Visited Raising Cane s on 9/3/24 around 11:10 PM, and the experience was really disappointing. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one coming out to take our order. We could hear the employees laughing and talking in the back, and one of them even saw us but didn t bother telling anyone to come help. It felt like they were more interested in hanging out than doing their jobs. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Not what I d expect from a place known for fast service. Won t be returning anytime soon.

Anaiyah was rude and short while I was ordering. It bothered me because I ve never experienced that before at Raising Canes. She was very aware of what she did because when I pulled up she was making drinks and looked at me with a smerk on her face! I couldn t believe what I saw. We have plenty of options to spend our money and I will not spend my hard earned money at an establishment and be disrespected. Diversity will help just in case she has a problem with ethnicity at such a young age. 8/26/2024 I tried it a second time, and the combos were expensive, and the food Is skimpy with tiny tenders, with a few French fries. My bread was stale and dry. We paid 26.00 for two box combos and were disappointed with the portion size that has drastically decreased.

My first review was over three years ago, so I felt time for an update. I thoroughly appreciate the friendly employees and their attention to each customer and their orders. In particular I appreciate getting my gallon jugs of unsweetened iced tea (best around) promptly and with a kindness each time. Also, the food is always, fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. I went here today for lunch. Havent been to Caines in awhile. Drove up looked and saw $16 for a 6 piece. I said WTH wow they really bold here. I ordered 4 piece me and daughter shared. I took a bite of the tender and started choking daughter asked whats wrong. I said is soggy and bland. She said you have to use the sauce. If I have to cover it with sauce whats the point. NEVER will be back. Disgusting. Even tried the coleslaw. Not sure what was worse.

It was all great,the service was VERY attentive and the inside of the store is rlly nice it feels like a luxury place and then the food,I haven t ate canes in 2 years but this was my first time and it was amazing it was enjoyable,the food is BIG so I left with a full stomach And the employees seemed to like their job there,they were smiling and stuff,they were also so kind and polite! Just ordered 25 chicken tender tailgate...waited 15 minutes for them to make a fresh batch. Got home and more than 1/2 were soaking wet and cold. The other 1/2 hot and crispy. These were so greasy too we all got an upset stomach. I bet the cold chicken we got had been sitting all morning...not coming here again!

The sandwich combo is basically the 3 piece combo, substituting Texas Toast with sandwich buns ... and no Canes sauce on the side. While I commend any business for focusing on one marquee item, chicken tenders that they call chicken fingers, no I dont need a chicken tender sandwich. Minus one star. Speaking of chicken tender focus, the chicken tenders are not seasoned. If it wasnt for the Canes sauce condiment, then Canes should get the same thumbs down from me as Bojangles across the street. Minus a second star. I actually stopped by here because there was traffic and I hadnt tasted the Canes sauce in a while. The seasoned mayonnaise, although good, is not a get out of seasoning the chicken tenders card. The fries are undercooked. Like how? Minus two more stars. $11 for a chicken tender sandwich with unseasoned chicken? Mistake of the night. Also, I dont care about the Ice T ice tea inception. I dont know who buys anything with his face on it, and he clearly has a good manager to get endorsements, but the drive-thru was oversaturated saturated with a face that doesnt influence me to pick tea as my drink. On a positive note, I hope Canes brings back its holiday decor.

Its chicken fingers and fries but good chicken fingers and fries. Not really any options here except for size. Good chicken fingers, crinkle fries, cole slaw, and Texas toast. Clean atmosphere and reasonably quick service. Also a drive through. Nothing special but definitely good food if youre in the mood for chicken fingers

Fed up that my order is messed up from the drive thru at this location again! Its right less than half the time. Today I ordered, and paid for, a box combo with extra sauce. Received a 3 finger combo and no toast. My advice, always check your order, even if theres a line, or try somewhere else. With all the choices now, Im going somewhere else from now on. Plus, the chicken and coleslaw is hit or miss - chicken was a miss this time too.

During my visit to Raising Canes Chicken Fingers, I decided to try their sandwich while my kid enjoyed the kids meal. The food was really good. The sandwich had a delicious combination of tender chicken and flavorful sauce. As for the kids meal, it was a hit with my little one. The portion size was just right, and the chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The meal also came with a toy. Overall, our experience at Raising Canes was excellent, and we were very satisfied with our choices.

Go to Chick Fil A!! I had a very disappointing experience at Raising Cane s. Not only was I subjected to what felt like racial profiling by the manager or shift leader, but my order was also messed up. Despite providing photo evidence, they continued to doubt me and did not offer an apology. Instead, I was given wings as a seemingly superficial gesture. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident. It seemed like the place was run by rookies who lack proper training in customer service and respect. I strongly advise others, especially those from minority communities, to avoid this establishment at any cost.

Not sure if it s the green food coloring in the lemonade or what but this is the second trip in a row (two days apart) I ordered lemonade and it taste like the plastic cup they serve it in. First trip was a kids cup and it was horrible. Tonight was a large size up and all I taste is chemicals. Well I hope it s the plastic from the cup I m tasting and not some other chemicals. . I have been eating pthere for awhile and every time I order food from them it s always fresh and delicious! I had the pleasure of Oscar serving me that day and he went above and beyond his duty to make sure that my food was done right. I had ordered some thing by mistake which I did not want to eat when it came and Oscar was very polite and kind and he switched my dish right away so I ended up having ham and cheese omelette and it was so fluffy and good. I really would recommend this restaurant to anyone that goes.

This location was the first time I ever went to a Canes in my life. I went through the drive-thru and it was a great experience! order was very fast and attendant was very nice. The fried chicken is definetly unique and the fries were a little better than something you can get on an air fryer. Canes sauce for me was nothing compared to chikfilet sauce but still good. Raising Canes is the best fast food restaurant for chicken fingers. The chicken is always fresh and perfectly crispy. The Canes Sauce is amazing and adds the perfect amount of flavor to the meal. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Ive heard about Canes Chicken just never tried it before, but my cousin told me about them and so since my grandparents were visiting I ordered 4 box combos with Cole slaw and paid extra for sauce. However, when I arrived home no slaw I spoke to the Mgr Sam and he said he would have the slaw ready tonight and give me an additional box combo. But when I arrived he had 4 cole slaw no box combo for compensation and I wasted time and gas, but wasnt made whole. If I could the ratings would be zero. Lacks imensively in customer service and leadership. Wont try them again.

Made an order asked to pay for extra sauce. After I arrived home to bring hungry guest their food noticed no coleslaw in the boxes. Also, the sweet tea and lemonade water down with little to no taste. Called manager and was told to come back and he would give me the coleslaw and an extra chicken dinner for the trouble. Made the trip all the way back to the restaurant and manager said he decided to only give me the coleslaw I was originally missing. Why lie to the customer? Why pretend you will make things right for your store screw up and just lie. I will never visit your establishment again. Go somewhere else it s not worth the hassle.
