The reason Im doing 1 star is simply because the one thing everybody has to their name is their word and if you cant keep your word then nothing else matters. I called in questioning the price on crawfish for Good Friday. I was then told I could come in a reserve them. Well when I made my way to Port Arthur from Beaumont to do so I was told once inside they were not accepting reservations and it was first come first serve and to add on to the matter a lady came in right after me to put money down to reserve hers and was told the same thing after initially being told she could. Simple communication with staff so everyone is on the same accord would be beneficial for customers so accurate information is given at all times.

We arrived in Port Arthur on Thanksgiving Day and they were open! Good selection of shrimp, crawdads, catfish, and other fish. We got the headless shrimp and it was fresh and delicious. I only gave a 4 since our interaction was limited and we dont really know the joint. But our experience was good and we were so thankful that they were open on Thanksgiving Day! Nice patron.

Kinda hit and miss there, somedays good quality shrimp and other days not so good. If you buy large shrimp its mostly medium with a few large mixed in. Same with jumbo mostly large with a few jumbo mixed in. Friendly people and good customer service just watch what you buy.

Start checking your. I got home and weighed the 3 different bags of shrimp that I got and I was shorted 2 lbs in each bag. They shifted the weighing buckets from one to another on each one. I have done business with them for years and this has never happened. When I called them they said they could only replace 3 lbs. So that still makes me 3 lbs short at $7.50 a pound. Im out a lot of money. Very unhappy.
