The food here is fantastic. The meat is excellent quality but the staff are even greater. They re so kind and welcoming, but also attentive and helpful. The music they play is splendid and is apart of the wonderful atmosphere that they have. The pricing is also great. This is absolutely somewhere I ll be coming back to often.

I went here a few days ago for the first time in a long time. Ive only had shabu here before, but I was completely disappointed after eating the barbecue. I remember enjoying the barbecue at Carrollton Manna Barbecue, so I ate the barbecue, but it was completely different from Carrollton. The owner of Carrollton and Plano. Is this wrong? Its been a while since I went there and I ate it, but I ended up chewing the meat hard and without any service sides. It was dinner, but it completely ruined my day. Its a shame. Still, the people working were so apologetic and kind and attentive, so Im giving it 4 stars.

Very disappointed with our experience. We ve been to several Korean bbq places before and this one was overpriced for the service and food you receive. We were the only customers, and they still barely helped or served us. Even though they had about 8 workers just standing around, The server only checked on our meat once, and then didn t check on it again. They had limited options of Korean sides at their buffet line. Was not worth the $27.99 cost for each meal. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

Not the best experience. I came with 2. 10yr olds for their birthday. They hid us behind a wall because we are melanated people. The restaurant was not heavily populated or busy at the time. I explained to our server we never had the dining experience before so could she tell us what to do. I will have to say that this place is just average as far as Korean BBQ. Unfortunately, it felt a little unsafe to consume the food. Some of the meats had a bit of gaminess or the taste of unclean meat. Almost all of the meat options were drastically unseasoned. I was grateful for the extensive sauce bar however it felt like you needed a good sauce to even enjoy the meat. The banchan options were slim and really only delivered in the beginning unless you specifically asked for more. There is free ice cream to enjoy after your meal which was nice. You have the option to pick Korean BBQ or Combo with hot pot. I may not come back here because of the grossly unseasoned meats but this place may be a better option for some!

It was my first time dining in this restaurant, but the service wasnt great; the waitress was a bit rude. There were five of us, and we all ordered the $27.99 BBQ. Great food here, especially the KBBQ! I came here twice within the last month with two different parties. During the first visit, the service wasnt as great, but the second time was great! The prices are very reasonable too for an AYCE restaurant as well. You should expect to pay around $30-40 per person depending on whether you try the Shabu and BBQ separately or together, but the difference is only about $5-10. Nevertheless, both the barbecue and hot pot are worth trying! We absolutely love the beef tongue as well Parking may be a bit tough since it is next to a big supermarket, so be sure to come early. Service is friendly and attentive, it wasnt crowded at all for a Saturday evening. All in all, wonderful experience. Will definitely be coming again! Vegetarian options: The miso and tomato soup are totally vegetarian, and with the buffet bar you add what youd like (plenty of veggie options). However, theres only one set of prongs for every three things on the buffet table cross contamination is definitely an issue, especially when it comes to crab and seafood options. Would recommend coming with a party who DOES eat meat if that doesnt bother you, because they charge for the 3 meat dishes that comes with the all you can eat hotpot. All ladles on the table are shared, so ask for an additional so that you can serve yourself your DIY soup without someone else in your party who does eat meat using the same ladle.

Came here for lunch to have Korean bbq. Never have been here before because I usually go to Sura and Gen, but decided to give it a try. Firstly, they make you order 3 different meats, so you can t just order 3 kalbi at a time. Second, the grills use light to cook the food, where other places use real fire and charcoal, so the cook time for even thinly sliced brisket was way longer. They also don t offer any of the soups or steamed egg that is usually complimentary at other places. The only side dishes they give you is lettuce salad and kimchi, and the kimchi was not good either. The rice is self serve and was old and hard. In all, I feel like people come here for hot pot and not Korean bbq, it seemed like it had an extensive selection and variety for hot pot. Spent $150 for nothing. Go anywhere else!!!

Manna Shabu has been my go-to over the years for meet ups with friends, eat outs with family, and more. The employees are amazing in their service and very welcoming, not to mention the delicious food and overall positive vibe of the place. I highly recommend checking this awesome restaurant out!

The food was ok. I have had better hot pot and Korean BBQ. This place was all you can eat, but our waitress was hard to find. She kept disappearing for long periods of time and we had to keep flagging down another waiter to order more bbq. She also gave us last call warning 30 mins to close and then disappeared again before we could order anything else and had to order from the other waiter again. They also put automatic 20% gratuity on our bill for her, which we should have given to the other waiter. Other than that, experience was ok. Was our first and possibly last visit to that location.

I love the food at this place, and its a good location to come with loud friends and have rousing discussions. The variety of options at the AYCE hot pot buffet is stunning: five kinds of noodles, raw egg, prawns, many kinds of vegetables, every seafood you can imagine. However, be warned that the restaurant itself is kind of dirty. There was spilled soda everywhere, on the floor, on the seats where they planned for us to sit, etc. Where the floor isnt sticky, its slippery/greasy. The food bar itself is clean, so its not dangerous...just kind of off-putting if youre not expecting it.

Everything from the kbbq menu was tasty and fresh. Sad that they didn t have LA Galbi. They had boneless short rips instead . It wasn t even marinated the same. I had the spicy shabu and it was bland . I had to add extra seasonings to it. The items for the hot pot seems to be fresh though. The waitresses were okay. They weren t very attentive to our group and it was a very slow day. I wouldn t come back because there s another spot better than this place. They have a full bar which is very nice .
