Went in today to buy the starlink system that has been priced at $299 and now best buy has decided to price Gouge and bought the price up to $499....everyone one else still has them for $299. Asked about a price match and customer service said no. This is second time in a month best buy has failed

We went in to see if we could exchange our I-braava mop because it stopped working. We bought it a year ago with warranty. A few years ago we had something like this happen and we went in to the store and they gave us a card with the money back to buy another product.We talked with a manager there and he said the only thing we could do was send it for repair.He didn t have a name tag on him. He said his name is Rich. But we don t know if that is actually true because of the way he acted.We have had 2 of these and they both broke the same way. When we talked to him he was very rude and very raciest with my family. Workers had told us he spoke Spanish and when we asked him he didn t want to speak to us in Spanish he said he only knew English. He was very unprofessional.

I was looking to upgrade my mother to a new phone. Since my mother is legally blind with other physical disabilities, she has to see the models in person to accommodate her, which is why we went in person in the first place. After 15 minutes nobody greeted or even offered to assit us so we starting looking at phones ourselves. My visually impaired mother held up the phone to look at the screen with her Magnifying glass which then set off the alarm on the cell phone, which was set off solely due to the lack of communication from employees and no signage indicating otherwise. Im presuming a manager, due to her having a key to shut off the alarms, came up and met us with an immediate attitude. She said there was no reason to hold the phones when we can just simply look at it, and our explanations fell on deaf ears when she rolled her eyes and chatted up a passing employee about matters unrelated to work. We tried once again to explain ourselves and once we were met with lip we immediately grab our purses and left. I just got a credit card with this company and was willing to drop 2k if needed for my mother, but now I will be canceling it and taking my money elsewhere.

Terrible, is the best way, that I can describe it; Lizzy was nothing more than a continued bunch of excuse, after excuses! I went in there to have price match fixed from Beaumont TX store purchase. She had the worst attitude, blaming corporate, and frequant changes in policies; her customer service skills, are worst than dealing with a 16 year old at a fast food restaurant! I have never dealt with such disrespect, and lack of professional, in 50 years of living. I will not be going to Best Buy, ever again. Lizzy, please never call me on my cell phone ever again!

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced today. I never thought I would have to write this type of review on a store I love, make purchases, and former employee. The lack of responsiveness and apparent disregard for customer loyalty has been disheartening. I was purchasing an adapter to connect my Macbook to an external screen. I informed the sales associate what I was looking for and he explained several different devices and prices. I told him I would take the more cost-efficient one, but when I checked out, I was informed it was the wrong price. I informed the cashier of the price and asked the sales associate to inform her of what the price was listed for. Once he figured that he had given me the wrong price, he stated that the price could not be changed. I asked the store manager to assist and explained my concern about the incorrect price. He had the sales associate bring him the merchandise with the price listed incorrectly. He was rude and refused to adjust the price when an associate misplaced the items on the incorrect peg. I certainly hope that the service improves and a more customer-centric approach in the future.

I think it s hard to mess this up. You have products we want, we show up with a couple questions hoping you sell us on the product so we can go home with a new toy. Why is there no help? We walked into the store and seen 4 young employees standing around the front. We were not offered any help and had to walk around to find someone for any assistance. I hesitated to approach the gaggle of workers contributing NOTHING to the business. I ended up passing by a worker and asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I said, Wow they have the manager working sales with everyone in the front? He just shrugged. His service was exceptional, just seems as if no one else respects the business.

Came in late only for a phone case, and we were there about 10 minutes before someone finally helped us locate the correct aisle Im used to being asked when I walk through the door if they can help and this store didnt. They were busy trying to close 45 minutes early. I understand wanting to get out, but they still had 45 minutes to wait on customers.

Normally a great store but the attitude of the employees at this store is pitiful. They could careless if they wait on you or not. Don t care if they give you what you want or not. Here at best buy port Arthur TX very disappointed. Husband and I came here, to buy a good speaker for my yard party. 1 out of 10 display speakers work! Wasnt able to hear the speaker we were interested in which was Sony, they didnt gave Boss, which is what we really wanted. Ended up leaving with nothing.

Spent $1,700 buying a laptop and printer and office supplies from them for my new buisness, printer wasnt working properly brought it back asking if someone could look at it because maybe I was doing something wrong or exchange for another. Got told I could pay $199 to have them look at it or contact the manufacturer because they cant help further than that. If you wanna drop serious money and risk them not being there for ya less than a month after you purchase your items unless you drop more money this is your place to go! Will never use bestbuy for any of my buisness needs ever again, horrible decision on my part to believe the salesman when he said they are here for you and your buisness.

I love this Best Buy and how helpful their employees are, however they need to work on their system. My son was trying to buy airpods with a visa gift card, it would not work. The employee was very nice and suggested we call, that maybe there was an issue with the pin number. We called, changed the pin, verified that there was sufficient money on the card and returned to best buy. However their system still would not accept the gift card. Unfortunately this meant that they lost our business that day, because this was the money my son had. He instead made his purchase at Walmart, with no issues processing the gift card. I will still shop here again, but this is definitely something that needs to be fixed.
