delicious). We even got dessert and the portions were a good size. Definitely shareable. Our almost 7 year old also enjoyed it. The staff is very accommodating to kids making it feel magical to them. All in all a good experience!

Finally a quick and awesome burger place opened close to our house! Ordered Southwest burger with black bean patty and Chicken Sandwich with Boom Boom Patty ,side of spicy skinny fries and honey butter sauce on the side Both burgers were delicious, black bean patty seems to be home made and not the frozen kind. Chicken was juicy. My only complaints were, spicy fries were not spicy and they should allow customizations online( you can do so by calling them) Their to go boxes have kind messages too! I am going to try dine in next time!

While many folks might love this place due to the novelty of the robots that deliver your meal, the food is top-notch. My wife and I both had burgers and split an order of sweet potato fries. I had the smokehouse burger with double meat and sugar bacon. My wife had them custom make hers. They were both excellent! The sweet potato fries were crinkle cut, which is not my favorite, but they were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its definitely worth your time and money!

Having traversed the country multiple times and always in search of amazing chicken sandwiches I had to try this place! It s local, it s cute, and I love that is family owned and operated! Let s start with the service it s fantastic. There is always someone around to help with ordering, getting extra sauces, or drink refills. Next the food .its good. Was there a party in my mouth? No but it s chicken I mean I think that s ok. I wouldn t tell anyone this place knocked my socks off but I would say it was yummy and I ll be back to try more. Last is the atmosphere .I m confused by it. It s a weird fix of cafe style and table service that blurs lines in the most confusing ways. You get your own drinks and that s fine but it s in a very utilitarian corner that makes you question am I suppose to be here? . Then while you sit they come around and will get you refills .Im confused I thought I was supposed to do that. Then they bring you food like table service but you ordered it at the front . If they decide what kind of restaurant they want to be it would be helpful but still yummy and worth trying.

Good food nice people... they are not cheap and not fancy but are trying to use robotics as a gimic. It doesnt seem to actually have any benefit for the customer other than a talking point but maybe that will change. Glad to have them in the neighborhood. Was craving a burger, not a huge fan of fast food, so I googled and found this place. JACKPOT. If you are introducing/limiting red meat consumption like myself the 1/4 pound pattie seemed perfect. Otherwise I think their buns can handle a dbl pattie rather nicely. Aside of a solid burger, CUSTOMER SERVICE/cleanliness was better than my doctors office which is a major factor of why Ill be going back. Price wise: not expensive, but not cheap I think you do get what you pay for and again the level of genuine care and hospitality was unmatched so I was very happy I spent my hard earned money there vs a fast food joint. Our first experience here a couple weeks ago was good. Husbands chicken sandwich and the kids chicken and waffles was good. My burger was obviously a frozen patty but there was so much mustard that it wasn t edible. Tonight we went back and spent $65 on waffle and chicken, basket of strips, a plain cheeseburger, a side of fries and a side of okra. Tonight was just yucky that I don t even know where to begin. Hubby s chicken strips had way too much sauce on it, the blue cheese they brought out was separated and didn t look like blue cheese or even safe to eat. All the chicken we ordered was dry and overcooked, fries weren t warm, okra was under cooked and not crunchy at all and my burger was still just as yucky as the first time even though it wasn t covered in mustard. The service is great and the kids like the robots but it s overpriced for frozen food. Nothing is made fresh/from scratch.

This place has robots! Went here for the first time yesterday with the family. The staff was accommodating and friendly, helping us moving tables to fit our table of 7 and coming to the table to take our order instead of ordering at the counter. First off the service was great both from the humans and the robots. All details from ordering to making sure everything was good, was very nice. First time trying out Chick N Burger today after hearing great things from friends in the neighborhood. Sooooo glad we tried it out! The food was amazing and the brownie sundae was delicious!! This was a great new restaurant in a stretch of HWY380 that is starting to see a lot of new businesses. Very fresh, tasty food and a surprisingly large menu for chicken and burgers! Lots of salad options as well. Shout out to all the staff for being extra friendly and helpful! The robot was a fun option as a server. You get the option to have a robot or a human bring out your food!

4.5 / 5 Stars!!! Took a drive out with hearing about this great place in a FB Foodies Group and was not disappointed at all. This place has a seriously great burger! I had the Smokehouse Burger and added lettuce, tomato, and pineapple, Ranch Tots, with a beverage. Burger was very juicy, tender and wonderfully cooked but not overly so to cause sogginess like some chains . Lettuce and tomato were crisp and very fresh, pineapple was sweet and delicious and the condiments weren t overpowering. The Ranch Tots were pretty good, right amount of crunch and definitely a twist on a favorite (no sauce needed). Though the only critique (.5 deduction) I have is they were a bit overly salty, but still delicious. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, warm and friendly! 5 / 5 Stars! Shelby hands down the favorite as she was not only pleasant, but took great care in each visitor, checked on everyone with a bright smile, but made sure things were clean and organized. The robots are a great silly touch! This is a good thing in my book. They deliver the food with ease and assistance from the server and the greeting programmed saying is fun and interesting. Interior was very clean, simple modern with a warm earthy decor. I enjoyed this as you re not having to move all the clutter around on a table to make room for the food and drinks. Overall, definitely a must visit! I will be back again soon! 4.5 / 5 Stars!!!

I really loved this place. It was a great surprise. I dropped my car off at Discount Tire next door then came over and grabbed the chicken and waffles. Only thing I wish I d asked for was warm syrup. I hate dinging at all on the food, BUT I also ordered breakfast later in the day and that s usually risky anywhere. I d happily recommend this place, and am looking forward to updating my review once I try one of those good looking burgers. I ll be back.

This is a fantastic dining experience. We came in in the middle of the afternoon where things can very easily get relaxed with food or service, and it did not. Was greeted with a great smile was suggested great food, and the food was delicious. Christian (Owner) and staff create a great atmosphere and have a great place that I recommend everyone go and try. That was some good food! I made my own creation as soon as I noticed they had grilled pinapple. I love spicy and sweet and this was the perfect combinations on a chicken sandwich. I tried their Blazing Buffalo sauce with lettuce, tomatos and ranch. It was amazing. My husband had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich which he said that the bacon was really good. To top it off we had a brownie sundae which was heaven. Plus I loved their cute little robots!! It was so much fun. We have to come back. A nice Prosper addition.

I found the food there to be a disappointment. I ordered chicken and waffles and there was a large disconnect between what I expected (based on what this dish should be and the picture on the menu) and what was provided. The expectation (and their picture) would make you expect a battered, fried chicken strip. What was in the box were 2 1/2 flat, uniform breaded chicken strips akin to a frozen Tyson chicken strip. To be fair, the name of the dish is chicken tenders and waffles so despite the misleading picture, the name isnt specifically misleading. The waffles were fine, though. My wife ordered the fish bites and chips. Again, expectation and the picture would be of bite sized pieces of battered, fried pollock but the reality also seemed to be small, uniform nuggets akin to what you would find in a frozen food case at the supermarket. The fries, however, were quite good. All the food was cooked properly and tasted fine for what it was. For the style of place this is and the prices I wasnt expecting gourmet food. The food we got, however, is certainly priced higher than it should be for what it was. For less than the price I paid for the chicken and waffles I could get a combo meal with 4 actual fried chicken strips, a drink, fries and other things...elsewhere.

Chick n Burger exceeded our expectations in every way. This is a a charming family restaurant that has quickly become our favorite dinning spot. I had the Waldorf Salad. I loved the candied walnuts! Also, the tater tots were very crispy. My kids were thrilled when our server changed the color of the light on our table to pink and when the robot brought the food to our table.

Ive eaten here twice and both times were take-out. The first was with a friend, and we decided to split a couple of things to try. The chef salad was very good with fresh ingredients. The honey butter chicken sandwich was our favorite thing we tried. It was crispy and tasty. We tried the regular tater tots, and they were good. Its hard to mess up tater tots. :) We split a brownie as well, and it was really good. My second trip was on my own, and I got the maple chicken nugget combo with fries. The fries are a little different from other places, but I enjoyed them. The chicken nuggets were, by far, the best nuggets Ive had. I got sauce to dip them in, but its really not needed because they are great on their own.

I have tried Chick n Burger twice and the food is fantastic! Great burger and the tots are delicious. The only feedback I would give is that the servers visited our table about every minute (literally) to see how we are doing. Dont get me wrong, love the service; but it was a little overkill and I had a really hard time catching up with a friend because of all the interruptions. They brought my food to me and then literally like a minute later came back to ask how the food tasted....I hadnt even tasted it yet. Thats really the only negative thing. Great food and great location. I will definitely come back! Parking: due to their location, parking could be a bit difficult....but a little patience and a spot will eventually open up. There is a big Discount Tire next door, so the parking lot can get a bit congested.

I had a takeout but the service was great and so friendly. The signature burger was 5/5, tater tots 5/5 and corn nuggets 5/5. Everything was VERY CRISPY. however honey butter chicken 2/5 sweet potato fries 0/5. It s half of container full for $4 and very soggy ( I got it as soon as it came out so it didn t stay in the container more than a min) and they put sugar on top of it. It was just horrible. The honey butter sauce is just NO. chicken itself was great. For the burger, patty was juicy and chicken was so crispy as well. I ll definitely come back with knowing what not to order next time.

Tried the Honey Butter Chicken for lunch today with fries and a strawberry shake. The sandwich was delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside on a toasted brioche bun. I didn t think that I would finish it, but it was so tasty that I ate it all. I love their fries. They kind of look like a chip, crisp on the outside, but tender on the inside and great for dipping. I never tried a Strawberry Shake before, but I will definitely have it again. The cup was swirled with strawberry sauce and the consistency was just right, not too thick to sip, but just thick enough to satisfy and it was topped with fresh whipped cream, the real stuff.

Unfortunately, another pop up restaurant. Place your own order, get your own drink, and wait on a robot to deliver your food. Hamburger patties were tiny on huge buns. Waffle was served on a cold plate (making it cold). For $15+ a plate, I d prefer to somewhere else that provides full service and patties big enough to taste.

Absolutely wonderful. Aside from a robot serving us, the human service was even better. The robot can t replace the team member Gigi that s for sure. Gigi was hilarious and kind. The manager Dani helped us the throughout the entire experience. The ChicknBurger while a strange combo was a pleasantly surprising mixture. Spent 50 bucks on food four a family of 4 with appetizers so pricing was fair. Loved every minute there, will most certainly be back to try the rest of the menu.

Juiciest and freshest tasting burger I ve had for a while. I had the Chick N Burger consisting of a whole fried chicken fillet and a burger patty, cheese, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. The buns seem to be made in-house and were fluffy and light. I just had to adjust salt to my taste and boom, it was very good. Their fries had the right thickness and the wedge shape increased its crispy surface. Highly recommended to eat there or shortly after pick up since is a very juicy burger and light bun. It s a hybrid service model where you order at the tablets and food is carried by robots but servers give you the cups for the self serve drinks, help with plating, check on you and cleanup after you are done. Parking: This is a shared parking lot with Discount Tires reserving nearly all of the east side lot. During the weekend there few spots available during lunch rush hour. Kid-friendliness: Servers were friendly with kids.

Absolutely delicious! We tried a burger and fries, chicken and waffles, mozzarella sticks, and a brownie. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. The fries were like thin potato wedges--had never seen anything like it, but they were well seasoned. The brownie was the perfect way to end the meal...at first I asked for a to-go box because I was so full, but I tried a small corner and just had to finish it. Also they have ROBOTS! You self-order on one of two kiosks at the front of the restaurant, seat yourself, and then wait for the robots to deliver the food to your table. There are several staff members walking around to make sure you dont need any additional condiments, napkins, etc. Such a fun experience. Will definitely be back.

Our family visited on Monday, and the food is fabulous. Ranch fries are sooo good. Burgers, fish, chicken. There is something for everyone. You might want dessert first, though. The Creme Brule Bread Pudding is a family recipe and melts in your mouth. Wasnt anything we didnt enjoy! This place is great! A really good addition to Prosper. We tried their signature Chicken Burger and the flavors worked well together. We also tried the curry chicken salad. Sweet heat from the curry and golden raisins. Tried it with the chipotle ranch and it made for a very satisfying meal. The boys tried shakes and thought they were tasty. And it was all brought to the table by a robot server. The staff was friendly and attentive and the interior is super clean and new. Home run visit. Welcome to town Chick n Burger!
