I miss the old wooden playground, but the kids enjoyed the splash pad and the park. The splash pad needs some more shaded areas for parents. Playground: There are a few things for older kids. Multiple slides. Limited swings. Kids enjoyed it. Picnic area: There is plenty of space and trash cans for a picnic.

RIVERFEST. It was the Wednesday concert. It was very warm and humid. I started feeling shaky and weak. As I was leaving, the medic team insisted on checking me out (bp, hr and checked if I was diabetic) and gave me water. They then drove me to the exit in their golf cart and waited with me for my husband to pick me up. They were very attentive, professional, and kind. Thank you to all who were there helping out! Youre awesome!

Nice views and pleasant atmosphere. The problem is mosquitos! Make sure you bring 2 can of the blue spray Raid cans. Flying insect killer You will need to fog the area you hang out in, or youll be attacked. Maybe just stay in the car.

Nice park, restrooms are beyond disgusting, go before hand! Playground: My kids had fun. Everything was functional and safe. Toilets: Dog-friendliness: Pets must be on leash. Picnic area: Nice place for picnics. Plenty of tables, and space.

This is an awesome place to bring kids! The Splash Park could use a little housekeeping (pressure washing) and maybe see why the water cannons don t work. It s a great service for the citizens of Port Neches. Wish they could get the funding together for a new bigger playground like they had with Tugboat Island. Still a beautiful park.

The park is very clean. Benches and trashcans are accessible. If you want to fish the water is fairly productive. Theres also a splash park to bring your kids to get cool during the summer. Unfortunately I have never used a restroom facility at the park so I cant tell you about those but if the rest of the park is any indication then theyre also top notch. Stop by if you love the fresh air.

What can I tell you... it is a beautiful and completely safe place. Perfect for the little ones in the house and for the grown-ups too Good restaurant and beautiful views of the sea. One of my favorite places in Port Neches. I dont know exactly what it is about it, but every time I leave... I want to come back
