Came for lunch / dinner. Sarah was working, was friendly, very personable, and very happy. She made the experience worth my time dining at the bar. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I got the shredded chicken Nachos, the chicken could have been shredded more, not a fan of large pieces of chicken. The restaurant was clean and bright.

Love Sarah and David!! A weekend breakfast spot for me. Good spot to watch whatever game I want. Theyre super cool and will change the channel to any TV to make sure I enjoy my day. From the epl,nfl, or shark week! Also when I have my daughter they give her crayons and hang her drawing on the wall. Theyre still hanging up after months!

Tacos are pretty damn good. I placed my order over the mobile app for pickup but when I checked my order at home I was missing a taco, so I called the restaurant to see what my options are and they were very apologetic and promised to get me the taco next time I came in and I thought that was nice. Then the next day the general manager Randall gave me a call and said he would take care of me whenever I came in, so the next day I came in and Randall hooked me up! Shout out Randall youre the man!

Did an online order called to get it corrected the girl asked what I wanted her to do about it. Every time I come she rude which is what stopped me coming for my weekly visits they did not put my sides on my plate and it was right before closing and the enchiladas were very dry I just threw it away

I ll be quite honest, if this is the fuzzy that that my boyfriend and I Uber Eats from on Sunday , and I had ordered a bean and cheese taco, and only received only a tortilla, so it was a little disappointed, but I came in to this Fuzzy s on Thursday and had the best best customer experience at the bar. I will admit my tacos can be a little complicated on how I wanted them but he the bartender and I m so sorry I forgot his name, and he did not fail to deliver. He had wonderful customer service from the beginning to end, and did not forget anything that I wanted, I will definitely be back to this location not bc only because the food was phenomenal but because of the service the bartender provided. Yes, he was a little busy, but he had a smile on his face, the whole entire time, and made sure that our order was made exactly as we wanted it. My best friend and I left the restaurant with full tummies happy smiles, and the atmosphere was just amazing so thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Jan 2024 Update: gotten worse. This company is a small metroplex footprint and it s seems it s peaked. There business model appears to be have grungy 26 year old skaterbois as managers and a cook or two I. The kitchen. That s it. Menu seems to be recycled new items frequently rotated. Just sad - everything about this company had potential. Wonder where the wink link is at corporate that s going to take this endeavor. Food is okay and maybe a little pricey. Sad that they cant make a decent michelada. Its a fast food joint.

Everything was just horrible. Lol. The restaurant wasn t busy. There was only three tables and my food was STILL COLD. They forgot our drinks, which was only water, and chips and queso. Gave us the wrong tortillas. Cooks flat out just didn t pay attention to the order. The food was disgusting to say the least so we just got a refund on the chips and queso since it was never brought out to begin with. It was my first and my last time ever going to Fuzzy s. Fajitas for 13 people!!! More like fajitas for 6!!! I had not been back to Fuzzy s in a while, now I remember why. Talk about stingy on the meat! I know inflation is high, but come on. For $12 a pop, I definitely feel ripped off with the amount of meat got. Two small containers half full, with mostly veggies. I even went back and asked if that was all the meat! I have to say, the workers here are AMAZING. My 2 year old was throwing the BIGGEST fit over the claw machine. He wanted to win a toy out of the claw machine but I didn t have much change on me. After giving a couple of try s I was unable to win my son the toy and ended up with candy which did not satisfy him. The workers realized what I was going through and saw my sons tears. They took it upon themselves to use their own money to win my son the toy. They all took turns on the claw machine until they got it! We ended up with not one, but two toys! The food didnt taste good. The shredded chicken nachos I ordered were stale and the chicken tasted canned, not fresh. They remade it and it still sucked. My daughter ordered the kids beef quesadilla and she didnt like it so she asked for the chicken tenders. We waited 30 minutes for the tenders and when they finally came out they were way over cooked. It was hot in the place. However, the two servers had that customer service and tried their best to help as much as they could. It wasnt their fault the food sucked. I wont be coming back to this restaurant.

Came here on a Monday night and we re not too impressed. Floors were sticky, outdoor tables were filthy, and to top it off the house margaritas we ordered were watered down to the point that it was just mixer and ice. Maybe they just held the glasses near some tequila and called it a day. Food was fine. The employees were friendly and helpful. But it wasn t an enjoyable experience. And the margaritas were a letdown. Maybe we caught em on an off day? Either way, we likely won t be back to give it another go. Bit of a disappointment after a long Monday.

went to get a smoothed burrito to go. when I got home I found foil in my food when I called back to tell them I found it in my food I was told the gm would contact me. when she did she told me I was going to get a refund. it is now march 16th and I havent received a refund. The gm also told me that is thats a common problem at that location and that is why they brought her to the store.

Fuzzys has delicious Tex-Mex food, well priced cocktails, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an overall a comfortable atmosphere. My family and friends like going to Fuzzys on a Friday night for margaritas. Parking: Parking is accessible and plenty.

My daughter has a digestive issues, and has to watch her seasonings as well as food. The ladies that work there were very patient with her questions, and found a meal she could eat. They also put on the sports we wanted to watch. Customer service like that is very appreciated. BTW. The food was excellent.

Stopped in to use my gift card and some points I have gotten over time early evening. I met Taylor & David and they were new to the location and there is a new GM. The food was wonderful (had enchiladas, rice with black beans. It was great. Everything was clean, service was great and you could tell the employees were happy being there. Great job! We haven t been to this location in a while due to some bad experiences but we decided to give it another chance and I m so glad we did. There is a lot of new staff and they are incredible. Taylor was training and still did a great job. The new staff was super sweet and very attentive!

Absolutely phenomenal!! Gwen was wonderful and offered friendly service with a smile!! From the time I walked in to the time I left just wonderful. Oh I got the beef nachos simply put they were amazing the feta took it to a whole excelled level!! Make sure you get a I think it was a beerita...(beer margarita I will add a flavor next time) this is a very good place. I will revisit this place on my next trip to Texas!!! Worth every dollar but the service from Gwen made it phenomenal. Make sure you visit this location for great food and friendly service. Kid-friendliness: Very much so!
