I have to give a shout out to the manager and staff. I had a pickup order that said would be ready in approx 20 mins. I get there and the place is slammed with pickup orders. The manager was super friendly and attentive, offered drinks to people that were waiting. It was 10-15 mins wait time but they were working hard to pump out orders. Food was great

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order for pick up. The order was supposed to be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. Ive had issues with pick up before, so I went to the grocery store first. I made it to Wing Stop at 7:00 pm. The restaurant wasnt packed, and they were fully staffed. Yet, my order and a few others hadnt been started. I witnessed the crew goof around and procrastinate. This establishment is unprofessional. I received my order 1 hour after placing it. When I made it home, I noticed my passenger seat was soaked. The grease from the chicken had soaked through the bag and onto my seat. Every experience Ive had with this Wingstop has been atrocious. I would suggest staying away from this one. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered through the app which said the order would be completed in 25-33 min. Arrived 45 min after order and order was not ready. No response from staff along the lines of customer service outside of it s not ready. More than a dozen people waiting for orders and more in line to order. Usually I find at Wingstops that are overwhelmed the food prep suffers. Order took over an hour to complete. Do better.

The food is good however the customer service is terrible. If anyone was wondering why it s always a 2 hour wait, it s not because they are that busy, they are just that slow. I placed an order when I was 30 minutes away and still ended up waiting another 40 minutes in the store. The employees are rude and truly move at snail speed. Also don t forget to check your bag before leaving because most of your order especially condiments will be missing.

I had my order doordashed. There was a big hole in the bag, my ranch spilt every where. The counter my wings came in was side ways which caused the sauce to get all over the bottom of the bag. My fries where thrown in the bag and were also really soggy and had not seasoning. Just getting my food out I got ranch a sauce all of me, my blanket, and my couch. Very disappointed in this place cause normally I would have no problem but today was the worst.

The workers here work very hard and are underpaid for the amount of business this place receives. The food is very expensive considering chicken is one of the cheapest meats you can buy. The building has had a constant drip from the ceiling for the past year and it is extremely humid inside. I feel as if the owners are not putting money back into the business that makes good profit. I believe it will decline very fast if the owners do not stop being so greedy.

Updating my review. Called tonight for an order they said 35 minute wait no problem. Made the order and arrived about 40 minutes after the order was made only to be told it wasn t ready, and they had the order wrong. While waiting for the food still, other customers are being handed food. this is completely unacceptable. The food here is great and the only reason we come is because my husband loves wings. BUT. They have the absolute WORST customer service there is. They re always rude, in person and over the phone. I ve watched them talk about not only us, but other customers as well and laugh about them. Over the phone when we ve tried calling we re constantly put on hold, and then when the phone is answered all you can hear is the staff cutting up and laughing in the back. Management needs to get a hold on their workers. went last night for dinner, and the food was really great! wait time was pretty lengthy, and the music choices aren t necessarily family friendly!

Before I left I asked the lady at the front to make sure all my items were in the bag, and she agreed but when I got home I was missing two meals. Food was barely warm. I stay 5 minutes away. Lemon hot is way too salty. I only ate a few they were so salty. For $4.39 I didnt receive much French fries. I ordered the thighs and received boneless thighs and boneless wings. Some pieces were just breading. Most of the cooks not wearing a hair net or hat. The manager name that starts with a t is very hateful towards people with disabilities, I am black and my little brother that work, there is white and she called him a racist and also called him the B word. We love wing stop and out of all the places that sale wings wing stop is our absolute favorite. Honestly, I am really disappointed in this location. We have tried twice to eat and this location. The first time we stopped in. The young lady told us that it was at least a 45 minute waite for wings. We are very fair and understanding people. We were kind to her and just decided to grab food elsewhere. I totally understand that sometimes your busy and dont have the help you need.. Then yesterday I called to place a pick up order and was told on the phone that there is an hour waite. They do not have any bone in wings. The level of customer service is really lacking. How are you SOOO busy that every time we try to eat at your location there is a long waite and you are out of food? Would you not hire more help? Would you not order more food so that you do not run out? We get the feeling that the staff are just saying there in an hour waite so that they dont have to cook/work. I have read other reviews and I see this is a common concern. I hope the Manager is able to see how bad this is hurting the business. I HATE writing negative reviews but sometimes its necessary. Quintin was awesome!!! Me and my wife got the 75 wing package and this place was exceptional!! The service was on point and the order was exactly how we ordered it! The best ran wing stop I ve ever been to. Running like a well oiled machine every employee was in the ball! Will definitely be returning!!

Ordered online, received confirmation that the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and the order was not ready. Finally got the order about 30 minutes later. Got home and checked the order... wrong wings, no fried corn. THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THIS ESTABLISMENT ARE LEGITIMATE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.
