Long wait just for drink order, then food comes out cold, enchiladas were tough bot sure if it was old tortillita or just cold. I had to get the waiter attention for refills? Like, what the hell, if you dont feel like working, pass it on to someone else. We spent 2 hrs in the restaurant for what took us 20 minutes to eat? Then I go pay at front counter and asked for a slice of pie to go, which took another 15 minutes to get?? Seriously, need management at night to oversee and expedite.

Be careful with the Village Inn on Airway next to Pizza Hut. I had never had this happen to me and I go here every once in awhile. I went on Thursday morning and paid using my Capital One Credit Card. The bill was $16.00 I paid and signed the receipt. This morning I got an email alert from my Credit card company that a 63% tip was added, which I did NOT do or write in. It might just be $10.00 today, but tomorrow for a different customer they could try charging $200.00 extra or something. The fact they did this on top of the cash tip I left on the table for the guy is shady. I had a server who was an oler man with an accent, who was very pleasant. And the girl who charged me was a girl with glasses. Be careful, they think because you pay with a credit card you wont notice. If you go here pay cash only.... thats all I have to say.

Haven t had village inn in years, so I was excited to go. Waitress brought our drinks. My orange juice was HOT like it hadn t been refrigerated. Food came, that was awful too. We barely ate any of it. Waitress just said sorry. We ended up paying for a meal for 2 that we hardly touched.

I bought a strawberry banana pie to take home. When I got home and cut the pie the crust was all soggy. I live on the east side. I tried calling to speak with manager to let them know but they don t answer the phone. Just want to let the manager know this is something they might be more careful with especially for people who don t live close to the area and it isn t very convenient to have to go back to return the pie.

My husband & I ordered the chicken enchiladas & the strawberry crepe breakfast. The enchiladas came with a side of chips & salsa. The fresh salsa had a nice kick to it. The sauce on the enchiladas was VERY flavorful & the refried beans were yummy. The crepes were light & perfectly thin & the strawberries were fresh & had just the right crunch. Good job with cooking the hashbrowns nice & crispy. Probably the best crunchy hashbrowns weve ever had. oh, high quality link sausage, too. Soft & great texture. Our server was attentive & had a fun, upbeat personality. When we return to El Paso, we will definitely come back to dine.

So we had an issue... Bought a pie for Fathers Day. Got home, didnt like how it tasted. Kind of tasted spoiled.... I do understand that these things happen. I went back and I spoke with the manager katy. She took the bad pie, looked at it and then gave us a new one. Really no questions asked and I really appreciate that. She let us swap it out for a different one. We tried the strawberry banana.... It was really good. We will be back. We initially were going to say that we werent going to buy pies from here anymore but the customer service changed that.

Used to be awesome when we first moved here but after tonight we ll never go back. Food took forever (2 adults 4 kids) and it s never been like that before. I specifically asked for kids milks to not come out til food (but yet they were brought 15+ minutes so they sat and got warm) Server basically disappeared never offered refills on our kids or our water/my soda so I had to give my kids my water. Saw him texting on one of the trips I took my kids to the bathroom. Probably why he wasn t doing base level of service. There were 2 other tables of 2 people each. When I complained to the manager she said there were more tables in the back seated but I wasn t able to see them when I walked to the bathroom, weird. She also basically stared over my head while apathetically apologizing and asked me how can I help you? . Ma am you re the manager I assume you know what to do to manage your staff and their training.

So my family & I went in for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant was decently clean. Our hostess/waiter was very friendly he got us or drinks & appetizers pretty fast. The food didnt really take long, but it was decent. They mustve been really short staffed because a few of the people that came in before us & after us were still waiting on their food or to be helped. Our waiter (young hispanic guy) was pretty much trying to help out where help was needed. It was like as if he was the one keeping the place afloat. I felt bad because people were getting upset, but he was really trying his best to float around and take orders, bring drinks/food out, cash people out & seat people as well. Over all our experience there was ok. I hope they get more help, and that they give the guy a raise. I didnt catch his name. Young hispanic guy(maybe in his early 20s) a bit stocky & tall. Very respectful & friendly. Owners should appreciate people like him. Im more then sure he was overwhelmed that day.

The review is more on the charge they did to my card and letting everyone know to make sure to check there accounts. Never had I had a issue but they charged me 9 dollars more than what I was supposed to pay. Even after I showed proof they seem to deny it. Other than waitress was good and so was the food but if I go back will be taking cash instead. Decent Experience with Room for Improvement I recently had breakfast there and while my experience was generally average, there were a few noteworthy aspects. The main dish I tried, the menudo, had good flavor but unfortunately, it wasnt served hot enough for my liking. This was a bit of a letdown as the temperature of a dish like menudo is crucial to its enjoyment. On a brighter note, the coffee served was quite good, hitting the spot with its rich and robust flavor. Additionally, the crepes were a pleasant surprise, offering a delightful taste and texture. These elements of the meal were definitely the highlights and saved the overall experience from being lackluster. In summary, dinner gets points for flavor, theres some room for improvement in terms of serving temperature for certain dishes. Id be open to giving this place another try in the future, hoping for a more consistent experience next time.

Cook had issues with the fod today. Pancakes can out looking like thin cookies. There is no seasoning on the food. We ordered the veggie omlet and hashbrowns..had to send it back. We pretty much sent everything back except for the artichoke Chicken. Coffee was watered down, sorry it just wasnt a great experience for us today. Thankfully, they remade everything and the manager removed the veggie omelet off the bill.

Went to pick up some pies we had ordered for this Thanksgiving. When my daughter approached the front counter they began to mumble to her and both the lady and gentleman who were attending her began to talk to her like if she was bothering them . At some point my daughter told them she was picking the pies under her name and they tried to give her a whole different pie. She told them Im here for 3 on an order she had placed 2 days before. The gentleman began to have an attitude when talking to her this will be my last time we order anything from that location.

In the past we would order Door Dash Village Inn and more times than not our order would arrive with missing items or just flat out incorrect. In order to avoid this, we called the manager (I m not positive but his name was either Marco or Mando) and his service was impeccable. Not only was he kind and prompt but he reassured us that our order would arrive correct and it did! Promote this man to a higher position! He is an asset to your store. When the food got there the order was completely wrong, when I looked at the ticket the waiter put the wrong burger order in. The burger wasnt o ly incorrect, it was severely burned on the bottom.
