Lawyer was court appointed and paid by the state. Supposed to represent my friend with a possession charge. Lied in court saying my friend was with a 14 year old girl. Not true at all. This is a possession case. Possession of a controlled substance and Marijuana.

Joe Hernandez appeared to be my savior. He got a quick divorce date, won everything I requested. However, final paperwork has not been field. 3 months and 10 days after my divorce was granted by the courts, this law firm has yet to act on submitting the paperwork. This is unacceptable. They also have been ignoring my emails and not taking my phone calls.
