Do Not Stay at this hotel!!!! I checked in on 9/23/24. Had to have them clean a part of carpet that had thrown up or shit that was there from before I checked in . I didnt get no kind of service till a week later and they had me get out of the room like three hours. Then for things to go missing!!! Had to go my self to office for clean towels or toilet paper since no service was provided. Theres roaches, n dont clean properly. The door wouldnt close right and had trouble always going in. Curtains dont close all the way. Pool was closed all the time. Manager was rude with attitude when I spoke to her about my concerns. Then tried charging me $160 for towels I didnt take. Shes probably in need of money lol since she made this up to try and take my money She will never see a cent from me. Oh my goodness and this manager still has the audacity to text my phone to harass. I will never go back and I highly advise you dont stay there!!! Other hotels around there 100% are better.

Been staying her going on a month. Hadnt had my room done in 4+ days and complained to the front desk only to have them spread trash in my room and send text messages to my job and say the room was trashed. Never had a complaint made before I made a complaint on the housekeeping. The manager then started to harass me calling and sending me text messages. Customer service then sent her an email that I was complaining on her to remedy the situation which was absurd. Worse hotel that I have ever stayed at. Even got food poisining the first week i got here. They will listen to me once I lawyer up and ask for a lot of money. They refused to connect me to corporate. I will be sending certified letters to their office tomorrow. Lets see if I get their attention. The manager is Terry and the girl was a white woman named Sarah who trashed my room. My personal stuff was also mishandled by Sarah. Threw away my toothbrush. God only knows what a woman like that would do when no one is looking. Update- She sent a message to my company that she kicked me out of the motel. You can tell which room she lives in. Keeps red cones blocking the parking where no one is allowed to park which Im pretty sure is not company policy.

During my recent one-night stay at this hotel, I found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was good, and the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. However, there was a minor issue with the door handle from the inside, which kept detaching when we tried to exit. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who were appreciative and assured me that it would be fixed promptly.

Was a horrible experience I do not recommend this location. I work in the refineries for a shutdown during the day. The last thing I want is an unpleasant stay. They hit me with $84 charge for bath towels they accused me of taking. Being accused of stealing bath towels is CRAZY!!!! Save you some money and find a better option not to mention the manager was extremely rude & unprofessional doing this whole ordeal. As for outstanding bill they will never see a dime.

Hello, I dont recommend it at all. I stayed with my two sons. They gave me a room on the second floor to begin with. It smelled too much smoke and I had to go buy flavoring. The first day they went to knock on the door. They had complained that we were making a lot of noise. For Gods sake, my children were walking and of course it was heard downstairs. They didnt clean the room or even the garbage and I had to stay for work longer, but I better to leave. I cant have my children alone sitting so that the people downstairs dont bother. Its impossible. Oh, there were cockroaches and the fridge was rusty That they will pick up the towels is not cleaning and of course I would not stay there again.

On October 2 I arrived to stay, I paid 2 nights with a credit card 188 USD On Wednesday the 4th I extended my stay for 2 more days and paid in cash (check security cameras from 7am to 10am) On Friday I finally paid in cash for 2 more days (check security cameras from 7am to 10pm) After leaving the hotel they have been making unauthorized charges to my credit card, I called, sent emails and they do not want to return the money they overcharged, when I paid in cash. They stole my money from my credit card I demand that they check their security cameras, possibly the receptionist stole the money Hotel Quality Inn Port Arthur On October 2 I arrived to stay, I paid 2 nights with a credit card 188 USD. My check in time says 2, they say it depends on how busy they are, needed a kitchenette but we ll just have to do without one and stay elsewhere. 15 year elite diamond member and never heard of that, but to be honest, once you get here and see the location, they did me a favor!!! Choice is getting right there with motel 6!! (To whoever answered my review) Yes you offered to move me downstairs to a room without a kitchenette, if I wanted a room without a kitchenette that s what I would have booked so don t act like you tried to accommodate me, it was a downgrade!! Got a very nice kitchenette at Hawthorne, cheaper also!

The night auditor tried his best to help us. Got a room where the shower was broken, he moved us to another room. There the toilet is broken and had to wiggle handle for it to stop making noises. Then the house keepers were rude. Never knocked on the door to see if we needed anything like toilet paper, fresh towels, change garage, or even come and just make to bed. I would not recommend this hotel at this point. They didnt even credit us anything for the major inconvience that it caused. What type of place dont make a traveler feel welcomed. This place doesnt.

Im never staying here again!! This was my go-to spot when my family comes to visit, didnt expect to have an experience this bad. Our towels had mysterious yellow stains, when we asked for new ones they didnt want to give us any, wifi kept cutting out, the pool was supposed to be opened they took i had to ask them 2x to open it, the manager kept asking like we were botheri g her for asking for simple amenities that are included, the pool was filled with bugs, hot tub was broken, the towels they gave us were all shredded up and again mysteriously stained with this strange yellow streaks. i had to change my own sheets because no one wanted to, there was dead bugs in our room, in the middle of the night a huge roach landed on me i reported it to the front they never offered a refund, discount or even a new room, room service our final day was rude and banged on our door rushing us to check out but checkout wasnt for another 30min, my mother is a disabled veteren and they charged us for her service dog even though its illegal to add fees on a disabled individual for the service dog even tho we didnt make a mess and collected all the trash cleaned up after ourselves. I am very disappointed in the management of it all and was disappointed to find out they charged us extra fees after the fact on a service dog as if we had our service dog pooping and peeing all in the room when in reality it was the hotel itsself that was dirty. Never again.

Ive never been to Port Arthur before and didnt realize until I got there that its fairly trashy and the people staying at this hotel are a little sketchy. Why they do not have 5 stars is beyond me!!! My husband (and I occasionally) has stayed here on and off for weeks or months at a time in the last year and a half! Ms .Terry and Hunter are amazing and the cleaning ladies are awesome! Sometimes he works nights, sometimes he works days, but they always do whatever it takes to accommodate him and his needs! From changing out refrigerators, to giving him a special cleaning slot, doing his laundry, delivering packages to the room, ordering Ubers, whatever it takes! Terry and Hunter go out of their way to help us!!! This is by far the BEST hotel experience we ve ever encountered! They make us feel like we just came home every time we see them!!! I highly recommend this place! We are Choice members and have stayed all across the United States for the last 2 years and Quality in port Arthur/Nederland is by far the best!!!! Hands down on service! We love it there! We love the people and we know they care about us!!!!

Future guests just be careful with charges that incur after you check out. Most of the places that Ive stayed in have simple things that were not clean or broken (for example: stained linens on the bed, stains on curtains, stains on towels, broken ac/heater, lights that do not work, dirty sinks, etc.) But some can be easily overlooked since, especially for me, I only needed a place to sleep overnight. What matters most to me is customer service because thats something that people have to go out of their way to provide at times. Once I checked out, the next day I saw an extra charge on my credit card. When I questioned it, I was told that it was because I left yellow stains on the towels. I tried to explain that the stains were previously there and that I did not use anything that could have caused stains (i dont carry make up or use any product thats yellow in color). But they started accusing that I took breakfast to the room which could have caused the stain. This made no sense as the breakfast that I took with me were eggs and sausage, and even that, I took to the car to eat. That also claimed that I did not complain about anything when they asked how the stay was.. But the truth is, if all my hotels have been like this, why would I waste time complaining to every single hotel. I thought I was being appreciative and easy going by saying everything was fine. In the end, they refused to provide me the refund. So please guys, take pictures of all the damages in your room and I guess if you have to make complaints about every single damage or dirty item in the room, do it. Before you start getting charged the way I did.

My son and I checked in to this Quality Inn& Suites in Port Arthur on the way to Alabama. Cammie checked us in, and treated us as though we were very special, and provided us with excellent customer service. She was very kind, and offered us personal assistant in advising us of the amonites available during our stay. She is definitely an asset to this Quality Inn & Suites. Our room was clean, well decorated, stocked, and even had a larger refrigerator than most Hotels provide. Its located conventily right off Memorable Blvd in Port Arthur TX, and there are various Restrauants, along with other types of business available, for just about all your needs.

The rooms are big and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are cleaned regularly. And fresh towels are placed almost daily. I have not experienced such good service from any other hotel. Its centrally located to Wal-Mart, Central Mall, 3 convenience stores near by, and a big washateria near by.

Our door could not lock properly and there were roaches we complained about both. We complained about the lock at which point we should have been moved for our safety...they acted like it was no big deal because the flip lock was enough. The AM staff were very polite, the lobby was clean and the breakfast was good..wish it wasnt over by 9 am. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 1:45 in the morning causing everyone to go out in the cold for no reason... that was frustrating

My husband and I made a quick trip to Port Arthur and stayed here because they allowed dogs. I wasnt sure what to expect...but it was a great sleep. The room was clean, the carpet was clean, it was quiet, AND THE BED WAS AMAZING!!! The comfort of the bed was equivalent to that of the Ritz Carlton. Great stay!!! We will be back.

Came back to room at 6 PM, room was unmaid, the only change linens every 3 days. This was the third day no clean towels or sheets. Spoke to desk, excuse was they dont have a lot of staff on fridays and had unexpected check outs and didnt have time to do my room. All help had already gone for the day and nothing she could do. STAY AT ANOTHER CHAIN. This chain of hotels is full of FRAUD, so dont believe the we site or if you call hotel. STAY SOME PLACE ELSE because choice Dont care about their customers, they only care about getting your money and will say anything to get it and oh well to bad when you call them on the outright fraud they commit Online said It had indoor hot tub. I called before booking to make sure indoor hot tub was working and was told it was. This place has no hot tub at all. Person at counter said owner doesnt take it off website because it gets him a lot of business. I called choice customer service to complain, they told me to deal with hotel. This is the 3rd out of 4 Choice hotel stays I have major issurs at and no refunds or compensation given so I called city inspectors on Austin hotel and will sue Choice chain for that one and I contacted the Texas attorney general on Port Author hotel and will be suing choice over that fraud, and sad part is, all choice had to do was provide customer service and refund some points and make sure the hotels correct there problems and keep their promises, but since Choice dont want to do that, I gave Choice more than one opertunoty to cure their Fraud and correct the situation and Choice refused so they gonna pay and pay dearly in the pocket book and with bad advertising.

My wife and I have been here before. Rooms are clean, amenities are good, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly, decent breakfast. All for a reasonable price.

The hotel is. Clean and the inside staff is. Very friendly, but since. The rooms are outside I. Can hear the noise. From the road the people walking by,. The doors need weather stripping to avoid air, light and noise to come in, I didnt like how loud it was

The rooms that have a kitchen look very nice. Im not sure what the prices are here since I would only visit my friends who were staying at this hotel. My friend said he spoke to the new manager and that he was very kind. Also, the rooms are remodeled. The ac works great and the rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is really small though.

I did not stay there. I booked the hotel online and I was so disappointed. The hotel room had a bad smell so I chose not to stay there. This hotel need to be torn down and rebuilt. It appears the hotel was damaged in Hurricane Harvey and it flooded. It was obvious.

Terrible hotel! Bathroom was disgusting, saw bugs everywhere including a giant cockroach! We had to have the sheets changed as soon as we checked in because they obviously had been slept in and not changed. There was hair from the previous occupant in the sheets. Called them to fix the light in bathroom in the morning and when we returned that afternoon it still wasnt fixed. Called the front desk and they said yeah its because the maintenance man is off today. I went to the front desk and got a lightbulb and changed it myself. Only thing positive I can say is the pool was clean, the staff were really nice and the price was good.

First thing when I walked in the room it smelled extremely of marijuana, then I turned on the built in light in front of the window and it kept flickering on and off. One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable and it looked like a dog chewed the bottom of the bathroom door. The tub took ages to drain and nobody likes standing in a foot of water while showering. Then one morning housekeeping didn t even knock. Also the ac was either too cold or sweating hot and no in between, I was so uncomfortable. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and nice, very helpful lady, she was the best part of the experience. I booked a smoking room supposed to be on the ground floor and ended up up stairs. I definitely will not return.

This is A downright dirty and disgusting hotel. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper daily and never cleaned the room completely. Worst of all the linens on the bed had pubic hairs in them. Forget breakfast it was so bad dogs wouldnt eat it. Clearly not cooked fresh daily. Last but not least every time I went down at night to get toilet paper and towels the person was missing at the reception and I had to wait 10 to 20 mins for someone to help me. This place is not even worthy of 1 star... I wish I could put a negative star. I do not recommend this place.

My family and I have been here since the beginning of hurricane Harvey. During Harvey the downstairs flooded. The owners could have shut the entire hotel down but didnt. We never lost electricity or water upstairs. Yes the office was closed. IT WAS FLOODED!! The staff may not have been in the office due to the water but there were workers here and those workers made sure that the people here were ok and did whatever to help. Quality inn went through this storm just like everyone else in this area did and they have done it with style and grace. Would I stay here again? Absolutely without a doubt. In fact, Im booking my room for the next hurricane. Ive evacuated during other hurricanes and never got the level of compassion and caring that i received here. The owners and staff are wonderful.

Choice Hotels have just recently ook over this hotel, but this hotel is needing the time to get up to Choice standards. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite, no phone, no sofa, no bathroom storage and TV too small for such a large room. Very spacious, but to watch TV you have sit or lye on bed or sit in straight computer chair. Not good yet.

Imperial Inn is one of my favorite location to stay on my trip in port Arthur TX. Great staff with excellent service and importantly nice and Clean room. I stay there twice a month and i never have any issues. The new management staff also always take care of their each n every customers. Also they are remodeling motel that even adds to their service, clean and nice rooms to stay. Must stay location.

When I arrived the clerk was impolite, short, and rude. My room was very poorly lit, one of the lamps was broken, and the toilet hardly flushed at all. The Microwave was also broken and would not turn off with its own timer, so your food will get burned. This is a terrible hotel and I will not be staying at a Days Inn ever again.
