This is by far my worst experience at DQ in port Arthur tx. The staff consist of high school kids using profanity and cooking in a filthy kitchen area. They re using their headsets to communicate and hold unprofessional conversations about their personal lives. They were making fun of another employee who was off today. I am very disappointed in their staff. As a parent especially as a black person I really dislike seeing this. Very disgusting DQ

Street sign Lights as well as the order boards lights were off at 8. I pull up anyway because they don t close until 10. Lights off on the outside gives impression that store is closed. Which is definitely the way the night employees want it to seem. Also when ordering, I was greeted as if I was bothering them. They were busy looking back and forth at each other. And got the order wrong.

Dairy queen is an has been in top 5 of my favorite hamburger/ ice cream and had not been there for a few weeks due to wait time and just NO FRIENDLINESS ARE ENTHUSIASM ABOUT THEIR JOB AND IT WOULD MAKE THE WAIT TIME A LITTLE BIT EASIER WELL IM COMMANDING THEM TODAY AND IM BACK TO MY FAVORITE BURGER JOINT.... ITS A NEW MANAGER IN THERE AND SHE IS JUST AS NICE FRIENDLY AND POLITE AS SHE WANTS TO BE REALLY REALLY REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY VISIT TODAY STILL NEEDS A LITTLE WORK ON GETTING THE FOOD OUT FASTER.

My husband had accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. So it made me late for pick up. They were very understanding and kind. The lady that helped me was extremely pleasant and did me a solid by not making me come in when I forgot my shoes in my rush to get out the door. I ll be using this location again. May not be closer but definitely much nicer!

Visiting from out of town & stopped in for an old school DQ experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see an old DQ, not refurbished like others, still had the authentic feel & was in decent shape considering its age! Now our ice cream was top notch, best Ive had in years really. cleanliness was decent, not perfection but by todays standards very acceptable. The ONLY issue was the employees, not overtly rude by any means, just not welcoming in the slightest, could almost feel that our 92 year old aunt was bothering the cashier because she was taking too long to go sit down before my wife returned to order, like she had somewhere else better to be! No smiles, no how you doing, no how was it, nothing. Not even a your welcome one time after repeated thank yous from us. Like, you knew they could care less or would prefer you not be there!! Again, place was great, food we got was great, help could use some life skills in do unto others the way you want to be treated is all. I would definately fo back, would just know how it will be when I do

Dairy Queen in Port Arthur is the worst ever. I ordered a chocolate dip cone, regular cone, steak fingers country basket and a cup of vanilla with strawberry. I decided i wanted to change it to Oreo. Paid at the window the employee told us to pull to the front waited 12 minutes. Employee came out and our cones were in a cup, my strawberry supposedly Oreo didnt have s lid on it. The ice doesnt look like what its suppose too it just looks sloppy. Disappointed this is why I decided not to go to the one in Port Arthur, Tx the other Dairy queen are way much better!

Dumb broad Tonette with glasses that took my order got it all wrong then tried to lie amd say it was my fault but I Corrected her. Tonette is her name she screwed up my order on two occasions and had an attitude on both occasions. She cant seem to get a basic minimum wage job right and doesnt care. Will keep in contact with HQ until she and her manager are fired.

I must say I dont think Ive ever had the customer service at a fast food restaurant as good as Ive had at this Dairy Queen. Since weve been in Port Arthur we have ate there for lunch everyday and every day the manager asked how was their service and if were coming back the next day. So if you are anywhere near this Dairy Queen I would recommend stopping by and at least having a blizzard.

The most disrespectful experience I ever had and I wasnt even there to eat for myself... the lady upfront, short and black, she has to go. If your having a bad day thats cool but dont take it out on customers. I am working as well. My order was in the window ready to grab and go but instead I catch attitude... I respectfully asked everyone before me if they had been helped, including 3 older ladys before me. My order was made before the order being taken when I showed. I called back and get hung up on. I asked for her supervisor and I get laughed at. I dare anyone to watch this staff work and eat ... and Im sure the lady who had the attitude was a manager on front line serving orders. SM*H. Your losing a lifetime worth of business in the long run. Even if its $20.00 a week... x4 (a month) x12 (a year), x10 (a decade).... Cooks were cool... guests were cool.... front line cashier and possible manager... she was not cool. Thanks for the warning. I know not to return as a guest now.

Took ages just to get a blizzard, just sat in the drive thru behind 2 other cars watching 3 employees goof off and waste time while we all just waited. Unreal. All this while another employee just went out to the parking lot to talk to friends and then gave me attitude when I asked what was taking so long. Customer service is really slow.. most always. But the food is fresh, for the most part. The reason im giving 2 stars, as opposed to the 3 i wanted to give, is because I purchased 12 of the $1 Tuesday tacos a little AFTER 5p.m. on yesterday. The amount of grease in them had all 4 ppl in my party, including myself, very sick! Ridiculous! Also, the was nearly no meat or lettuce in them. Note to manager: in my opinion, food should be best presented ALWAYS, but definitely when people are going to work, on lunch break, and getting off. Also, just because a person orders a LOT, doesnt give a green light to skimp on ingredients. There were multiple people in my party, this multiple ppl disappointed in the service and quality of food we received. Seeing as though I was bragging about this particular fairy queen, I DEFINITELY feel disappointed.

I went through the drive thru and was the second car parked. I got my food second to last. All the employees inside kept looking at us like they were nervous or guilty of something. They could have just said if their was a mistake made somewhere or something.
