Brought four teenage girls here for lunch today and we cannot wait to come back! Ordering was easy, service was fast and delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My family and I recently tried out Talkin Tacos and the service and food were IMPECCABLE!! Our waitress for the night was , Sandy, and not only was she DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and STUNNING, but also the sweetest person ever!!!! She made our whole night and offered one of the most brilliant and efficient services Ive ever seen! She was sure to quickly deliver our food and ensured our utmost satisfaction by checking in on us every so often. From my experience I could tell shes a very determined worker and a hard working employee!! The ambiance was amazing and the artwork made the experience that much more worth it! All the employees were the absolute sweetest and the food was mouth watering!! One of my favorite restaurants for sure and will be back soon! Good choice for halal tacos in Plano. From the moment you walk in, it has a nice vibe. There are only two ordering kiosk which slowed the process but a gentleman was stationed there to assist us. I tried the Steak taco and the Birria taco, and both were really good. The guac salsa was fresh however the tortillas chips were stale and underwhelming. Id go for the tacos and burritos but may resist the urge to order salsa next time.

The service was great, and I loved the fun and lively décor inside. There are only two kiosks for ordering, which slowed things down a bit, but it wasn t a huge issue. I ordered the steak burrito, which was absolutely delicious and came with a side of tortilla chips. Unfortunately, some of the chips were stale, which was a little disappointing because fresh, hot chips would have really complemented the meal. I was superrrr excited about this spot opening up. I heard so much from friends who visited them in Florida so i ended up going the second day it opened. Might be because they just opened but this is what i experienced. I was thoroughly impressed with their birria. Delicious. But just as impressed as i was with the birria, i was disappointed in the chicken. I appreciate that they give lots of chicken in the taco but i personally believe theres such thing as toooo much. Second, the chicken was huuuuuuge chunks of chicken. What made it worse was that there was still so much fat stuck to the chicken that the chicken crunched when i bit into it. Again this is my perspective. I think the chicken should be in smaller pieces, someone to put in the time to remove as much fat as possible from the chicken and maybe hopefully even a pulled/shredded chicken option. (The seasoning on the chicken was very good btw). I will try this spot again in a month or so and see if this review needs to be changed or updated.

Living in Plano it is hard to find a decent taco place. Talkin Tacos was more than decent. There Birria Tacos were great! All 3 had flavor, juicy and plenty of meat to get you full. Nice place. The whole vibe is great. The one thing I was disappointed at was the food. The meat was dry and very salty. My brother and I ordered 3 tacos each and a carne asada burrito. For the tacos we ordered one each of the recommended tacos by the worker by the kiosk. Out all the tacos, the chicken taco was the only one that wasn t dry or too salty. The rest of the tacos and burrito was just too salty. Their horchata was thick as a milk shake and isn t supposed to be. Maybe it was just my food that came out like that that night. Or maybe I have to try it again. If it comes out better next time, I ll change my stance.

Finally HALAL tacos in Dallas. Let me start off by saying the designs in this place are so cool. It s beautiful and authentic. The food here is amazing. First time I tried it was in Miami and I m so glad they opened in Dallas. This is my go to place for tacos. Everything is cooked to perfection.The guac is a 10/10 and the Caribbean tacos are heaven. The Birria Tacos were extremely salty and lacked any discernible flavor. The Chicken Quesadilla was slightly better, but it was still quite bland. The only flavor that came through was the cheese. Mexican cuisine is renowned for its spicy dishes, not for dry and bland food. Went during their soft open and the owner was so kind, he gave us 2 drinks and some guac on the house. The guac is very fresh and the sunrise drink was amaaaaaazing (its a mix of two lemonades). This place is halal and Phalistini owned and its a family chain. The Barilla tacos are very good and flavorful, and all of the taco portions are big, filling, and meaty. The street corn is also really good, especially the fact that the corn is mixed and not watery. So excited to have a new taco spot that will be open until 2 am so close by and so delicious!

First of all, I am definitely going back here to try their other dishes. Second, I love the different type of atmosphere they have here with the glow in the dark paintings on the wall. They have a halal sign displayed, and I know their beef is zabiha halal, but not sure about the chicken. Everything is halal, though. There was no alcohol on the menu. We tried their birria tacos, birria grilled cheese sandwich, mahi mahi burrito, taco salad with steak, app trio (chips with pico de gallo, Queso, and guacamole), chamoy candy, mangonada, and horchata. I ve never tried birria meat before, this was my first time, and to be honest, I think birria meat is just not for me. I do think that people who like birria will like this place s birria dishes, though. I loved the taco salad and mahi mahi burrito. It was fresh, and just delicious! I loved the apps too, but next time I won t get the cotija cheese on the Queso. That was a little too much cheese with cheese for me. It was my first time trying both drinks and the candy as well. I liked both the horchata and the chamoy candy, but mangonada was too sour for me (it was my first time trying a mangonada), but I think it s supposed to be that sour/sweet/slightly spicy taste. Will def be back to try more steak tacos & the shrimp options too! Vegetarian options: You can get the taco salad and choose for no protein

This taco spot is incredible! The halal tacos were absolutely delicious. We tried the Birria, Caribbean, and Mahi mahi tacos, and all of them were amazing each packed with unique flavors and perfectly cooked. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were attentive throughout our meal. The restaurant also has a cool, laid-back ambiance that really adds to the experience. Definitely a must-visit if you re looking for great tacos and a great vibe!

This place was just as good as the one I visited in Orlando (SODO)! Great food, great management, great people... What else can you ask for!? The food was AMAZING and PLENTIFUL! The service was so hospitable! And the place had ample seating both indoor and out. As always, the food is halal and I cant tell you how great the food is here! Terrific portions (two people can eat off of one order) and youre missing out if you dont try the horchata at least once! It was a little thick this time around... but still soo good! This was just the soft opening, but theyre well on their way to being 100% ready to roll! I absolutely love their ordering system which is tablet-based. They dont have a crazy big menu so you can typically get to what you want very quickly, make your order, and find your seat in less than 5 minutes. If you have a chance go you wont regret it! Vegetarian options: This place is all about the meat so You should probably plan ahead. Dietary restrictions: If you have gluten-free requirements then this place will absolutely work for you! Parking: This is a strip mall so parking could be limited on busier nights. Kid-friendliness: The menu has some really great things for kids to I prefer the Berea grilled cheese and tomato soup... So great! Wheelchair accessibility: This place is definitely wheelchair accessible

Really excited about this new taco spot near Parkwood and 121. Ate there this afternoon and it did not disappoint. They were in the middle of their soft opening, so the desserts werent available quite yet, but rest assured...those sweet churros will be a delicious finale to the birria tacos next lunch outing. I was told the Grand Opening is September 14th, so mark your calendars. If youre Talkin Tacos, Ill likely be there once a week!!
