It is a pretty, well-kept cemetery w/ some pleasant front-office people in Tyler. However, per a PREPAID burial plan executed years ago by my parents, my mother was buried there July 7/22/22. Cemetery staff sat in their truck eating lunch and watched the honorary pall bearers (all old men) become actual pall bearers and wrestle the casket to the grave site. Then, within 6 days, I got a VERY aggressive call demanding more money. Prepaid?? Within a week, that little jerks female boss tried again. The boss lady finally admitted that we did NOT owe any money and that their staff had failed on funeral day, promising to correct any bookkeeping errors. Nevertheless, another corporate office lady tried again 32 days after the funeral. Now, Im dealing w/ some debt collector from Tulsa, Oklahoma demanding preciesly the same money. Yes, its a pretty place -- on the surface.

I have never experienced a more respectful and professional staff as at Cathedral in the Pines. Even the ground crew were excellent because of the freezing weather. Thank you

My husband & I are both very happy with our decision of going with Cathedral in the pines memorial. Because they have a baby/children section & it was really important for us to bury our baby boy in a cementary that had a section dedicated to children. They re also pretty thoughtful, they called my husband a few days after the service to ask how we were. Their staff is also friendly & helpful. They were able to help us make some changes on our baby boy s marker almost 2 weeks, after we had met with them to design it. Which we re very happy & thankful for that.

Homer was very personable and helped my husband and family with the planning. He also did a great service being put on the spot like he was! I would recommend them to anyone.
