Working with Jessica at Lawyers Title has been a smooth and pleasant experience! She instilled confidence , was knowledgable, clear, and communicative throughout the closing process, assisted in resolving the few issues we had (unrelated to Lawyers Title), and all in all made a process that could have been much more stressful a smooth and pleasant experience! Smooth closing process, BUT I was very disappointed in their poor customer service after closing on my loan. I had reached out to Heather G. via phone call and email (several attempts), but I never received a response. Then I searched for a different contact on their website, reached out to them and I didn t receive a response either. It was concerning a check I received, very inconvenient. Seems like they don t want to deal with you anymore after they re all set on their end. Terrible.
